Dear Management, I recently stayed at your establishment and, while I found the reception staff to be attentive and helpful, I unfortunately must express my dissatisfaction regarding the cleanliness of the room. During my stay, I observed several deficiencies indicating an inadequate level of cleanliness. Firstly, I found papers and other items, including the TV remote, underneath the bed, which remained in the same position for two consecutive days. This leads me to believe that thorough cleaning, including vacuuming, is not being carried out regularly. Furthermore, the bedside tables had visible coffee stains that were not attended to during my stay. Despite showing photos of these stains to the reception staff, I returned to my room in the evening to find the situation unchanged. These experiences make me question the qualifications of the cleaning staff and their attention to detail, which are fundamental in the hospitality industry. Cleanliness is a crucial factor in ensuring a pleasant and safe stay, and on this occasion, it appears that the expected standards were not met. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to review and improve your cleaning procedures. While I appreciate the attention received at the reception, I find it difficult to recommend your hotel under the current circumstances. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope that steps are taken to ensure that future guests do not experience similar issues.

Fabulous, well appointed hotel near King's Cross station. The hotel has a gym, restaurant and bar. The staff are super helpful and happy to book taxis and restaurants. The rooms are a good size with all the room amenities you'd expect. The bathroom has a rain shower and magnifying mirror. For toiletry amenities you need to contact the front desk. The hotel is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride from King's Cross station. The bus stop is on the same side of the road as the hotel. There are no nearby Tube stations.

We stayed as a couple in Early February for a night while visiting London for a spot of tourism. The hotel is well situated being within walking distance of Kings Cross station and the tube into central London. Be aware it is a good 10 minutes walk to Kings cross (nearest tube) which in the pouring rain is enough to get quite wet. However a bus line does run right past the hotel and onto the station. (Use the TFL app to get bus numbers and times) The reception was friendly and efficient and our check in was great. The room (standard) was nice and quiet and was clean and well appointed. The bathroom was also excellent. Our only gripe was that the heating/air conditioning was stuck on warm and despite moving the room thermostat to minimum we could not get the room any cooler. We didn't discover this until after our return later in the evening by which time it was too late to call housekeeping to try and get a fix. We would certainly consider using the hotel again when next visiting London.

Both positives and negatives to this stay, but overall not worth the amount I paid for 2 night stay. The personnel here are very good and try to be accommodating, but the hotel is not worth what they charge. I stayed in one of he "suites". The room was nice, but nothing special with exception of a substandard rainfall shower. The pool, jacuzzi and spa were all closed upon my arrival with no prior notification on the booking site. This being one of the main features I was looking for severely damaged my view of this place. Breakfast is substandard and pretty much identical to that of a cheaper "lower quality" hotel. The bar and restaurant is severely limited on open hours and available selection and the alternate option offered by the hotel is similar to using a deliveroo service. This is a nice hotel with courteous staff, however it is not worthy of a 4 star rating and is far more expensive than it should be. At best, this should be considered a 3 star experience.

Great place to stay and close to London centre. Many places to eat and visit nearby. People were very friendly and welcoming and check in was very quick and smooth. Restaurant is always available and had breakfast and a snack one day. Breakfast offers a good continental and english breakfast. Not giving 5 stars as we were expecting the swimming pool and sauna facilities to be available (Not shown as unavailable during booking). Thank you to all staff.

The room was lovely and reception staff was attentive, the food was delicious but.. When we was dinning in your restaurant/bar area at lunch time our waiter was lovely I didn’t get his name he seemed new and like he was training. But the manager in charge on this shift 04/02/2024 spoke to this poor waiter like absolute crap for asking where the salt and pepper was for our table. We went to see a concert at the o2 arena and didn’t arrive back to our hotel until 01.30am so we asked reception if a late check was optional and he said yes but he couldn’t cut our cards as he’d done a night audit which was fine. But to be woken up by house keeping at 10.20am when the original check out isn’t until 11am!! He should not of been knocking on our door asking when we was leaving even if we was at 11am but we had the late check out. We got up and got dressed and left due to how rude this man was. Our plan was to have a late morning and have some more delicious food before leaving, after this I don’t think it’s possible we will return. The view from our room was terrible. Also if your planning on not carrying light make sure you know this hotel is 15 minutes walk from the train station.

