I just had the best steak in my life. Expensive but worth every pound. The food is just amazing 🤩 the beef, salad, truffle fries and mac cheese 👌🏼 The service also was excellent and welcoming. Strongly recommend 👍🏻

The Grill at Harrods is a sit down option offering grilled meats and steaks. The atmosphere is a little chaotic and hectic with lots of people go in and out the food hall. We made a reservation online and was able to skip the queue. The staff were mixed here. Our main waitress was super friendly and helpful but the staff serving the food were rushed. They would forcefully hand the food to you instead of putting it in the table. There were no explanations of what the different dishes were as well. We had to taste the steaks to see which is which cut.. The food was good though. Chicken was a little dry but the steaks were well cooked. USDA option was the best as expected. Sides average. Decent wine.

I had a great dinner and a fantastic waitress. The food was prepared perfectly. I did walk in without a reservation and sat at the counter top/bar area. I do recommend making a reservation, especially with a larger group. When you make your reservation, they will ask for a credit card.

Just finished our lunch at The Grill. I was so excited to have the Kobe A5 fillet and I have to say, it was so sad and disappointing. Kobe beef had no flavor, nor texture. It was not buttery or smooth and there was no marbling. For the money they are asking it is absurd! As a world foodie traveller and having so much experience in food and cooking this is unacceptable.

You don't know what and what not to describe. The restaurant attracts your attention from the moment you enter the hall until you sit at the table. You feel as if you are in a museum surrounded by art collection from everywhere. The food is served with great care while preserving the smallest details. Baby chicken dish is pretty perfect. The staff is very friendly and pays attention to all the details.

The Australien Steak filet is yummy and delicious 😋 🥩 the fries is average ( it’s oily ) the mash potatoes is delicious . The waiting time is too much it’s better if you reserve.

The food in this place is hit and miss, it used to be my favourite and at least once a week I used to eat here, however the past two times I went weren't exactly impressive. From dry fridge cold baby chicken which I had to send back to Not cooked saffron rice and dry potato dauphinoise. I wasn't amazed ! I love their burgers and despite the £39 price tag I still say is one of the best in london. My second favourite dish is baby chicken which is served with gravy. Will I go again: Yes Food : 7/10 Service : 8/10 Value for money : not going to comment on it as its harrods and things are expected to be expensive Price : £140 ( lunch for two ) - only soft drinks

The experience of dining in was nice as diners could see the chefs making the food. The food itself was ok, not the WOW! kind. The prices were the WHAT?! kind though 😅

Been invited for lunch at The Grill @ Harrods Place is definitely classy and posh. Seating is at the counter facing the kitchen behind a glass. Kinda like it. Food wise nothing really exceptional putting in perspective the price (£28 + £7 for the side (salad)) If you are keen to pay this price, go for it.

Good but not great … I was a bit underwhelmed by the food but the a ervice was fantastic though !

Came here for our anniversary lunch. Food was ok. Truffle Mac and cheese and the truffle chips were delicious. Disappointed with the service as the waiters were too slow and we had to keep trying to get there attention. Our drinks took about 10 minutes to come. We had a reservation so make sure you reserve beforehand as it gets busy.

Nice place. The steak cost more than 200 GBP! Deserts were delicious as well

Fantastic food, stakes, burgers, chicken, all fantastic. I enjoy sitting at the bar and watch the staff at the kitchen, they are fantastic. Hats down! The place has very high attendance, and this requires higher speed than usual! They are simply fantastic! Hygienic, efficient, so quick, and accurate. There’s a level of chemistry that makes the job more efficient & the outcome outstanding, even with the heat, the noise, and the traffic of people! Fantastic place

The place was very charming with its interior design. The different restaurants were laid out in one big room section accordingly to its cuisine. The Tomahawk steak at The Grill was very good. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare with great crusting on the outside. I think the lobster was a bit pricey for its worth. The truffle chips were very delicious. The Chablis wine was very light and easy in the palate. I think it surprisingly went well with the surf and turf!

I had a great time yesterday with my family. The experience became even better with Ana Paula's impeccable service. It was one of the best services we had in London. Well done team! Excellent food!

this place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff was also really friendly. The manager MR Chheng was incredible. he know what he was doing and what he was talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy was his main priority. Food is pretty good. Will come back again 👌🏻

Chicken was burnt, dry and tasteless. They forgot the gravy. Super overpriced not worth it.

