Visited this place for a special occasion and was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. The service was friendly, prompt and just had a really homely feel to it. Had a beef taco that tasted lovely, a great array of flavours. The prawns also tasted great, loved the crispiness. I had fish for the mains that tasted fresh, which surprised me. The dessert as well had a lovely contrasting taste of flavours. Really creative meals combined with a lovely service and homely setting makes for an enjoyable experience. Personally, I do feel that due to the pricing, this is a special occasion type of place. But, I certainly can’t complain about the quality of the food. Highly recommend.

My wife booked a table for us for the 9 course menu (actually 10 if you count the shortbread cookie). We were both extremely excited and having looked at the menu, it wouldn't be out of place in a MasterChef final!! Firstly, we were warmly greeted and looked after until our table was ready. The staff were super friendly and conversed in a pleasant manner. Once at our table, we were given the menu for the select 9 course meal and asked if we wanted any additional drinks. We chose to go for the pre-selected x4 drinks that would compliment the meal/each course. The timing between each course was perfect. We were not rushed or felt like the dishes were coming out too soon after the last one had finished. It was impeccably timed. Each dish that was served would be explained, the ingredients/flavour combos and how best to eat it (although we were also encouraged to eat however we desired). And the pre-selected drinks would just finish off each course and reset your palette, ready for the next course. The thought/quality of cooking was amazing and the whole experience left us both wanting to come back and try the general menu (which we have on good authority, is also top quality). I would highly recommend The Great Chase to any food lovers, and more so to anyone that wants to fine dine and have a real gastronomic experience. Side note, the menu was fully halal and the drinks were non-alcoholic. This is a massive plus point as it is extremely difficult to find such a fine dining experience in London which cater to this requirement. 1,000,000% recommend!!

Ive been looking for a halal roast dinner place in London for a while and this is the first I've found. Their menu is completely halal and non alcoholic. The decor is nice and the restaurant is very small. Has a very relaxed atmosphere. The gentleman that served us was nice and polite, explaining everything to us. We ordered the beef and lamb options. Both had all the trimmings and more. The Lamb was probably my favourite though. I'm really happy to see a classy fine dining style halal restaurant. The only recommendation I'd give is that I think they should look at simplifying what's on the plate, because there is A LOT. Another thing I would recommend, they have a tiny little outdoor space outside which seems to get a lot of light, but clearly not being used for anything yet. I would highly recommend they look at tidying this up and put something decorative in there to be something pretty to look out onto.

We were in the mood for a roast dinner but we're struggling to find a halal one. Luckily my wife found this place on Google and had always wanted to go! We came here after work on a Thursday. It was quite busy as there weren't many spare seats and we had to book in advance. The restaurant is quite small and cosy but it adds to the aesthetics. The waiters were both very friendly and helpful. They recommended we try the roast chicken and the lamb shank. The chicken and lamb were so juicy and flavourful! They each came with roast potatoes, sweet potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, gravy and mash. There was so much food on the plates and it was all delicious! We would definitely recommend going here and will be visiting soon again!

We visited The Great Chase for the much raved about Sunday Roast and it did not disappoint. I ordered the beef and it was cooked to perfection. Portion size was very generous. Dessert, which was the sticky toffee pudding, was also delicious. I did also try the lamb shank but preferred the beef to this. The drinks were also beautifully crafted, however, it would have been great if there was a bit more in a serving. Service was also brilliant - all the staff were great! Definitely would come back here again.

Amazing experience here. The food is super top quality especially the beef roast and the lamb shank is very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Had such a great visit. We had booked and they gave us a great table. There are salat facilities too. As for the food, it was incredible. The lamb chops were possibly the best I've had and being a bit of a foodie I've eaten in quite a few fine dining places. The service was amazing. Some others have commented on the portion size, for us it was perfect. If you want ethically sourced, high quality food, it won't come in a bucket sized portion unfortunately. As for the cocktails, they were delicious. Tasted great and not too sugary. Couldn't really fault it to be honest. Just make sure you book in advance as it seems to be very busy. As for the price, it came to just shy of a £100 for two of us and the menu is set, and we had some extras and this included service. In my opinion this is on the cheap side for fine dining if you compare to other similar quality food. I expected the bill to be around £120-140 so was pleasantly surprised.

