Were wondering why the rating is so polarised and now we understand. The food price and quality don’t match. The meals were prepared with zero care. Ham in Eggs Benedict was visibly hand torn which doesn’t look very appealing. Egg was overcooked. French toast was a nice brioche but soggy in the middle, probably undercooked. Staff didn’t seem very helpful. We payed a little too much for this meal

I will start by saying that the service is friendly and the food is really good, but gosh the prices are a bit bonkers! I’m not sure what vibe this place is going for, but I always assumed it was a office lunch type place, which is why £24 for a salad (ok it had salmon but still) just seems ludicrous to me. The actual decor is nice but the place has an echo which can be really loud during the busy lunch period. However, it is a really enjoyable space when calmer and has plenty of seating choice. Luckily I was taken into for lunch here, as i could truly never justify paying the prices charged here.

At last! I have been searching for a go to place in London and I think I have found it. Food was excellent, they are great about allergies, and its healthy! Must go!

The food was ok, nothing special, especially not for the price. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was ok. I probably wouldn't come back as there are better options for the price.

Had issues with risotto being undercooked. And not just me. But apart from that colleagues had good meals. When complained about risotto, staff was accommodating. Thank you.

Good selection of lunch dishes. We chose a selection of small plates to share, which worked well. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. We had a longer wait for coffees but these did eventually arrive with an apology for the delay. In fairness, the place was really busy by then - a measure of how popular it is.

Staff rude and berating, treating each other bad. Screamed at if made a mistake. Rude attitude to customers. Please, avoid this establishment at all costs- the food is so overpriced for what it is anyway. They don't care about you. Gave me a bad review for my work (after being screamed at) which makes me find it difficult to find work. As I have connections in the area, I will advise others not to go to this restaurant either.

Very nice place to enjoy your coffee or meal. The staff was very friendly and the decor is beautiful, lots of natural light. Will definitely visit again soon.

Very delicious breakfast food that came out fast and hot. The ingredients were all very fresh and good. I found it a bit expensive but not crazy for London. Nice cup of coffee

Food was very good, a tad on the pricey side, £60 for two people, but it's a very nice place to have lunch, it was very busy however the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Great breakfast options. A range of eggs / toast / etc on offer. Seats were a bit cramped, but perhaps we should have just gone for another table

I highly recommend the halloumi cake as part of a salad box, it is yummo!! Take out lunches are great here, if a little expensive. Usually I will buy a regular size box and it does me for 2 meals. Picture shows my leftovers from yesterday’s natural kitchen lunch (still a decent size meal in itself!) The only downsides are that staff can be a little slow and rude.

Lovely place perfect for office goers serves delicious food. We were a group of 5 and had a great time enjoying our brunch. You can either book a table in advance (recommended) or just walk in. We pre-ordered our food in advance to avoid waiting time. Very lively place, well lit and friendly staff.

Food is relatively good, but the ordering system makes the whole experience stressful. As the restaurant is often loud, the lack of labels for items behind the counter means that there is constant shouting between staff and customers trying to figure out what's on offer. Also, its impossible to see the meal deals on the blackboard from the queue.

Given the location, it can get a little busy during lunch but otherwise great service as well as food.

Oh yum! I had the prawn and sesame chicken stir fry. It was a vision of beauty full of bright colours and fragrant. The prawns were perfectly cooked, large and juicy. The chicken was slightly overcooked and a little dry but that took nothing away from me enjoying it. A little too many spring onions for my liking, but the meal was perfectly balanced with a hot and sweet flavour. We were served quickly and our meal arrived without delay. Definetly enjoyed my visit here and will try again.

Very pricey for what it is. I know it’s Central and New St. but hey not everyone working in the area makes the big bucks. £12,70 for a take away box with two little pieces of Chicken and 3 sides of different salads it’s very overpriced. Food is quality it is great. I’d say £10 max it’d be fair. £12,70 for a take out is a lot. (let’s round it ip to £13) Been to places in Mayfair same sort of food with more reasonable prices.

Staff seemed angry and hostile. Food was acceptable but quite pricey for what it was (even by Central standards) People behind the counter were actually fighting in what sounded like Romanian. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. It’s close to work but I’ll probably walk down the block next time.

Amazing, the vegan risotto is one of the best dishes I had!

Nice food, really busy on a lunchtime!

If you’re in the city and you want an amazing breakfast I highly suggest Natural Kitchen. I had the Manuka smoked salmon and scrambled eggs and it was just incredible. The touch of making the smoked salmon infused with manuka is just genius 👌

The food was amazing and yummy. The service was really slow and not very attentive at all - such a shame, as it detracted from what otherwise was a great lunch place.

BEWARE. Prices advertised completely wrong, they’ll charge you £5 extra per meal than displayed and charge service charge for a quick lunch. The staff know exactly what they’re doing and try scam you out of money - will not be returning and advise you don’t. Picture is 2/3’s of the price you will pay. Can see why this is rated poorly - trust the reviews!
