It was a good shop which had a wide variety and they had a collection and options of glasses. They had a reasonable price for each pair. Wonderful shop with good customer service.👍💕👓🇬🇧

From the moment I walked into the shop on Saturday 23 September I experienced first class service from Chloe. I was quite broad with what I wanted so the process of selecting the right pair of sunglasses for me was long, but she persevered and was supportive all the way through. She was careful to give direction in a subtle and tactful way and was extremely patient. When my partner joined in later on and was also looking for a pair of sunglasses Chloe continued to serve both of us with patience, grace and a feeling that nothing was too much. There were some complications around pricing due to discounts that were available to me, but again Chloe navigated these expertly. It was such a delight to have such great customer service - a rare exception these days. Chloe is a superior member of staff with lots of potential and a truly great ambassador of the brand. The woman in this store is rude as hell, if you say you are just looking, she will start mumbling to herself and say rude things, felt extremely uncomfortable in there. I don’t know what pedestal other men have given her, but someone needs to kick it and teach her a lesson. The shop looks nice but they seriously need someone who understands a basic characteristic.. RESPECT.

Supervisor/ manager (the European lady) in this store is very rude. We went to buy and start looking. She told us second pair is extra 30% off. So we were looking and make our mind to take 2 pairs if the prices and style matches. We handed her two pairs and wanted to know the price altogether. We told her we wanted to check the price. But after she told us the price that doesn’t seem any wow deal. As soon as she understands that we are not going to buy those pairs she just took away from the counter and put it on selves without asking and started saying very rudely ohh that’s ok, two pairs of those glass in less then £400 and you don’t want it, you can go. Such kind of behaviour is alarming and she should get proper training to run the store. That’s very disrespectful and unacceptable. We were so disgusted by her attitude. Whoever give her that job to run the store, please have a look how she treat the customers.

The security guy at the store is extremely unprofessional and keeps hovering around you even while you’re trying out the glasses. You’re not left alone to decide or be comfortable in your own space. Really unprofessional.

Great staff can't do enough for you. The guy in there even tightened a pair of glasses I was wearing when I went in the shop . Can't recommend enough . Got two pairs of sunglasses for a great price . They added on two offers so was even cheaper . I'm one very happy lady tonight

I had an issue with the quality of a pair of sunglasses I brought a couple years back. Under their sunglasses quality assurance, I was able to exchange it for another pair. The store manager, Sanjay, offered great service and was very helpful in helping my find a similar alternative. Great selection of sunglasses. 😎

Recently visited sunglasses hut outlet in O2. The offers were great 50% off ending up buying 2 pairs of sunglasses staff were so professional and helpful. Great customer service and overall great experience.

Uncooperative employees and when you left the shop, he accused us of theft and did search our personal belongings, and when he fond nothing, he refused to apologize for his bad behavior.
