A splendid place! The Exhibit is a great fun venue, clearly a harlequin of a pub/bar/theatre/cocktail bar/etc. Maybe even a church on Sundays, who knows? Lovely staff good beer on keg, not much joy for the real ale drinkers as far as I can see. This is where the fish come to watch the humans!

Lively venue close to Balham tube, with multiple floors hosting private venues and a comedy event which I attended. Good selection of reasonably priced cocktails, a great spot for a friendly brunch or get together.

I booked karaoke for my birthday celebration and it was amazing. The room was so spacious and clean. Rosa our host made everything so seamless. Rosa was very attentive, helpful and accommodating. The drinks were really great too, our session was during 241 so took a while to get one at the bar at times. I’d definitely come back again! Everyone had an amazing night.

We booked a private viewing for our team. The team at Exhibit looked after us for the whole evening, they were very polite helpful and attentive. The food was very good and the cocktails were absolutely delicious. If you are thinking of booking stop thinking and JUST DO IT! 10 out of 10........

Bottomless brunch was excellent. Group of 6 lads and they treated us very well for our bi annual meet up with good regular service. Even treated us to a quick session in the Karaoke booth. Excellent bar and very accommodating for a group of six lads. Thank you for and excellent evening!

Should have a sign outside saying "casual drinkers not welcome". My path was blocked by a 12 year old doorman with no manners, "Where are you going?" "In there I said", "Why?". Since when did you have to explain why you are entering a drinking establishment. They've got lager, cider and Guinness on tap, that's it. Seems they are only interested in hosting parties. I met my friends in there, we tried to sit down in what looked like a Poundland version of a VIP area only to be told it was for a party, no tile on the table saying so, area not partitioned off. Moved off to another table only to be told that there was a party in that area, once again no tile on the table to say so. So we moved to the bar expecting to be told "no drinking at the bar". Seemingly you need some sort of psychic power in order to determine where one party stops and another starts. The bar staff were efficient and the Guinness was a reasonable price for Balham. If that's a normal Saturday night it's very noisy, the DJ looks like she's lost a tenner and found a quid and you can barely hear the person next to you speak. We each had a pint of Guinness and left, something to do with wild horses springs to mind. All in all the most inhospitable hospitality venue Balham has to offer.

We experienced a level of service that’s becoming increasingly rare. A huge thank you to the manager Rosa and her team for providing the perfect setting for a 30th celebration. We will be back!!

We booked the secret garden for an event for 60-70 people and it was awesome. The whole process was super easy, especially with Neve helping us out on what we could do with the venue. The food? Amazing. And the staff were so helpful and friendly. Despite being outdoors, the heaters did their job perfectly and kept us comfy. The outdoor vibe of the venue added a nice touch and it already felt mostly decorated. Even when it rained a bit, we were pretty much covered so no worries there. I'm a big fan of this venue and will definitely use it again. It's a beautiful place with everything you need for a great party and super easy to find from the station. And the guy running the bar/ taking orders was an absolute legend.

Great location, right next to the station in the beautiful Balham. Looks great from the outside, and good vibe downstairs around the bar in the evening. Great music choice. We were a large party celebrating a birthday. Awful service with the waiter trying to split up friendship groups and husbands and wives so all ‘bottomless brunch’ guests up one end; which made zero difference to the way they served or the way they sorted the bill - so the only reason for this was because they didn’t trust their guests not to share drinks. Pathetic, the people not drinking were either driving, pregnant or t-total. Our booking was for 3.30. We didn’t eat until 5.30!!!! 2 hours is simply unacceptable although I must say the food came out hot and delicious!!! And it was over half hr until I got my first pint. A real shame. Sort the service, have a bit of trust in your guests, and it would be a great venue. And stop adding 12.5% service charge to the bill until you do.

