🫤 Nice-ish burger but not the one I ordered. Ordered beef bacon and cheese burger. Got veg burger with what I think was vegan cheese, only discovered it once already on my train. As annoyed as I was I imagine the other person was more. It’s a pretty fundamental thing and especially important when you... People often mention burger, station,

Nice-ish burger but not the one I ordered. Ordered beef bacon and cheese burger. Got veg burger with what I think was vegan cheese, only discovered it once already on my train. As annoyed as I was I imagine the other person was more. It’s a pretty fundamental thing and especially important when you have veggie orders open. The fries were quite dry.

Really good, meaty burger, great stilton flavour & served quickly. No complaints, will probably visit again.

Very average burger. Not very tasty and fell apart too much. Sauces rubbish.

Price wise let's get this out the way first I think is fair given its in a very busy train station and it's the capital city but the burger leaves your feeling like a McDonald's... Even more hungry which then leads back to price.

Burger was ok, but it could be better. If this place would not have “burger” in it's name I would rate 5 stars. But it has “burger” in name, so the burgers should be perfect. What I did not like is that the meat was a bit dry. Good alternative if you want something different than in the well known chain fast food burgers. Fries were great for sure. Excellent customer service. Cons: overpriced

The staff were very nice, the meal came quick and though it was expensive, it's a train station so I let that slide. However, the burger itself was quite poor, the meat was dry and the burger felt rushed. The chips were good, obviously freshly made and incredibly hot and tasty. The burger let it down.

Can’t speak to the quality of food as I didn’t eat here (purchased a sparkling juice) but a lovely quiet place to sit and kill some time while keeping an eye on the train timetables. There are electric sockets under the booths, as well as at the counter seating with USB charge points, which made it a nice enough place to rest and recharge away from the slightly more hectic ground floor of the station.

Nice burgers for a central and busy train station. The staff and service were amazing. The lady even went outside of the store and searched for us, outside of their dining area because we forgot to wait for the bonus sauce. It was so nice of her!

I was doing errands and there were no places to eat between Euston Station and my next stop, so I decided to try Prime Burger while I was there. Prices seemed a bit steep, but it's food in a railway station. The guarantee is that you will receive your food in 8 minutes or less or get it free. The burger when I received it (in fewer than 8 minutes) was warm at best, not very well seasoned and had a piece of bone in it. I nicely brought it up with the cashier, and that it might be perceived as a problem was barely acknowledged. I did like the fries.

Burger place serving Euston station, busy but clean and acceptable.

Look the staff was super kind but the first time I received my burger I realised they put precooked meat that was waiting on the side of the grill, and it was basically cold I don’t know how long it waited there for. I asked them to change it which they did but still it wasn’t a newly cooked meat. They didn’t let the cheese melt on the beef, they just put it on top of it which tasted terrible. The buns were also pretty bad, the didn’t put the effort to keep them on the grill for a bit to make them a little crispy. In the end I felt like I was eating a badly made, bad tasting beef sandwich, not a burger. Which also I have paid £16 for 💀