I came her last Saturday on my anniversary. It was a perfect choice as I felt very welcome, and the whole experience was absolutely amazing! Upon arriving, I was greeted by Simon in the most welcome way. We were seated and congratulated on our anniversary, and that’s where it all began! I had been planning on visiting this place for a while, and on my visit I was slightly upset that I hadn’t visited before, but also very glad I chose to come on this special day! The food was AMAZING! It’s definitely not your everyday menu. They had dishes made with ingredients I never thought would go so well together. Just looking at the dishes gave me this feeling of creativity with passion. All the dishes were presented very well. The drinks menu is totally alcohol free, but they replicated the wine so well to give that wine and dine feeling. Simon attended to all our needs. Not once did I have to call him or any of the other staff for assistance as they kept an eye on us as well as their other customers. He balanced attending to our needs and also leaving us alone on our anniversary so perfectly! Thank you for the very welcoming and pleasant experience! I will be visiting again soon!

6 stars. Could not fault this place one single bit from the second we stepped in. Everything from the food to the service was impeccable, every single mouthful was an explosion of flavour. The presentation of the food was absolutely beautiful. Timings between food servings were absolutely spot on to allow the taste buds to refresh for a brand new palate. A true fine-dining experience.

I went there with my wife for my birthday, I had the surf and turf, lamb rack and the bakwell. The surf and turf was a good start to the meal with a wide verity of different flavour, this starter has a prawn and scallops as well and lamb included in a nest of vermicelli. The lamb rack was cooked we'll the the sources that came with it were very nice. The crumble also tasted really good with the ice cream that it came with the hot and cold contrast was a good touch, the pudding wasn't too sweet. The drinks were very good, the staff know which drinks go well with which meal so make sure you ask for a recommendation. It was a good experience, and all the meats are halal. I was served by Kathy who was a great host.

Took my family to eat here for the Sunday roast. This is the full end to end experience. Wonderful and cosy venue elegantly designed. Food which is delicious and cooked with so much attention to detail. And magnificent customer service. Because it's not a huge venue you feel properly looked after and not rushed. Take the people you value there because it's that kind of place. Book in advance though because they fill up fast !

In the past 2 weeks I have already been to The Great Chase twice.. The food is superb, beautifully presented, cooked and displayed. The servers are delightful and seem genuinely passionate and happy to be there. I went with my sister, and I have never experienced better customer service. Eating at The Great Chase is truly a culinary experience, it’s genuine halal fine dining, without the snobbery or over-inflated price tag - it’s simply a truly wonderful cosy and amazing restaurant. Every single dish we have had has been delightful, but absolute favourites include the tempura prawn starter, the delicious roast with melt in the mouth Angus sirloin steak.. and if you can, do try the slow roast Lancashire lamb shank - it is the most luscious and succulent meat! Delicious sides also, Yorkshire puddings light and fluffy the size of my head. And poetry could be written about the dark chocolate fondant with chocolate ice cream… The non alcoholic cocktails are inspired - I have not tasted drinks as delicious, sophisticated and well thought out. Also - beautiful touches like the prayer room, and only supporting businesses that have ethical principles make The Great Chase truly special. I will be going again, and again… then again some more. One of the absolute best dining experiences in London.

Great experience at the Great chase! Really great food, service and atmosphere. The portions were huge and had some new and interesting flavours across both of the mains. The desserts were all really good but the merry berry was lighter and refreshing. All of the meat has been sourced responsibly and had great flavour. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great roast dinner and quintessential British experience that happens to be halal!

