Amazing hotel. Amazing staff. Amazing location. I couldn’t fault anything about the hotel. All staff were friendly, attentive and helpful whenever needed. The hotel rooms were clean and had everything that you would need. An Iron, hair dryer, mini fridge, tea/coffee and a working tv were included in the hotel room. The location of the hotel is brilliant, it’s just far enough to escape the hustle and bustle of London but a lovely 15 minute river side walk from the Southbank (London eye). Very central. We had breakfast included and we couldn’t fault it at all. It was hot, we weren’t waiting food and we were seated really quick (buffet style). Overall it was a brilliant experience and I can’t fault anything about the hotel. The car park is an extra bonus! Can’t wait to visit London again and stay at the same hotel!

Perfect location, London Eye is 15 mins walk away from it. Rooms were clean and well-sized. Staff and their service too is good. Though a bit pricey for a 4 star, but location is ideal. Had a room with a partial view of the Eye and Big Ben. Highly recommended!

Hotel is really nice and in a good location. Staff are all helpful and friendly. Food in the bar for lunch was delicious. The hotel room was big with a large tv. Bed was very comfy. The accessibility features in the bathroom were posh and easy to use. Only problem was trying to fit my wheelchair through the door which was a huge concern as if I was alone or I didn’t have at least one leg then I would not have been able to get into the room. If not for this reason I would give 5 stars.

I went here with two friends and stayed in a room together, there was a double bed and sofa bed. The bathroom was open plan which was weird, the shower had brown glass which you could see through which was also very weird. The sofa bed wasn't set up and they didn't give us towels or bedding for all of us. It was £120 for one night which didn't include breakfast I would not recommend staying here. The location was good that's all that I can say I thought was good about it.

Nice big room, clean hotel, very convenient. Allowed to extend our check out with no extra charge. However the breakfast buffet was shocking, ended up just having toast. Hence only 3 stars. Even had to use paper cups.

Probably my favourite place to stay in London. For the location, price and overall condition of hotel this always wins. A good all rounder. I do think breakfast could be improved but overall a great hotel for the price.

We’ve spent a lovely weekend there. Rooms were clean, bed comfy and the view is so pretty. Staff members were very helpful and kind. Special mention about housekeeping staff, which from the second we arrived they’ve been lovely and really took an interest in us having a pleasant stay. We will definitely be staying here again when we're next in London.

Incredibly impressed. The hotel is perfectly situated in relation to everything I wanted to see and do. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back! Thanks so much to all the team at Novotel Waterloo - it was more than I could have asked for, or hoped for.

Stayed for 1 night at on a work trip. Steady and stable free WiFi was most welcomed for the meetings I needed to attend during my stay. Room lovely and spacious and a fabulous view over the city. Bar staff and food in the bar great. Breakfast service was excellent. Restaurant was exceptionally busy but the staff (especially the restaurant manager on service today 6th March) worked non stop cleaning and clearing tables to seat everyone as quick as possible, and all with a smile. Its did not go unnoticed. Thank you all so much for a very pleasurable stay.

we spent 5 nights over the New Year in the hotel. the location is great, breakfast and stuff are fantastic. The rooms are ok, a bit strange with the open bathroom though. The cleaniness of the carpet floor in the room was disgusting (room 127) with lots of stains. In addition, as 1 elevator was out of service the lft one was causing lots of waiting times, so we usually took the stairs.

I had a wonderful weekend there; the room was immaculate and the view was spectacular; the wellness area (sauna gym) was also very clean; the lobby smelled great:) and the service was outstanding; front desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful. I strongly recommend it.

In the bathroom, the mirror light kept turning on and off randomly, I didn't find any indication either. Also, a 4 star hotel should have a bathtub in the bathroom. The breakfast can be greatly improved. For example, the pastries were poor. There was no olive oil. Few jams. The quality of the food in the hotel restaurant was poor: pizza, nachos or a Caesar salad were miserable. Bad food, at a very high price. Finally, an elevator was out of service, causing many waits.