This is a good hotel overall, and is just about worth four stars. The room was clean and the shower was amazing. This was a pretty expensive place though, and I’m not totally convinced it was worth the price paid, especially as the rooms are a tad small and the swimming pool was out of action. They have a restaurant here though, and the breakfast and dinner options are great. There’s a particularly good selection of stuff at breakfast and there’s endless things you can have, from continental to cooked. The service isn’t the best. Although the staff are friendly, a lot of the wait staff seemed a bit untrained. For instance, a plate was taken from me when I wasn’t finished and the cutlery was placed in such a way to indicate that. There was also a lot of confusion on the first night about a dinner bill, which had to be corrected five times until I was able to pay for stuff that we had ordered and not the table next to us. The waiter also blamed me for the confusion, which wasn’t very nice! That said, the portions here are huge and the food is inexpensive.

It's about a 15 min walk from KGX. Receive a warm welcome on arrival. Room was clean an spacious. A few nice touches with a fridge and heated mirror in the bathroom. The Internet was a decent speed. The bed was really comfortable and room was quite. Plenty of sockets by the bed and desk. Breakfast staff were amazing and there was a good choice and food was well cooked.

Location was a 15 minute walk from kings cross station. No tube stops anywhere nearby. Bus stop across street. I found it tough to navigate the busses. AC was poor and room was humid and warm throughout stay. They were kind enough to offer a room on a higher floor but still had to sleep without covers and we all were still uncomfortably hot overnight.

Decent location, about a 15-min walk from Kings Cross and 2 km from the Thames. The service was not that good (they didn’t recognize my IHG membership, they didn’t upgrade my room as they should have done with my membership status, and when I asked for shaving cream, it was never delivered). The gym is decent and not crowded. But the rooms were clean and comfortable.

I departed very impressed with this hotel and would happily stay here again, even for an extended period of time. Checking in was a delight, with a really friendly member of staff and a fairly seamless process, plus the lobby area, and all the communal sections, were super modern with a great atmosphere. The standard room had a large bed, sizeable sofa and large desk, complete with decent size wall mounted TV, reading lights at both sides of the bed and a number of lamps throughout the room to give a cosy vibe. The decor was clean and modern with sleep quality being super - comfortable bed and no noise form either outside or the adjacent rooms / corridor. Unfortunately the air-conditioning was perhaps the worst I’ve ever had in a hotel room and achieved nothing, while creating a lot of noise. Complimentary bottled water was provided along with a couple of glasses, which was more than expected and a great touch. Good sized quality TV and nice enough view rounded things off nicely. The bathroom was also modern with a decent amount of storage space around the sink and a shower over the bath. The dark brown tiles were a little different and didn’t seem in keeping with the rest of the room, but everywhere was spotlessly clean. Toiletries were in small bottles and it was an interesting touch to have one end of the shower wall completely mirrored, with the shower head mounted on the side wall. Good heat and power made it a pleasure to use though. Overall the room was brilliant, and much nicer than other similarly priced options in this part of the city. The location might not be in thick of the action, but it’s not too remote and transport is easily reached. I’ll certainly be staying here again and it offered wonderful value.

Maybe my expectations were too high but I was a bit disappointed with our experience. Staff were lovely but I definitely got the impression that the restaurant staff were under pressure. Breakfast was a self service buffet and the food was good. But dinner was only mediocre, at best. It was also a bit far from King's Cross Station to be called convenient, especially with luggage in tow.