Always a personal recommendation to anyone visiting London. This resto is one of my top 5. Extra care always taken into deciding the menu. And the roast!!! If you haven’t already get yourselves here for a hearty roast dinner! They’re always kind enough to suggest the best drink pairings too.

Let's start with the positives. Fully halal and easy to get to. Perfectly edible food. Having travelled 120 miles to eat here as a birthday treat... We were obviously going to finish our meals! The puree and charred cauliflower stand out and the quantity and balance of meat to veg is well thought through. Clearly well designed visually; your social media friends will be suitable impressed. Sadly, not the resounding success it could have been or once was. Genuinely intended as constructive criticism but i doubt these changes will be made. Greet people who have made reservations with a simple thank you instead of just saying 'name' when prople arrive. It is not a drs or dentists so no need to be clinical. Online marketing suggests a warm atmosphere; this is such a simple way to achieve this and costs you nothing. To continue on service, our order was taken, drinks and meals served but no one checked up on us during our meal which is actually very bad form especially when you add a 12.5% service charge. Remember though this is discretionary... You do not have to pay although we did... Times are tough for this sector. At weekends, only roasts are served. We ordered chicken and beef. Both tasted fine but not what was expected for a 'european' roast. The chicken (and roast potatoes) was masala spiced and the beef was a steak cut instead of a topside which i couldn't really tell if it had been roasted. I make a mean roast dinner so wanted to be wowed, and these are not comments of a personal choice; the yorkshire pudding and gravy should be impeccable and they really fell short. If you're only serving roasts ensure you have a herb flavoured chicken and roast potato as well as your spiced version. If you are going to recommend the free-roam chicken dish as chef's choice, it should be amazing. Roast chicken skin should be crisp and light. Let the quality of food show not ruin it by spicing it or at least not the outer part of the skin which leaves a powdery unpleasant texture. The gravy is below par. There's no arguing this. As both us and the table next to us had to ask for more, they are clearly not serving enough of the thin watery liquid that just devalues the whole experience. And at £1 extra per pot... You can afford to offer larger pots even in London. Or perhaps better thicker gravy that has sone depth. Roast up/ caramelise some carrots and onions the night before to make stock for the gravy and dont be shy with the meat juices. Chef forgot to taste and season the gravy clearly. Our meal and two drinks cost £72+ and really didn't meet that standard. Had to speak to the manager about a hygiene issue and she redeemed some of our misgivings with her genuine approach to resolving the issue for the future which was related to a new member of staff. We won't make the trip again but if you do, don't be intimidated into thinking this is the best roast dinner you'll have for it can certainly be better.

Had the pleasant opportunity of visiting The Great Chase last weekend and I was left astounded by the quality of food on offer. From the minute you enter the restaurant you are greeted by two wonderful waiters who explain the care they take in ensuring the food is ethically sourced, something I am yet hear in any fine dining restaurant of this calibre. The group and I ordered a mixture of the different roasts and cocktails on offer and needless to say we were left in awe by the level of detail the chef had gone into, from creating the dish to the mixture of flavours which had been placed perfectly onto our plate, some of which as a ordinary lover of food I couldn't even begin to describe! The non-alcoholic cocktails were a great touch and also tasted wonderful and yet again you could see the effort that had been put into these as they weren't your just your basic cocktails. Nobody in our group was left disappointed and we all left satisfied knowing why this was voted the best halal restaurant in London. This restaurant is a must visit during your time in London!

Brilliant place! Food was amazing! Service was second to none. Just a lovely evening. Definitely will have to return to try out the rest of the menu. A quality place with quality food and drinks, all of which is halal. They also have a prayer space so you can enjoy your time there. Had the trout with cauliflower side. Fish was cooked just right but have to say the cauliflower side was really good. Didn't think I'd be impressed by it but it was a very pleasant surprise. Apple and rhubarb dessert at the end was just right and the cocktails are really worth a try!

