What a friendly staff member. We came past late and he was friendly and joking and really helped us to get a fantastic wrap. Really was delicious and would order more. Fresh, delicious and hot ! perfect for a night out

The wraps here are amazing, so are the staff. I'm always welcomed by warm smiles, positive attitude and a wrap that always hits the spot. I've seen them deal with difficult customers/members of public especially during the lunch times, and it always handled in a professional manner.

Wrap It Up sits on a street, and indeed an area, with more of its fair share of takeaways. In theory, the attraction of handing over a fiver and getting a ready-made wrap good to go should make this a winner. But theory's great, as long as the food tastes at least passable. This is only passable insofar as you're best to pass it by. My chicken fajita wrap was cold, watery and had a filling that tasted like a very weird Thai green curry and was as far away from any description of a Fajita I've ever read. All wrapped in something that claimed to be a tortilla but was flavoured somewhere between tasteless cardboard and wet tasteless cardboard. I didn't enjoy it, my stomach didn't enjoy it and my wallet didn't enjoy forking out extra cash for something else more edible. Until this week, I'd yet to meet a Mexican wrap I didn't like. There's a first time for everything, I suppose.

Awful food, **avoid** this branch, other locations are much better. Staff are rude and unhelpful, food never taste fresh here and after a certain time in the evening they pre-make the wraps. The wrap I got was cold in the middle, and I wasn't able to add anything to it

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE- MY MOUTH HAS BEEN LEFT BURNT! I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HAPPENED BUT IT FEELS LIKE BLEACH OR A CHEMICAL SUBSTANCE. I MAY HEAD TO HOSPITAL LATER. I HAD A FALAFEL SALAD WITH EXTRA AUBERGINE

I usually really love wrap it up, but this by far has been the worst branch I've visited. I got the Caribbean roti and I was really disappointed with the customer service, filling portion and the over all taste if the food. The cashier behind the counter was too busy on his phone, added sauce to my wrap without asking. The worst part of it all was the flavour of the lamb tasted watered down. The shop itself is really small and the wrap isn't made in front of you. Will not be visiting again. Really disappointed.

AWFUL food!! Disgusting!! And too expensive for what it is. ! I don't use to leave reviews, but I had to write this one! AVOID!! eating from here. I wouldn't eat again from them, not even for free!! If I could, I would have rated -5 stars

I usually get my usual order from wrap it up and found this store coming out of embankment station which was convenient later to find that there were hardly any wraps and burritos available for me to order a meal deal with only two wraps in small, the wraps were alredy made and not made in front of me. With that aside, I chose to order a new wrap which was the Jamaican jerk wrap for a takeaway, I walked up to the main road and got on a bus which was a few minutes apart from buying my wrap and it was cold let alone premade not even warm which I wouldn't have minded seemed like the wrap had previously been sitting there. Very disappointed in the service given by the place I love eating from. In addditon to this, I did try eat the wrap but later threw it away as it was too cold for me to enjoy.

Awful food! I had the american large wrap which was so sweet the sweetness overpowered any other flavours, not worth the £8 i paid. I will not return to this place.