I was surprised how good this hotel was for the price of the room. It is a smart hotel, only 10 to 15 min walk from Kings Cross. The room was smart and clean with a lovely shower. We had 2 double beds in our room and it didn't feel cramped. There was a small fitness room which was a bonus. I would have expected this hotel to cost probably 50 per cent more for the facilities. We only stayed one night and didn't eat so can't comment on the restaurant

I visited this hotel over the weekend. Although there were quite a few guests, and perhaps because we arrived late, we encountered no issues during check-in. The hotel itself was satisfactory. Considering the reasonable price, our expectations were not particularly high, but the hotel exceeded them. However, there were a few drawbacks. Firstly, the bathtub drain was loose and did not retain water, preventing us from fully utilizing it. Secondly, we were assigned a corner room, which I believe is generally more spacious. However, we had booked this accommodation specifically to ensure a good night's rest as we had an important engagement the following day. Unfortunately, the design of the doors, which were situated very close to each other, resulted in us being woken up several times due to the noise of the neighboring door banging shut. Overall, our experience was positive, and we may return in the future to try the amenities and breakfast buffet.

Lovely hotel, great location to buses, and a short walk from the tube/train station. There are plenty of food places and places to grab a drink. Also convenience stores. Only niggle for me was they seemed to put us on a floor that seemed to be used for people with kids, I understand some people don't want to hear screaming babies/kids all night so get that young children and babies would be situated on the same floor but our daughter is almost 10 so wouldn't have been a nuisance to any neighbouring guests.

I would like to say that dealing with the staff at this hotel was so easy. They are amongst the most helpful team of people I have ever dealt with, in particular the lady in reservations called Princess, who was outstanding. Princess helped us make a perfect booking and advised us accordingly on may aspects of our stay. 10/10!

Decent for a 4 stars hotel, big rooms, standard breakfast, not many options. Internet does not work on all floors (5, in my case) and nothing was done about it, even after complaining. Room service takes an eternity. Also, not very responsive on the phone.

Not bad 15 min walk from Kings Cross and St Pancreas stations. Showers are very nice and rooms have an iron. Only downside is massive building work right outside. You really need a room above floor 3.

Really lovely hotel. Modern and clean. Service was great. Staff member saw we had lots of bags, baby and toddler and sorted our room very quickly. Room was lovely and clean. Beds wee very comfortable. My toddler left his favourite teddy on the room. Elena, head of housekeeping, went above and beyond to send this back to us. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely go back.

Brilliant venue. Stayed overnight in room 114 for a business function the next day. Room was spotless and spacious. Had an iron and ironing board inside the cupboard, which also had a safe. Had various plug points with USB slots, including by the bed, which is a God send. Comfortable double bed, sofa, coffee table, TV. Bathroom was modern and attractive. Generally very quiet. We used a function room on the basement level which was well-equipped and was also attractive. Staff were cordial and efficient. Just no problems at all, worthy of my 5* rating today.

Central location, reasonable walking distance to King's Cross Station Good value restaurants close by Breakfast is plentiful but was not at all relaxing, way too crowded and loud. Hotel needs another breakfast area at another level, say at the 5th floor...I would rather go for the bed only option and have breakfast elsewhere because of this factor Room was way too hot even with room temperature controls off...woke up drenched in sweat every night at 2-3am ish Mattress was not the most comfortable

Great new hotel, very clean. The rooms are spacious and well layout. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is small and not really efficient. Breakfast is excellent with a great amount of choices of food. Service is very good. Unfortunately we did not like the location very much because it is 15 minutes walking from any the tube station for that reason it is not convenient for tourists wanting to do sightseeing. Also the area doesn’t have much to offer for restaurants.

Decent hotel but had messed up the booking which meant having to check out and back in again mid stay. Rooms are ok but mine was badly laid out with the desk too close to the end of the bed resulting in a trip hazard and the air con is constantly hot. Also not the hotels fault but the person in the adjoining room to mine was incredibly loud late at night and first thing in the morning which meant overall I've hardly slept here.