A great place to eat. Very cozy place to dine. Had a limited menu when I went due to COVID-19 but it was still plenty (and now they have reverted to their normal menu.) Their waiters are very enthusiastic and they are incredibly helpful. And the food is out of this world. I would highly recommend visiting this place. It is an outstanding experience. Would undoubtedly visit again. Would most likely visit more than once.

Really lovely restaurant, great food, wonderful service. Have been many times and the staff have always been really lovely, explaining the menu, making recommendations and just generally being great fun, friendly hosts! The main reason we’ve been so many times is just the quality of the food! The roasts are always exceptional with meat that falls off the bone, very filling portion sizes! The atmosphere of the place is also lovely, very homely but also spacious and modern. A very tasteful blend of interiors.

The Great Chase is a really great halal fine dining experience with an all halal menu with classic English food done properly with no alcohol anywhere on the menu or premise. It is a great concept and way to enjoy fine dining and English food without having to worry about it being halal. I always come here to celebrate special occasions and experience their set menus such as their ifthar menu which I greatly enjoyed. The food and drinks option is great. Great service, atmosphere and food. Small intimate space so booking in advance is recommended. I usually visit in the evenings and parking restrictions right outside the restaurant is usually over by then so am able to park outside the restaurant for free. I’m sure there are also pay and display bays nearby. I would highly recommend!

Went to eat with a close friend and was amazed at the food. Crispy Lamb taco was originally what I thought would be the highlight starter, but after a recommendation from the waiter the Tartatoullie ended up being our favourite. The mains were (glazed lamb rack and Duck) were both amazing as were the deserts. Would highly recommend. As someone that enjoys alcohol, the dry bar was really cool and the drinks were quite interesting. Simply a really good halal restaurant.

Good British cuisine restaurant but not exceptional. The meat was tender, vegetables were very good and the gravy was pretty bad. The place is a little bit small but it was fine and clean. The price is very high so be careful. The dessert was very good but extremely light in quantity. Otherwise it’s worth to experience this restaurant at least once.

We went on Sunday and had the chicken and beef roast. I really loved the different flavours that the roast included. It wasn't just some veg cooked in butter, but you could really taste the flavour they have put into the veg. The chicken was a bit tough but nonetheless still very flavourful. The beef was sirloin so not the best cut. But still great flavours. The drinks where great and had amazing taste to it. We got their weekend desserts as well that was very well presented and tasted great. Everything is halal and the owners took great care in explaining this and also seemed very passionate about their product. Only thing I'd say is that it was a bit pricey, for two of us the bill came up over £90, but you pay for the quality and service I guess. Will go again probably for the regular menu next time.

After seeing and hearing about this place for more than a year I’ve been so eager to try it and it exceeded all my expectations. The lamb roast was insanely good, I’ve never had meat so tender, there was a purée too and it was so so delicious. The Yorkshire pudding was like nothing I’ve seen or tasted before. It’s safe to say it was the best roast I’ve had and I know I’ll be going again.

Went there on Saturday evening and the food was amazing! The staff were all very kind, the place was clean and hand sanitisers were given to anyone entering the restaurant. We were lucky we had the chance to order the roasted meals which were amazing! Will have to go back another time for sure.

Food was stunning in appearance and to taste. The service provided as well was stunning, very attentive and gave explanations. The only thing that was a downside was the chips I ordered as a side order (I know who orders chips in a place like this but it is something I do in everyplace I go to), tasted very oily and greasy. I wouldn't recommend them and to be honest don't really need them as the main food is gorgeous

Absolutely amazing food. If you want to treat yourself and your partner to something special this is the place to come. Food was top notch. Portions you would expect for fine dining so that wasn't ever an issue. Every dish that came out was an Instagramers delight. We opted for the 3 course for £35. There is a wide variety to choose from fir each course. The service was great. And the drinks from the dry bar were special. I would definitely recommend and most certainly will be back for another cracking at some of the other dishes on offer. I would have given 5 stars. But my only small grievance would be the space on offer. This is a very small and quaint restaurant. Being a little wide and big boned it was a bit of a struggle for me to keep my arms out of the servers small corridor. But this in no way should take away from a delightful experience.

