The rooms weren't clean, we found a beer can in the sheets. The bed wasn't tucked in and the bathroom is dirty, the service lady was nice but everything was written on paper, by hand, at the spot. Not very professional. Although the bed is comfy it really isn't a very nice place to stay in, especially with kids. The area is nice though since it's in Westminister, but I'm not getting what I paid for. I recommend only staying here if you just want a quick place to sleep in and to be outside almost the whole day as it is close to many restaurants. Otherwise I don't recommend it at all.

An actual health hazard to stay there. Piles of garbage poking from under the beds, the most horrible stench I can't get rid of a whole day after leaving, ceiling with a hole leaking water onto one of the beds. If it wasn't for a strong rain I'm 100% confident the homeless guy in front of the hotel was had better time and more importantly safer

No front desk. Could barely get in touch with anyone after calling phone number plastered on the door. Then they told me they didn’t have my reservation. When I said I’ll cancel all of a sudden they have my reservation. (Waited an hr to just be checked in). Wifi doesn’t work in rooms. Room was dirty, window held open by an empty bottle of orange juice, curtain was dirty and moldy. A strong stench just as soon as you try to go up the stairs. Tv without a remote. Honestly the worst place one can choose to stay in

Don't know were to start, on arrival was told by a scribed note stuck to the front door to go across the road for key, was rudely greeted by a very dirty scruffy woman who did not appear to be happy we had arrived once given keys to the a building which was looked derelict broken windows, smashed door and rubbish outside, once inside was greeted by the smell of damp, mould and urine, our room was on the 1st floor which after going up a dirty staircase past a broken dirty window we entered the room which had not been cleaned broken window, bed and sockets, when complaining this time to a man who said he owned the building apologised and said he was aware the room was dirty as the cleaner had not turned up that day and gave me a key to the room next door which was the same as first room however bed had been made I tried contacting them again but couldn't get hold them tried booking else were but everything had been booked up, had to wash with baby wipes as shower didn't work and bathroom dirty and mouldy DONT NOT STAY HERE THIS PLACE IS A HEALTH VIOLATION!!!!!!

This hotel is not fit 4 human habitation. The carpet felt damp. T toilet didn't flush & was filthy and t shower well would of been great if it pointed where I wanted it & that was an upgrade. I attempted t shared shower then planed 2 put bleach down t toilet. But as soon as I attempted 2 get my head down 4 a quick nap. T smell of a sweaty pillow told me not even 2 attempt 2 stay. I'm sorry Ive stayed in some poor hotels but I've always been happy 2 sleep in them 4 t duration of a stay but seriously I couldn't.

Worse than the worst I've ever stayed. Dirty and uncomfortable bed and radiator is not working. However, the hot water supply is good and it is the cheapest stay in Victoria.... Two stars for the price only. Zero for everything. ps : will not choose this one if i've checked google first......

Filthy Room. Seems like they didn’t clean the room at all prior us arriving but just spreaded the beds. Which were also disgusting, there were multiple spots on the sheets and the bed headboard had a huge stain. Carpets also had stains and hairs everywhere . The curtain was falling apart and the window had to be held open with a piece of wood. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting dirty also , hair were still in the sink. Also the tv didnt work, couldn’t turn it on whatsoever. Didnt surprise us tho after seeing the room.

Where do I begin with my merciful trip to this odorous flea ridden cesspit. Do I start with the damp carpet pealing away from the floor or do I explain in depth the heinous stench lingering through the building. This was not a hotel nor was it a bed and breakfast, I felt like I was being punished for handing this establishment my money. If Mary and Joseph had to decide to stay here or the stable again, the stable wins hands down. The missing drawers under the bed allowed a panoramic view of the rubbish underneath ranging from used condoms to dried noodles. When entering the building the reception consisted of a bedside table and a desk chair amongst mould on every wall. The kitchen looked like a 20 year old episode of hoarders. I cannot emphasise enough how much disappointment this building/business possesses (will not call it a hotel!). Whilst on my endeavour back to civilisation I can’t help but think the slums of India sound more pleasant than the donkey den I stayed in last night.

When we booked we thought it looked like a nice place to stay for one night for 3 people. That was a lie. I should of read the reviews before booking. Price of room for one night was £81.01 for us 3. We had the highest room(room 7). No bins in the room. Room smelt and floor uneven. Tv was no placed properly on the wall(very dangerous). The bathroom(shared ones) were so small we couldn’t even move that much in them. To get to the shower we had to climb on top of the toilet(dangerous again). Before we left at 5am. I got changed in there and nearly fell and hit my head. The bathroom was dirty as well. No bin in there either. Lights didn’t work the 1/2floor. Only timer light for the upper part of the rooms. Which is also dangerous for a person with a disability. Fire extinguishers used as door stops. Also dangerous. Got bitten by bed bugs. Bed uncomfortable. Towels dirty. Very big noise from the water tank also. It kept us awake. Had about an hour sleep at most. Never staying here again. Was gonna ask for my money back but looking at reviews I wouldn’t have gotten it. I don’t know how they are open but I’ve reported them to environmental people via email.

I stayed at this 'hotel' a few years ago and it was a literal nightmare. The rooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned for years, the carpet was unhygienic, the bed looked disgusting. We got breakfast for one person while we were obviously booked as two guests. The shower only had cold, low pressure water. If you hate someone, you should probably book them a stay at this 'hotel'. Not to mention, you don't enter the actual hotel, you stay in the basement on the side of the building.