What surprises me most is that this hotel is a Crowne Plaza. It feels more like a decent budget hotel such as a Holiday Inn Express and one still in lock down at that. Basics are missing such as any room service (but there is a deliveroo type service), tiny rooms, a soulless bar / restaurant and the club lounge has been closed since before lock down. Breakfast is a decent buffet one but is busy and loud. On the positive side, the rooms are clean. Not awful but far from great.

My first time to visit the UK so there were so many uncertainties and a little anxiety for me during this trip. My family and I arrived very early- around 10am. We were exhausted but understood we would not have a room and were OK with that. Upon checking n, I was accidently charged again for the room. Honest mistake- no problem. This is when Aneta overheard and stepped in. She apologized and offered my family and I a room immediately so that we can refresh ourselves. We were so grateful for this! It really made a huge impact on the quality of our day. We were there for only two nights and Aneta continued to make us feel special throughout our short time there. She arranged rids for us, helped to store our luggage, provide helpful tips while we were in town. Aneta made me feel special. The best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Thank you so much Anita. We cannot wait to visit the Crown Plaza again. About the hotel- very nicely updated. Clean and sophisticated. The room was modern and nice. A little tight for a family of 4, but that is me being spoiled. My fault- of course we overpacked. :) We would love to stay here again. There is an amazing pub called The Union Tavern accross the street with amazing customer service as well. Excellent food, beers, atmosphere. The train station was about a 10 min or less walk. Great location to access public transportation. Cheers!

Small, small rooms but clean. It's not super convenient to lots of attractions. Closest convenience store about a block and a half down on the same side of the street. Breakfast buffet has juices, sausage, eggs, ham, cereals, fruit, cold cuts, and cheese plus muffins, toast, and pastries.

Very good breakfast. Room was clean but window was at ground level with water damage on floor near window. View itself was of huge air conditioning unit outside. Ask for room on 2nd floor or above.

Initially I had thought that location was a bit away but found it very handy. It is easily connected to public transport and able to visit all local destinations with no issue. The property was awesome with excellent facilities - from staff, room and breakfast. We checked in at 2am with no issue. They in fact upgraded us to two double beds. We loved our stay there. Happy to stay there in future

Nice hotel with excellent food. The staff have very good service. I had a premium room which was a bit smaller than I had hoped but it was immaculately clean. A short walk to King's Cross station and an even shorter bus ride. Very handy for the Postal Museum and Mail Rail if that's your thing. They are just around the corner.

We stayed two nights and found the room to be of high quality and more spacious than usual for central London. It was exceptionally clean and not tatty like so many London hotels. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were crisp. The reception, breakfast and bar were all lovely. The underground was a 15 min walk away but you can also order yourself a taxi if you don’t want to walk.

Make sure to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. This website will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is the best rated in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be let down. Initially I had thought that location was a bit away but found it very handy. It is easily connected to public transport and able to visit all local destinations with no issue.

We booked this for a reasonable location to walk and explore from. The room was a reasonable size and free breakfast was included to our surprise as we had booked 3 nights. However for a 3 night stay I would have liked a window view....we ended up in a room with a window at head height allowing very limited natural light...we avoided coming back before dark! The bathroom although clean and with a large shower was steamy and had no separate fan (confirmed with reception). The air very slowly cleared when we turned on the main air conditioning. Breakfast was fine and the bar was OK and open until midnight...unlike the pub opposite which closed early. Would try elsewhere next visit to London.

Incredible experience. Very good service. When you have any problem, the personal and the hotel's owner are always helping to make your experience the best as possible. Nice installations and very variated breakfast. Good for children and old aged people. You can relax after visiting London. The only negative point is that the location can loose you because it's a little bit away from the station.

Very neat and clean room. Super front desk service. Breakfast is totally fantastic although you need to get there before 8:30 to beat the crowds and enjoy the meal. Really nice coffee at King's Coffee directly across the street. #63 bus runs regularly and takes you to the River.