Found out about this place from a review on YT, looked amazing and it exceeded expectations when we attended. Made a booking online for the Saturday lunch roast, bookings are essential due to the current Covid restrictions, it's straight forward easy from a link on their website. The restaurant is very close to Angel tube, about a 5 minute walk. Also if you're driving there's pay by phone or Ringo bays not far from the restaurant. The restaurant has a nice old school look from the outside, inside decor is very homely with comfortable chairs and bench seating. The lunch menu was simple with choice of chicken, beef or lamb. We ordered the beef and lamb. The host/waiter was very welcoming and knowledgeable, he helped pick drinks and was able to provide tips with brewing the tea. The non alcoholic drinks were fresh. The roast came in good time, the food was presented really nice, the lamb shank slid of the bone, the meat was flavoursome and cooked perfect, the sauce, veg and mash especially was superb. We finished with deserts, the miulle friulle was lovely, pavlova was nice also. Probably could have done without desert as the main was a good size. Really enjoyed our time and looking forward to returning. Top scores!

Really disappointing experience, was so excited about coming but just didn’t live up to the standard or expectation. Service started out great, the waiter gave a lengthy explanation of the menu which was lovely. Really set the bar high when explaining the quality of the food. I ordered the beef sirloin roast and my sister ordered the lamb shank roast. The food came out and looked lovely. However my beef sirloin was quite tough, cold and bland. The vegetables and Yorkshire pudding were very cold. However the seasoning on the veg was pleasant. I mentioned to my waiter that the food was cold and he brought out some warm vegetables as a replacement which was pleasant. I did not eat anything of my main plate except a bite of the meat and Yorkshire initially before I realised it was cold. When the waiter cleared the plates I was in the bathroom but my sister mentioned the waiter asked if I enjoyed my food, clearly seeing I had not eaten any of it. My sister replying no and his response being oh. We had desserts which were enjoyable. However I find it disappointing that nobody came to address the issue at hand or even acknowledge that it was not of the standard which had been presented. When it came to the bill the waiter mentioned he had placed a discount on my bill, which was of £5, not even 10% of the bill. I had no problem paying the bill however I would have preferred to have been offered a fresh meal in its place, not just a side of veg. As someone who is in hospitality myself I found it extremely unacceptable that the manager did not come to address me or even just to smooth things over to prevent such a review. Very unfortunate as the potential is clearly here.

Decided to try this place after a few recommendations as I was craving a roast dinner. Customer service on point, we were looked after from start to finish. I was late for my reservation due to traffic and called ahead of time. The place gets busy and also isn’t the biggest so space is limited. Went for the starter and main. All full of flavour, presentation was well. Only recommendation I would make is that the beef slices on the mains could have had an extra slice, two was not enough and was mostly fat anyway. There could have also been a small pot of gravy as the Yorkshire pudding needed something over the top. Drinks personally for the price could have been a bit better, reminded me of juice from a carton with slice of lime over it. Would recommend people to try it out.

I have been coming to this restaurant for years, but tried their 9-10 course tasting menu last night and had the most wonderful experience. Firstly, the staff are so knowledgeable and passionate about the food they're creating - our waitress talked us through every course, explaining the 'perfect bite' and how the flavours would all complement each other. The food itself was perfectly portioned, immaculately presented and absolutely delicious. My favourite thing was how intentional everything was - every element of every course was specifically designed for taste, texture and experience. It was the perfect way to spend an evening - the courses came out at great increments, so you didn't feel rushed or restless, and left feeling just full enough! In a time where so many restaurants are losing quality or being forced to close after the pandemic, we are lucky to have this place, not just on the halal food scene, but on the London food scene in general. I hope they continue to grow and I can't wait to eat there again soon :)

Absolutely lovely and cozy restaurant. It's a rare gem to find an all-Halal European restaurant, that makes authentic and tasty food. We really enjoyed our meals. The service is amazing. We personally didn't have any issues, but I overheard someone get served the wrong drink and the staff member (I think the owner) was so kind and apologetic and you could tell he was putting his heart into the job. That's the kind of service that is second-to-none.