Really overly priced for average food. We had the burger and baby chicken. Both were fairly tasty but not worth the price. However the truffle fries were great. If you require a halal diet, be aware that there is a very limited selection of halal mains, which include the beef burger, baby chicken and the Australian wagyu steak. The service was great, hats off to the staff for their attentiveness and friendliness.

We lined up to eat at the grill section on the evening of November 18, around 18:30. When it was our turn, the two ladies who arranged the queue said that our place would be a bar and it was being cleaned. When they were ready, they took us to the bar. At the last minute, the person I learned was the place's manager, who came and left a reservation and happy birthday card on the table at the bar reserved for us. Then, the person told us this place was booked and turned us away. I told them this place was confirmed, and they had no right to do this at the last second. Everyone, including the manager, rudely told us that we should wait and that the place belonged to a customer who was late. As a result, we left there. The manager and the two ladies did not even apologise. They had an utterly indifferent attitude. While we were waiting for our table, the manager brought people from different places, seating them at their tables with endless service. The staff treats people differently and discriminates against them under the pretext of having a reservation. I am sure the manager got good tips from the guests he brought without reservation while we waited to be seated.

A high brow eatery so my standards and expectations go way up accordingly. We came for lunch and we're literally the first people in the place. Still it took 30 minutes to be served So to be honest we had a better tasting perfectly cooked steak at Steak and Co. At half the price. Not to mention I ordered a 350 gm sirloin and 100gm was inedible fat for $67 pounds!! My daughters 250 gm was the same size but was undercooked and raw. To Managements credit they resolved both issues with a smile and apologies. They recooked a new steak for my daughter and brought me another 250gm sirloin. Both this time slightly overcooked but we didn't say anything. When check came without saying anything they discounted the entire check 50%. Wow! Just pumped them up from a 3 star to 4 star. Now I would come back. On a positive note the place is clean looking with a cool vibrant and alive vibe.!

The grilled baby chicken is supper good ,, it goes very well with rice with Zafaran ,, There is nothing special in the wagyu burger 🍔

Staff so nice and hostess bang on but if charging these prices how can they have the right too if it’s literally a tiny piece of chicken with lots of bones ? 9 for chips which cost fa and like 150 overall … goideach

A good dining experience with delicious high quality British rib eye steak, red wine, salad, fries with truffle and English breakfast tea. The service was good and friendly.

Tried the valentines set meal. Highly recommend the set and impressed with the service! Great family dinner tonight!

The Harrods Rotisserie Grill was a fantastic experience, seeing the chefs cook and prepare your meal right in front of you was fun and the fillet steak I had was simply superb (expensive of course but it is Harrods after all). The truffle chips were honestly the tastiest truffle chips I’ve ever had, and loads of truffle on them so it wasn’t a skimpy garnish as I’ve had in some other restaurants. My friend had the half roast chicken which also looked delicious. First time trying the grill and I can’t wait to go back!

Really not worth the price. As it was a busy Sunday, there was a line and I was told to wait 10 minutes (bearing in mind I was alone as well) so I did. 10 minutes pass and I see a few groups of people (2+) without reservations going in before me. I then asked why they were seated when they only just came in and, suddenly, the hosts found a table for me. Fine. I was really hungry. So I sat down, everyone else was being served before me but I sucked it up as I’ve waited a while already and my waitress was really nice. So, I ordered the burger (£38) which did NOT include fries. The most rare that they can make the meat was medium well due to policy (not a fan, but again, I was hungry). The drinks came quite quickly and the burger was made within 10-15 minutes so I was happy. I honestly think that the burger (quality and taste) was 100% not worth the price. Small and very salty overall. I’m not sure about the steaks - the other dishes looked lovely, but this was a disappointment as a whole. The chefs were nice and the atmosphere was nice but that’s about it. It’s a massive shame because I go to the food court dining quite often (first time at the grill though) and the experience really ruined my day.

I have been in the grill restaurant last week with my family and was absolutely amazing. We was eating the amazing Australian waguy which is unforgettable with a delicious Caesar salad thank to Ana the waitress that was guiding was to pick the right choice. We also tried two cocktails: Passion Velvet and the fantastic Green Margarita. We are excited to go back as soon as we can. Thanks for the all team.
