Really nice lunch and with the app ‘the fork’ we had 50% off. The salad was tasty and the aubergine with focaccia was delicious!

Just 5mins from the Chancery Lane tube station. Pretty nice Italian restaurant. Loved the Crab cake and hot doughnuts... We were more than 15 people and were going given a big corner L shaped table. The staff were friendly. Had a nice time

Located in the basement, it is a very clean and cosy restaurant.Jemma, the chef, is very professional and full of energy.Every dish I had today was delicious, up to the highest standards of haute cuisine. Really enjoyed burrata, chicken milanese and double baked chocolate tart. The staff is very efficient, polite, clean and friendly. Really nice place for lunch, dinner and family gatherings. Highly recommended indeed.

    - their carbonara pizza is very delicious! - pumpkin soup is good as well - maybe you need a reservation before going there but you can also walk in ( I went here with no reservation and I was lucky that i can get a seat)

We enjoyed the meatball appetizer and two main entrees! Everything was perfectly cooked, perfectly spiced and simply delicious. Another of our best food experiences visiting London.

So glad I found this place on holiday!! It’s kind of hidden. Wonderful food and wine. Some of the best meatballs I’ve ever had!! Does get noisy though. So best to go with a group of friends.

A hidden gem near Covent Garden. A pity it looks so boring from outside, its cozy downstairs. We went for happy hour before dinner, lovely drinks. Large apetizers, really good. We had pizza for main, was very good. Nice prices but a service fee. We would love to come back.

Really nice classy restaurant. Amazing wines and great food. I had the crispy egg on cod roe to start which was incredible.

Really nice pizzas and a good selection of cocktails. We came for a team lunch on a Thursday and it wasn’t very busy but great food and service. Everyone enjoyed the food. Good but small selection of non pizza items. They do gluten free dough and vegan cheese.

My go to place. Gemma and her team are brilliant. Excellent food, wonderful service and reasonably priced too. Pizzas are delicious and the daily specials (steak yesterday) are always a treat. Perfect for a business lunch or pre-theatre dinner.

We had our work Christmas dinner here and we were absolutely delighted with everything. The food was outstanding, all courses and Gemma and her team could not be more helpful. Excellent food, charming atmosphere, outstanding service.

We've had supper at Clifford's a few times now and it's a real gem. As a walk-in this evening, the owner politely explained that they had to close soon but was super friendly and made us feel so welcome and unrushed. Delicious food (recommend their salads and pepperoni pizza) and their perfectly chilled house white is the best accompaniment.

I tend to visit Clifford’s after work for a nice catch up with colleagues. Their service is great and I really do enjoy happy hour. Great options of alcoholic drinks and their stone pizza’s are delicious! Worth a visit if you are near by! Also, I really love the decor and atmosphere. It has a nice settle environment to it and it’s not loud like other local restaurants/ bars.

Atmosphere was great, staff were really helpful, food was ok, not great, I bad the mushroom risotto and it was bland and considering it was a special but special.

We tried this having spotted the red sign and got curious. What a find! It's a gorgeous cellar restaurant, the service was spot on from Emma and Sebastian. It was fairly quiet at around 6pm on a Tuesday, which suited us as we could catch up. The food was delicious. My friend loved her vegan pizza, with roast pumpkin - now there's a thing worth trying. Yummy! I'm still carrying the aioli with me today, but if anyone asks I'll send them in your direction. Highly recommended hidden gem x

I love this place! I have been coming for years now. Delicious food, inventive cocktails, great wine list, awesome atmosphere, genuine and attentive service. Perfect for drinks with the girls, date night and generally all occasions. A hidden gem!

Very friendly service. Good pizza. Clean interior. Surprising entrance and quite spacious inside. Lady who served us was really nice. Couldn't fault the service. I dont know how big the desserts are but it would be nice to insert some mid range desserts on the menu. Not willing to pay the same price for the main meal for a dessert.

Have been here a few times - Clifford’s is perfect for after-work drinks and meals. Great food from a lovely menu. Pizzas are delicious! My office has also ordered their lunch food for delivery. Really handy place to know!

Honestly, Clifford’s is extremely difficult to fault. The exquisite seasonal menu is obviously very thought out and the space itself has captured a cosy yet sophisticated vibe. I’d recommend dining here with friends as you’ll find it difficult to choose between the incredible pizza (best I’ve had outside of Italy) and their impressive range of main courses. They catered wonderfully for my vegan friend with both pizza and main course options which she was extremely grateful as she mentioned this is not the case in many places. The service was wonderful and I can’t wait to return!