Wow!! I have been to quite a few karaoke bars over the years and have never experienced anything like this!! I had been expecting a small room with a small screen and a low quality of sound, however i was greeted with what was essentially a small cinema with enough room to easily manage 30 people and a sound system that filled the space well. We were continuously waited on with drinks and food, staff made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our time there.

Saturday just gone, I came to this place with my girls and I was blown away, the music was on point. I caught the dj’s name on his laptop and his name is Jay Baptiste. He made the night with his tunes, me and my girls can’t stop talking about the most amazing night we had and the vibes that we felt in this place. We were able to dance and sing our hearts out to all the songs that were played. We have been talking about coming back as we had such a blast and can’t wait to hear more tunes from the DJ.

I hired the Garden for my birthday and was so impressed with everything. Ellie was so helpful and attentive with the planning and all the staff were so nice. Rosa in particular was so great on the night, we didn’t have bar staff for a bit but this was resolved as soon as i raised it and she comped a bottle of prosecco for me! We were able to arrange tables etc how we wanted and bring our own decs. Drinks were great and they have a good happy hour available!! Venue is super close to the station which is really convenient. Really pleased I booked the Exhibit!

Had a friends 24th birthday at the Garden venue hire to the side of The Exhibit. It was an incredible space for any party from 30-100 people! They were so hospitable, providing us with mics for karaoke and letting us arrange the room accordingly to what we desired! Fully recommend the venue as well as the staff and owners were all super friendly and willing to meet our every need! 100% will be using this venue again! Thanks for an amazing party The Exhibit!

I booked a private room for my baby shower on Saturday and it was lovely with my guests! The team made sure all the guests were happy and served on time. There was two managers on shift who very helpful but I forgot their names. The bottomless brunch went done a treat! So I just wanted to say thank you to everyone in your team who made my baby shower amazing.

Nice place to have an evening out. This night wasn't particularly busy which worked out well for us, though we had to shout to be heard over the loud music. The cauliflower bao buns were sublime! Drinks were decent (my passionfruit mocktail was way too sweet tho). All in all a decent night out with music and food.

Pleasantly surprised with this venue! Went on Sat night dance, the music was fantastic (I am super fussy with my music). DJ name is Jay Baptiste. He made a great night with best tunes - a bit of hip hop, RnB, some classic pop - think Whitney, Beyonce, Biggie, Montel Jordan, 50 Cent, Marvin Gaye etc. The venue is over 3 floors (upstairs for private parties), different music on each floor. The club is nice and spacious, with some seating, toilets clean (no toilet attendant, which I prefer!), fast and friendly service at the bar - no queues, bouncers at the door very handsome and polite. And it it free entry!!! Free parking over night is available in Sainsbury's (30 meters from Exhibit) - do not drink and drive though! ;) Would definitely go back and recommend to others!

Booked the cinema room for my 20th bday party and it was THE BEST NIGHT EVER! Staff upgraded us to the bigger cinema room free of charge because there was a problem with the other projector, brought us Christmas crackers, and took such good care of us. I also paid for 2 hrs but our movie run late and they let us finish it as the venue wasn’t too crowded that night. Food was was super yummy (have the mac & cheese!) and they had v good tequila. We’re all central ldn students so rarely ever go too far but it was sooo worth it. Very fun night!

Quite a nice pub, caters for all. Drinks prices are reasonable for London and the cocktails and mocktails are very delicious. Worth a visit and in walking distance to the station. Only downside was the music was extremely loud in the evening which did get lower upon a few of us requesting

I thought it was going to be poor when I first arrived as our table was very small. However Neve and the manager that night were both incredibly accommodating and moved us to a good spot. Unfortunately the place had a power cut so we couldn’t experience the food, but Rhiannon completely made up for it. So accommodating and only reason we stayed. Had an amazing night overall (mainly thanks to Rhiannon)

I had my 21st birthday party at the exhibit and I had so much fun. I hired out the gallery which was upstairs, all the staff are very friendly and eager to answer any questions necessary, I felt very looked after and also I had my own freedom to do what I liked to the room I hired out which was so nice. A lovely private space for a party but when necessary staff are there to help! I am very very satisfied. Thankyou for making my party amazing!

