Shopping mall in Redhill which serves the purpose for people living in and around Redhill. It has many stores which includes M&S, H&M, JD, photos, H Samuels, Trespass, Superdrug and many more.

Small shopping centre with very limited outlets. Good coffee in MuffinBreak though.

Ordered tea and vegan blueberry muffin. Muffin was great with juicy blueberries. A popular cafe, handy for resting during shopping.

Excellent shopping center. This was our first time in Redhill with me and my wife and I have to say I was surprised in how clean and spacious the whole shopping centre was. Even the underground and ingkroud parking is massive and goes all the way up to ther roof. The shops are well laid out and spread out over 3 floors and with a huge selection of stores. Outside there's even a lovely cafe with the plaza and you can chill out from walking . Very nicely laid out. We will be coming back for all our shopping as the selection of shops is massive. many thanks 🙏😁

Nice shopping centre although very small. They're running a 30 year birthday event at the moment. This means they are running various competitions to celebrate. I won a free drink as part of the event. My wife won a £3 off voucher. Unfortunately, the shops weren't accepting the vouchers. The shops says the vouchers have to be exchanged before use. Belfry say they can be used at any store within the Belfry. One star for false hope and wasting my time. Some advice for the Belfy. How about to celebrate 30 years, give everyone free parking so they can attend and spend money at the shops. These promotions are gimmicky.

The carpark appears a bigger than that actual shopping centre. A small selection of shops with not great choice. Lifts and signed were dirty and dusty and it appears the owners have given up a little on this place. Pay machines for parking are only located on floor one so If you’ve parked higher you trek all then way down to Pay. Not a place I’ll be revisiting anytime soon

Good shopping centre with many big brands including M &S. Whilst there is a big car park there is a major lack of payment machines so the queue is often long .

Small town mall with all that is needed to survive. It has toy stores for the kids. Has cloth stores for the people who love shopping clothes. Book stores for the book worms. Wacky Kingdom for the kids with bubbling energy. Food joints for the hungry ones. Best of all, it's always decorated for every occasion that is found on the calendar. Subway is just around the entrance for pocket friendly bites.

The belfry centre has a decent car park with ample spaces available. There are lots of shops inside the centre including some big brand names. The centre isn't the best for a shopping spree if you want lots of variety or quirky stores as most are fairly generic high street names but it's a decent local shopping centre. The centre itself is always clean and tidy with lots of staff around at all times.

Nice place to shop and parking is so reasonable - just as it should be for the young families that use the town.

Busy centre with a good range of shops including Clarks, M&S, H&M and Waterstones. Good value parking, clean and well maintained - would recommend!

The Belfry, Redhill is super inviting from the well laid out carpark, escalators, lifts and shopping offer. If you want your #preloced fix go to upper level to The Children's Trust

I hadn't been to Redhill or been in the Belfry shopping centre since my birthday 🎂 in 2019😱 and before Covid 19 happened but on Tuesday l decided to go over to Redhill for a change. the TSB Bank has since closed in the Belfry shopping centre there a few homeless people sitting outside the Sainsbury's supermarket but that nothing new they were there the last time l visited back in 2019 The Belfry shopping centre isn't that big the only thing is Redhill has still got it H&M store open Crawley's 😭 sadly closed down replaced by a Asian supermarket Longdan which is always empty .🙄

Car park is really quite good for space sizes, particularly if you’re able to park on a corner I found. V reasonably priced too! Not the greatest selection of shops inside but covers most bases in a basic manner. Lifts can take a while as one button controls both lifts, that go across 3/4 floors.

Slowly but surely Redhill town centre is being choked off. The Belfry itself is a nice place, well maintained and clean. However, the unit vacancies tells its own tale. Local government must urgently address why this once vibrant area is failing to attract shoppers.

A really nice cafe and a hidden gem in Redhill. They have the best muffins I have eaten so far and coffee is really good too.

I loved the fact that a lot of shops are in one place. M & S, Boots and H & M are a few. The car park charges were reasonable.

Very clean and safe, good variety of shops, my favourite being The Children's Trust Pop Up Shop! Often has an activity base or display for children.

Really tasty food which is all made on site. No generic, industrially bake junk here. Just tasty and delicious produce. Reasonable prices and decent portions.

  • 5/5 Hazel G. 1 year ago on Google
The Belfry is always clean and tidy whenever we visit, the attendant at the toilets does a brilliant job of keeping the facilities clean and hygienic which is very much appreciated, there are 2 lifts and escalators to transport you to the 2 shopping levels and the car park.

Dan and Darryl from the security team were amazing. My car battery died when I was in the shopping centre and they both went above and beyond to help jump start my car. Much appreciated, great guys and very nice to me and my girlfriend!