Location was ok, a bit over priced for what we got. The fridge didn't really work and according to other guest this seemed to be a common trend. Food was not great to be honest. The one time we had room service it took almost an hour and a half and it was basically cold when we received it. Also the fact the hotel does not accept cash at all was extremely inconvenient to say the least. We had a wonderful vacation and it certainly was long overdue since I have been home. So thank you for our stay; I really did need to get home for a short time. I loved how there was parking on site as well, but I don't think I will book with you all again.

I stayed for 6 nights. My room was clean and serviced. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Heater/aircon wasn't loud. The breakfasts were plentiful and tasty. The dinners at the bar were spot on. Could not have asked for anything more.

The location is amazing, I walked to Trafalgar Square and Buckingham Palace easily from the hotel. There is a car park, but it is quite expensive. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was good. It had a weird bathroom in that the sink was in the room, and the toilet and shower were in cubicles, but it worked fine. The bed was a little soft, but that's just my preference. A great place to base yourself when in London.

Great location. Great rooms with comfortable beds. Comprehensive breakfast buffet. Just two evenings when I returned from my meeting I discovered that my room wasn't done. The hotel each time promptly did my room, but it was annoying that I had to wait for the cleaning.

I could not breath my room smelt do bad. It came from the bathroom. We closed the door to try to help but it got way worse throughout the night. The pull out bed for our 3rd person had this huge nasty stain on the bed and there were no extra sheets for the bed in the room even though we marked 3 people are staying. When we checked in the front desk guy was not the warmest. He was evidently not happy to be there and very short and snappy. The location is great though. But it was definitely not worth the money we had to pay. Please fix the ventilation system of your plumbing. Mr. Ardit in the morning who checked us out was super kind and worked with us holding our bags. He helped us also get a taxi. Amazing man. He deserves a pay raise.

The hotel is very close to the parliament and in walking distance to many other attractions. It is quiet and good for families. The food is ok, it was raining so we chose to visit their restaurant for dinner. The coffee is also ok. They offer breakfast at 21 pounds per person, which based on the quality of what we experienced I would not recommend as there are better options around the neighborhood. My other issue was with the shower. In an effort to make it chic, it has glass that does not cover the entire shower, so water spills out flooding the entire bathroom if you are not careful. Good for families. If traveling solo or as a couple, I would book another location.

The family at AtlasAdventured highly recommends staying here! Awesome hotel. It is in a great location within walking distance to Buckingham Palace, the Thames, Big Ben, and just a few minutes drive to Waterloo Station. The lobby of the hotel is very clean and modern, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are great. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, and good sized bathrooms. A kettle with tea and coffee is provided. The hotel is very kid friendly. Upon arrival, our toddler was given a little Novotel stuffed animal, and inside the lobby there is a little kids' corner filled with toys! Our daughter thought this was the best thing she’s ever seen. The hotel has everything you need with parking on site, a restaurant that serves breakfast, and a gym. Next time we are in the area, we will definitely be staying here!

Really good Novotel. Excellent friendly staff, it was super busy as Easter but managed very well. Room quite small but it is London. We got an excellent price booking very early and it was definitely worth it. Breakfast plenty of choice and tasty. Room was quiet enough even though hotel was full. A 20 min walk to the nearest tube was the only downside but right next to the Thames so a lovely walk. The steam room has gone it's just a sauna, so the website needs updating. Thanks for a great stay.

The hotel is lovely, really enjoyed breakfast and fruits were freshly cut and bar delicious food. All the staff in the restaurant and bar were knowledgeable, timely, friendly. I will definitely stay here again!

Sauna is great, restaurant and staff are good. Our executive room had an amazing bathroom but i was surprised that they spent so much refurbishing it while leaving the main part of the room with completely run down furniture? Location is fun, we might book again depending on prices!

Very good experience overall. One tip though: whilst traveling alone for work it get’s pretty old pretty quick to be asked every morning at breakfast “is it just you?” Or “are you all alone?”. Either have it on your doc, remember your guests or ask “table for one?” Or “how many guests?” I don’t mind but can imagine people on leisure or actually lonely can find this quite negative.