A great atmosphere and despite problems they couldn’t control (power cut so no food) we had a wonderful time. I would especially like to shout out Rhiannon who was probably the most attentive and caring server I’ve had - she made us feel so welcome. Would recommend.

Beautiful decor and the staff are top tier. Their open mic poerty night on the last Thursday of each month is definitely one of the beat in London. Nice cocktails too.

We had a really lovely evening here in their Winter Garden. Tastefully decorated, along with blankets and heaters to keep warm. Service was polite, friendly and efficient, food was good, and a lovely touch at the end to receive complimentary mince pies.

Had a wonderful meal here on 14th September. Tom was our waiter - he was superb. Super friendly and efficient, remembered everything, checked in on us just the right amount- he clearly cared very much that we enjoyed our experience at The Exhibit. Working in customer service myself, I really appreciate great service and for me, it can make out break a 'dining out' experience. Our meal was delicious and great value. Restaurant had a great vibe. I would return to The Exhibit in a heartbeat - and hope Tom is there. I hope The Exhibit value him and the impact he has on their guests.

Not my first time at this venue, I could say we are regulars. The tacos are to die for, highly recommend to try if you are there. Bottomless Brunch Saturdays are the best, there is a DJ, dancers and bottomless drinks. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is always on point. Go visit!

Booked the Gallery Room for.a party and was very happy with everything. There were no issues on the night and staff were very helpful. Drinks were also good and priced well. I would defo recommend and book again. One thing I will say is it did take good few weeks for me to receive my refunded deposit.

Food and atmosphere were very nice. We had the bottomless brunch and they weren't the fastest at filling up our glasses though.. :( We had empty glasses 5 mins before our time ended and the lady said she had been filling them up too much and refused to give us more! Would be 5 star if not!

Great food n great service...can order by site or in person. Staff wonderful n helpful...our one started was missed we showed them our online order they rectified immediately. Our server was so horrified I was calming her down. So nice to see they really cared. Absolutely going back. ♥️

Been here a few times for bottomless brunch, which is always fun. This review is mostly based on the ticketed football events for the Euros that have been on recently. Went for the England game and the operation is fairly slick with lots of waiters and app-based ordering system. Lots of England fans and electric atmosphere with chanting etc, bouncers loved it and didn't get too over-zealous which was nice. Would recommend

Love the cocktails here. Always try to come for 2'4'1 Tuesday. Food is delicious, pulled pork nachos are a must! Great staff, Kris and Tom amazing service. We are yet to come for bottomless brunch we heard is such a good vibe.

A huge thanks to thew whole Exhibit team (Ellie, Mark, Tom, G, little Ellie and the rest) for having us on Saturday. We had an epic hen do in the studio and in the main bar after. Ellie was extremely helpful from start to finish, even helping us source a saxophonist for our bottomless brunch (Carlo was a legend). Was a pretty perfect day, would recommend to anyone planning an event!

Had our friends birthday here. Staff are really friendly especially the security on the door. We had a great time and the vibe of the place is great. Cinema room upstairs as well as a private room for parties. Cocktails are lush! The owner of the place is a bit quirky but she couldn't of done enough for us. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

What an amazing night. Our group of girls had so much fun! The booking process was so easy and the customer service from Ellie was brilliant, she was really helpful and quick to respond to emails. The cocktail making was so much fun and bar staff were great. And a bargain price too for what is included! The place has a great vibe, fun and chilled. We can’t wait to come back.

