One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. Another guest was picking up his rent boy for the evening in reception when I arrived to check in. Ordered a double bed room got 2 single beds, got told breakfast was from 7.30 until 9.30 when checking in. Went down at 9.01 to be told it was only until 9 and wouldn't even let us have a coffee. Despite not even serving anyone else all morning. Rooms were like prison cells with caravan like toilets and shower. Avoid like the plague.

Wish I could rate 0 stars. Complete dive of a place. Extortionately expensive for a tiny box room with 3 beds squeezed in and the en-suite was basically a plastic floored cupboard where the toilet was practically under the shower head. We decided to check how clean the beds were and found a wet patch under the sheets on one which turned out to be urine. Immediately went to complain and got a full refund and got out of there as fast as we could. Cannot stress enough - do not stay here!

I was very disappointed with my stay here, the room was dirty there was mould/stains on the wall-we were placed in the basement and the nearest bathroom was 3 floors up-I don’t think it was worth £90 as I have seen better hostels that this. Despite this the location was good and staff were friendly enough however that doesn’t make up for it and I would not recommend anybody to stay here.

Location was pretty good. Checking in and out was fast and easy, there was a complimentary breakfast but I didn't wake up in time so I can't comment on that. I had booked an en suite room with a double bed for me and my girlfriend. The room and bathroom were quite small, I'd say the bedroom was about 3m squared and the bathroom about 1.5m. It's cosy if you don't mind the small space. Overall I had a decent stay, I had everything I needed and nothing to complain about.

Stayed here for 1 night at checking the receptionist was very helpful. The check-in process was very easy. Unfortunately I was given the last remaining room on the top floor or a 4/5 storey building and there is no lift. Once I got to the room the room as of a good size and very clean. It was a bit dated. The bathroom was clean but could of done with a refurb a few years ago. The shower was not very powerful. But overall for a cheap room you can complain. One of the better hotels I've stayed in near Victoria.

Andy the owner was lovely, he put himself out, but his wife, well different kettle of fish, we got put in room 2 on the ground floor as my wife couldnt do the stairs to the top floor & the room was tiny with only 2 flat pillows between us, I asked Andys wife for 2 more as my wife needs to be propped up right to sleep, she said that's what there is, after a while she had to get some from other rooms reluctantly. The so called en suite well what can I say, a converted cupboard with a plastic liner, the toilet was half into the shower which would be OK if your 6 yrs old, not suitable for adults. Being woken up by other noisy guests at 1:30 either & having to shout to them to shut up. Not impressed. Would not recommend or stay there again.

This hotel really does everything basic in terms of being one. The rooms are what you'd expect a place to be: really basic in terms of beds, blankets and space. It's based in a townhouse so don't expect too much room when visiting here. Housekeeping is ok, nothing really excellent, just towels, soap and bathroom. Their Bed and breakfast are really just cheap. Nothing really elegant or stand-out, it's usually just cereal and bread and butter. If you are travelling to this place, be sure to pack light, because there are no elevators in this place. Overall, if you're looking for a really cheap visit, this is the place for you. Otherwise, you're better off looking elsewhere.

Really dirt carpets in room, can't sit on toilet with door closed- too small - shower cubicle VERY small. No table/ cupboard in small room. We were on ground floor and noise from room above was very loud. Free breakfast - joke it was coffee and toast, and cereal....... supposed to be continental breakfast. I will not be returning to this dump.

If we could have given 0 Stars or under that, we would have done so. We had book a bedroom for 2 and was given a room in the basement with very bad air conditions which resultet in having to open the windwos, which made the room very cold. Furthermore, the room was without bathroom or toilet - you had to share one with others on the 3rd floor - 4 floors above our room, which we were not informed about before checking in. To make matters worse those toilets did not work. The people in the reception were hard to talk with because they did not listen to the complains we made regarding the toilets. However, they were kind enough to upgrade our room for two nights, to another room with a bathroom and toilet for 20 pounds. However, when we flushed the toiletwater came out onto the floor, and taking into account the tiny bathroom, you could not avoid it. We therefore strongly advise people not to book rooms at this hotel, if you do not wish to have the same experience as us.

Very budget. Very small rooms and cleanliness leaves a lot to be deserved. Complementary breakfast is nothing but some bread and coffee. No lift which means you need to lift the luggage all the way. No service options of any kind