Such a gem! A cosy place, with lovely staff! The food was incredible! We had the lamb roast and oh my! The meat fell off of the bone and was so tender and juicy. The flavours complemented each other so well, not to mention the gravy! The owner was wonderful and kind! An expert at making drinks and so warm and welcoming! We came here for the first time and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! We should have come sooner. Love that everything is halal! Gives such a peace of mind, and makes dining more enjoyable rather than having to ask around with regards to ingredients! Fabulous job!!

We promised the owner we'd throw in our review, its been almost a year but nonetheless, it was good, i gave atmosphere 4 as our table's placement was somewhat poor (next to a door that had cold air seeping through it and a seat which positions you so your back is directly to the side of whoever enters the room, mostly the waiters), though the atmosphere itself was fine as some will find it cozy i assume. The food and drinks were well made! I'd hope to visit again on our next trip.

Simply amazing! I really feel as if the Great Chase has found a gap in the market - good quality, halal, cosy. As others have mentioned, the venue is small but I like this as it makes the place more homely and welcoming. The food is just amazing - although not cheap I think it is exceptional value for money. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I'd highly recommend for people to support this business as they really do look after you from the minute you step through the door. I'm not much of a loose leaf tea fan but my wife really likes how they've paired up their food with tea and it's definitely worth trying.

Quality halal fine dining. Menu is well thought and meticulous in detail which results in amazing dishes. Venue is fairly small so best to book ahead. Prices are fair based on quality of ingredients used.

I’ve been here about a handful of times. I come once every Ramadan. Not one complaint about the food, service or atmosphere. It’s a nice feeling knowing that everything is fully halal, no worry about any cross contamination of non halal food. Last Ramadan, I asked about the amazing date butter they served and how they made it. They gave me a whole tub of it to take home and I was very grateful for that. Didn’t expect that at all! I can’t wait to go again! Only thing I’d suggest is if they have some chilli sauce.

Went for the Sunday roast recently and absolutely loved it. Always book in advance to avoid any disappointment as it is a tiny place with huge demand. Staffs were on hand and guide you throughout the experience. Definitely worth a try.

best roast I've ever had! the lamb shank was melt in the mouth. the chicken breast was juicy with a thin crispy skin. the trimmings blew us away: mash, vegetables, gravy and Yorkshire pudding were all outstanding! great also to see the management taking covid safety measures very seriously.

My wife and I had dinner here last Friday, and we loved it. The food is super tasty - we started with the salmon, had the chicken and the lamb shank for mains, and for dessert it was the vanilla & hazelnut pastry and the apple & blackberry crumble. All the dishes were great - the chicken being a standout. Staff are really friendly, explaining each dish and some of the background of where the ingredients are sourced from. It is an alcohol free restaurant too - we both enjoyed a couple of cocktails with our meal. Overall a great experience and we’re looking forward to going back soon!

Slow-Roast Lancashire Lamb Shank 10/10 This is the best lamb shank I have had to date. Not only does the meat fall off the bone, the taste is mouth watering and the presentation was very aesthetically pleasing. The condiments were great, the effort you can see in detail. Sunday roast well worth the journey!

Had a nice beef Burger with some very tasty chilli fries. My friend had a chicken burger which was super bland however. Nice little place. Will visit again if I am near by but I wouldn’t make a special trip as it’s a bit far.

Very nice restaurant. The meals are delicious and filling and the staff are very courteous in their service. Only slight gripe is price is quite dear for what it is but worth a one-off visit as a treat.