I found liaising with Ellie at The Exhibit really easy from inquiry to execution of the day. I hoped to book the venue for my baby shower and I was not let down. Pricing was reasonable and clear from the outset and there were no hidden costs. Throughout the lead up to the event correspondence remained easy and clear - if I had any other questions or queries they were answered in a timely way over the phone. via email or if I popped in to the venue in person. We had an hour or so before our confirmed booking time to set up/decorate the venue and when I arrived I was not let down! It was all I could have hoped for. All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed the time and it will not be a day we forget! We were able to decorate to our taste, bring our own DJ, have enough space to be able to have guests seated inside and outside and our own private bar. My only feedback would be that there were a couple of occasions where the bar wasn't staffed and we had to ask downstairs for someone to come up and the catering options could be broader/more flexible in future. However, for my event this was able to be resolved. This would not put me off considering The Exhibit again for an event. Thank you so much!

We had our summer staff party at The Exhibit in Balham and I really can’t thank the team enough. They looked after us and were so attentive. When half the group were delayed due to problems with taxis, they were very flexible and even offered us longer with the karaoke to make up for it as well as delaying the food to make sure nobody missed out. We hired the private cinema for two hours of karaoke and then had exclusive use of the Studio afterwards, with a private bar. We had a fantastic time and would definitely come back as it was such a great experience. I definitely recommend The Exhibit.

I booked a table for 9 people for my birthday, they gave me a tiny table with a tiny sofa and 2 chairs where at most 5 people could fit, and they said that the rest of the people could stand next to it! it doesn't matter that I ordered snacks that barely fit on the table, not to mention the plates, but the worst thing was that the table was right next to the entrance door, which was open all the time, and it was very cold outside and the guests had to sit in their jackets because they were so frozen, I asked many times to change the table to a bigger one, because there were some and there was no reservation for them, but unfortunately they said no, overall I got the worst possible seat, despite the reservation, we left quickly, very dissatisfied, I do not recommend!!!

We hired out an area for a 30th. Was all good until all the staff and security started to have a go at a non drinker that they was too drunk. Everyone there knew this person was t-total, but the staff had something against him. So once the security came, accusing him being too drunk, we all left as none of the staff and security wanted to listen. They were all so rude and disgusting, would never go here again to hire for a party, not even a drink.

I had my baby shower here at the weekend and have to say was massively impressed by the whole experience! The staff did a fab job of serving over 20 guests, all arriving at different times with some wanting to do bottomless while others didn’t. The guy who was assigned to our table (Joseph?) was polite and helpful the whole way through the meal, I don’t know how he did it! Food was decent and drinks were frequently topped up. The best part was definitely the seating area we were given. I was amazed that we were allowed to sit on an entire floor by ourselves with access to a balcony! Literally could not have been better. Thanks Exhibit for a fabulous day!

The Exhibit hosted us last weekend for a private event of 20+ people and Ellie and the team were fantastic from the get go. The process was easy and simple - they were really accommodating with our questions and requests. On the evening we were hosted by the fantastic G on the venue floor and Jess behind the bar - both were great. Thanks so much and we will certainly be back.

Visited a last weekend, Friday with some friends. Been a few times on and off as it's a Nice venue, service is good but the music is what makes the atmosphere, hats off to the DJ. The door staff are friendly too. The only noticeable difference is there seems to be a noticeable shift in the clientele as it's gone from being really diverse to feeling like being more a Magaluf vibe. Whilst I appreciate that this is a business and that it doesn't really care who the customer is - it's just a bit sad, that the few venues that offers a really great mix and balance, this one is steering more in the direction of catering to one demographic of clientele.

We had our work Christmas party at the Exhibit, Balham. It was fantastic and all of the team were so helpful and accommodating. The Winter Garden was decorated beautifully and the snow machine and sleigh was a lovely Christmassy touch. The food was delicious and our bartender in the garden was great as well. Thanking a few more individuals in particular, G, Rosa and Larry you went the extra mile. Thank you to the whole team, we appreciated your hard work.

We held an event in the cinema room, and Harvey was very helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed and allowed us some leeway due to technical issues on our end. Great venue with a friendly atmosphere +++++