There's a reason I don't go to Redhill and today made that more clear for me. I started by going to Game, got something then onto the next shop, Robert Dyas. I walk in and instant starred at by the 2 lady's behind the till, I start looking around and down the end of the aisle is one of the lady's still looking at me (great way to make customers feel comfortable) I finish looking around and leave. Next thing I know 2 security team are standing outside and follow me. I go to the toilet, come out and there are now 3 of them standing outside. I get followed all the way out the building.basically because I am young I was singled out as there was a lot of older people around, not only is that discrimination but it's also the reason why i don't go to the belfry and why I won't ve returning. I will be writing to your security team as this is wrong on a lot of levels.

I feel like it started to be more alive lately with some new shops and activities in an around the shopping centre. It's a nice place, hope it will improve further.

A car park with reasonable price. If you buy the card, you can park free after 6 pm. There are some shops inside the Belfry, including M&S and others. But there isn’t many people in the center.

I enjoy coming here. Its easy to park at the Belfry car park (with very reasonable rates) which takes you right into the shopping areas. Friendly staff in all the shops I have been in. Places for lunch and coffee so it's always a very pleasant few hours

Despite the national restrictions, life must go in and The Belfry is doing it's level best to enable the vital aspects of life can continue. Excellent Covid measures in place with well designated walking lanes and all shops open and adhering to the strict guidelines ensuring all shoppers are safe. The only downer was the works currently taking place in the car park which made navigating slightly confusing but the stewards ushering traffic were polite and friendly with a good sense of customer service at both the entry and exit. A great place to visit and shop for the day! 😊

A nice collection of shops, with reasonably priced indoor parking on top. Not the biggest shopping mall but has a wide enough selection of shops, including M&S, H&M, Waterstones, The Works, Trespass, Robert Dyas, WH Smith (with Post Office), Toy Barnhaus, Body Shop, and a few places to eat and a soft play for the little ones.

  • 4/5 Mac M. 2 years ago on Google
Not a bad place to shop. Has quite a variety to chose from. Everything from Robert Dyas, M&S, Perfume Shop, and the post office to name a few. I'm not a window shopper by nature, I was in and out in under 20 minutes.

  • 3/5 Mike C. 2 years ago on Google
The Belfry isn't bad but doesn't have the humdrum of a successful place. Closed shops and not a good variety either. It has the opportunity to be much better.

  • 5/5 Jack P. 2 years ago on Google
There was a Very safe one-way system in place entering on the Left exiting on the Right but was allowed to go back to the normal with banging into pushchairs and mobile aids when restrictions were lifted and that is a shame. Lots of stations to sanatise your hands. All shops have good controls in place. Apart from a few selfish adults who should know better Its a Nice safe comfortable shopping environment with lots of friendly hard working retail staff.

Located right in middle of the redhill town centre it’s something that cannot be missed. Would have loved to see more restaurants or cafe shops and places for kids. M&S clothing and food is one of the main attraction for us .

The Belfry is a small but pleasant shopping centre with a limited range of shops There are only two shops to consider whilst looking for clothing for teens; New Look & H&M - It would be nice to for this area with increased new housing and a growing youth community to have more options to choose from.

  • 5/5 Julie E. 1 year ago on Google
Haven't been here in ages, so pleasantly surprised it is still a fab little shopping centre

  • 3/5 Lino Sam T. 2 years ago on Google
The Belfry Shopping Centre first opened on 15 October 1991, in the centre of Redhill, having been constructed on the site of an old car park. It dramatically altered the already changing face of Redhill, bringing it well into the modern age and has created many jobs with the 43 shops it contains.[citation needed] It spreads over 248,000 square feet (23,000 m2), and has two shopping levels - the bottom being High Street Mall, and the upper level Station Road Mall. They are named after the roads the respective levels exit onto.

Always tests their stupidly loud and obnoxious alarms at 7:30 in the morning, on weekdays AND weekends. Wakes me and my partner up every single time. I have no idea why they have to be so loud that you can hear them from half a mile away. 7:30 in the morning.... really?!

My first time in England, Redhill lovely to visit, shopping is qreat! The mall Belfry is bigger than it looks! Loads of shops very clean & friendly! Would go back! 👍😁

  • 5/5 jean w. 1 year ago on Google
Clean, friendly and with a good range of shops for local needs. This centre is alive and unlike some other towns where the centres look like ghost towns. I use Marks and Spencer for clothes and food, Robert Dyas, Grape Tree, Muffin Break, Boots, Clarks shoes, card shops, mobile phone shop and several smaller shops. It's the first shopping centre I go to for my needs as there are useful shops like Wilko, Sainsbury, Savers, discount shops, photo shop, eateries, pubs and nice coffee shops just outside,