Amazing, food was delicious and melted into your mouth. The place is alcohol free so you have access to a variety of tasty drinks. Three roasts section on Sunday. I would suggest booking a week in advance on the site to get the Sunday roast.

My husband took me out for a lovely meal at the great chase and everything I tried was delicious. The food was so sophisticated. We tried the tartatouille, the lamb taco for starters, then for mains; the duck, lamb rack with Cornish potatoes as a side. For dessert we had chocolate fondant and apple - not the crumble but other one. It was perfect. Thank you. Will be back again soon!

The food here is delicious. Having eaten at many high end restaurants and being limited to a non halal menu, it was a fantastic treat to be able to dine here. Menu has been carefully thought out, the flavour combinations are excellent, meats well cooked. I don't have a sweet tooth as such, but these desserts were balanced and not overly sweet. Service was fantastic, from arrival to the very end. If I were being hyper critical, my only gripe would be that the decor is a little dark - therefore a moody atmosphere. However that is a personal taste preference, which wouldn't stop me from revisiting.

I enjoyed the dessert more than anything. The food was presented beautifully. I enjoyed some parts of the food more than others but that's just my pallete. The customer service was excellent. Our little one enjoyed her mains and definitely her dessert.

Great quality ingredients, beautifully prepared and stunningly presented. The B&T is a particularly delicious mocktail, prepared by the wonderful staff. There were 8 of us all together, so we got to sample quite a number of different items from the dinner menu and everyone left incredibly happy with their meal. I hope to have an excuse to visit again 😊

I found this place online and was so excited as it's all halal. The service and the team were very efficient, professional, attentive and friendly. The food was amazing, for the starter I ordered the sea food dish, the lamb dish for my main and the apple dessert. The main dish had a mince meat pastry which I wasn't too keen on but the lamb was delicious. Well done, it's so nice to have a halal restaurant serving this food.

Simply can't wait to come back when in London again. An awesome experience. The beef cheek cannelloni was delightful. Perfectly tender and flavorful. Normally I'd expect the meat to be the star of a dish but the croquette was on another level! Initially got served the wrong dessert but wow that was a great blessing in disguise! The manager was very generous and left us to tuck in whilst waiting on our correct dessert. Both desserts were absolute flavour bombs! I could go on but it'd only make me miss it more!

One of the best restaurants I’ve been to. Delicious food, great portions. Was so full by the time I got the dessert. Definitely get the lamb and the sticky toffee pudding👌 I was shocked the this gem was so local. The staff was so attentive and lovely. Even got out some colouring pencils and paper for my daughter when she was being a bit fussy. The drinks were also amazing . If you’re thinking about going you definitely won’t be disappointed. 10/10!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been to The Great Chase a few times. It’s a place I recommend to all my family and friends. The food and service is amazing. I’ve been twice in the last 6 weeks. I was lucky enough to try their seven course taste menu. Every dish was amazing. My husband and I love this place. Any bad reviews below…ignore! Haters will always hate.

The food here is absolutely brilliant. The roast is classic, the meat is tender and flavoursome, the trimmings are all cooked perfectly. The neeps puree is an unlikely hero on the plate adding a sweetness to balance the savoury meat. The mint, cranberry and mustard sauces all work in making each bite unique and all elevate the flavours on the plate. The desserts were both delicious and so was the mocktail. Excellent music and warm, personable service made it an all round lovely experience. Highly recommend!

Have been here twice now and I’ve been thinking about arranging my third visit sometime soon! The first visit was for the roast dinner and hands down it was the best halal one I’ve ever had. The drinks were sophisticated and not just filled with sugar, my husband who dabbles in mixology was particularly impressed. Second visit was for the iftar and again blown away by everything, would definitely recommend. Service was great on both occasions. Quality of food and drinks, fantastic. Great location - not too far from station. Even had a little prayer area which was awesome. I’ve only got good to say about this place!