Excellent hotel, clean the room every day and change towels, breakfast is very poor, pay only in cash The location is excellent and there is accessible transport just below the hotel

If there was a zero star I would give it. Coeliacs beware you can’t stay here. The staff were rude the service wasn’t very good, there wasn’t actually anything at all I could eat, even at breakfast, the utensils were cross contaminated, so I asked for an omelette to be cooked and was advised by the chef that it might be contaminated? Seriously you can’t crack an egg in a pan? Not all Novotels are like this but this one is bad…

Excellent hotel in a convenient location with lovely staff. Front desk and the restaurant waiters at the breakfast time are really friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff keep the room really clean and neat. Loved our stay.

We recently stayed here as a family with my two young girls, we were really impressed with the attention to detail for the children such as giving soft toys on arrival and having a children section, unfortunately this not being anything to do with the hotel or the staff, My self and my daughter felt very threatened during our stay as a fellow guest on the same floor open their door to shout SHUT THAT F’ING KID UP!! I did not respond to this threatening outburst as I felt very intimidated by the stance of this person that if I were to respond things could have escalated. I was very shaken by this as was my 4 year old, I informed my partner as I was very shaken. He informed the front desk who did not have much response for us. I am aware the hotel cannot control the actions of their guests however I would have liked to feel comfortable and safe during my stay and reassured in anyway possible, this did not happen. Very disappointed that I should be able to feel safe myself and for my family during my stay but did not.

Very accommodating with our request before our arrival. We had a room with a view of Big Ben, The London Eye and The Shard. Good location.. 10 minute walk to Big Ben, Eye & County Hall attractions. Friendly staff and comfortable room. A decent breakfast to set you up for the day ahead. Would stay again.

Overall OK experience - did the job for a single night stay. Room was generously sized and mainly clean, however the bathroom was dirty and the fridge, nor the safe, worked correctly. Air conditioning was effective however very noisy so impossible to use at night. Poor soundproofing between rooms above. Sleep was OK other than the TV waking itself up at 4am - it did not seem to reset itself for my stay and therefore had retained a previous guest's alarm. Breakfast was disappointing, despite being the first one there in the morning the food was lukewarm and felt stale. Staff were attentive and friendly, though check in felt a bit jumbled with a staff member serving other guests at the same time. Good location so would stay again, but without the breakfast.

This hotel was very nice, the rooms were clean and modernly decorated, perhaps a little too modern since the bathroom window was slightly see through, which isn't ideal when you're sharing the room. Besides that, the breakfast was nice as you'd expect.

Cash less. Clean accommodations. Room was ready and staff were helpful. We had a problem with our TV and they kept working on it until the problem was resolved. Having glasses and actual coffee mugs was nice. Location was convienly located close to bus stops. Would choose to stay there again.

The hotel is close to restaurants, city center and the tube system. The hotel lobby was clean and welcoming. The rooms were clean and a good size. We were given a card for a free drink for each person in each room. We did eat at their bar and the food was good. This hotel did have air conditioning which was nice. I would stay here again.

I’ve Been staying here for a day so far and I haven’t had breakfast yet but the hotel is pretty good so far. I find the prices in the bar and restaurant quite high but that’s because I’m from Somerset so the prices are cheaper. The service is very good and the staff (so far) are very kind and helpful. The actual room is quite good too. It’s just a bit hot and the air conditioning in my room doesn’t seem to be doing much. I would recommend

We had an amazing stay at this hotel which is close proximity to Westminster walking distance to Oxford Street & Picadilly Circus. I must mention the staff and the service made our stay exceptional. They are always smiling and ready to help. The breakfast spread was elaborate thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were very friendly and always on their toes.A big thank you to Claudia & Eldi at the restaurant who was very welcoming. We will certainly stay at this hotel again.

Stayed two nights. Extremely clean, spacious, and well decorated room. Front desk and housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful. Didn't have breakfast tough, so I can't comment about it. The location was great as well, just a few minutes away from the Parliament and the London Eye can be reached very easily on foot.

Had a lovely stay at Novotel for 2 nights for a work trip. The staff was lovely and also offered complementary drinks voucher at their bar. The hotel room was very clean and spacious. Really recommend staying here - will definitely be staying here again in future.
