I
have
a
real
passion
for
food
and
love
to
cook.
The
chef
Andreas
is
incredibly
nice
and
welcoming
with
real
great
knowledge
and
passion
for
the
food
he
cooks,
which
really
gave
me
and
my
whole
table
a
buzz.
The
restaurant
was
very
empty
for
a
Friday
night
with
our
table
of
five
and
only
one
other
table
with
two.
Andreas
came
out
of
the
kitchen
each
time
we
ordered,
explaining
his
menu
with
a
great
sense
of
pride
and
joy
-
it
was
brilliant
to
see.
Not
only
was
he
happy
for
us
to
order
frequent
small
doses
-
he
encouraged
it.
This
was
great
as
it
didn’t
give
an
overload
of
dishes
and
flavors
on
the
table,
allowing
us
to
move
from
snacks
to
cheeses
to
sea
&
greens
and
finish
up
with
land
parts
of
his
menu.
The
food
is
incredible.
Andreas
sources
high
quality
ingredients
that
he
places
into
dishes
that
are
relatively
simple
and
uncomplicated.
Through
this,
flavors
are
not
fighting
a
battle
against
each
other
but
rather
singing
in
unison
-
a
true
expression
of
respect
to
the
ingredients
given
by
the
chef.
While
I
have
said
that
the
dishes
are
relatively
simple
in
their
construction,
while
it’s
true,
that
on
its
own
sounds
unfair.
I
have
no
doubt
that
a
huge
amount
of
thought
and
experimentation
will
have
been
placed
into
each
dish
to
achieve
this
wonderful
marriages
of
flavor.
His
take
on
the
anari
mousse
is
incredible
and
a
must
order
item
on
the
menu,
it’s
a
perfect
balance
of
flavors
and
textures.
The
warm,
dry
pita
bread
combining
with
the
moisture
you
get
from
the
anari
mousse
and
candied
walnut
glaze
on
top
-
the
granular
but
yet
silky
mousse
with
the
harder
walnut
-
the
sweetness
of
the
candied
walnut
glaze
adding
a
lovely
level
to
the
delicious
anari.
Tasting
each
component
in
isolation
is
a
joy
in
itself,
but
when
combined
in
this
way
you
are
left
floating
high
in
the
sky
on
a
big
white
puffy
cloud.
The
way
I
would
explain
the
success
of
this
dish
would
be
by
relating
it
to
an
insalata
caprese
-
all
of
the
elements
perfectly
compliment
each
other
and
you’re
left
with
a
team
of
flavors
that
are
strong
enough
to
win
a
champions
league.
This
has
instantly
become
of
of
my
favourite
dishes
I’ve
ever
had.
It
wasn’t
just
me
either
-
the
whole
table
was
up
in
food
heaven
while
eating
this.
This
interaction
and
way
of
ordering
with
Andreas
really
lifts
the
restaurant
to
another
level
for
me.
It
elevates
it
from
a
dinning
event
to
a
dinning
experience.
I
just
hope
that
he
manages
to
keep
this
up
when
the
restaurant
becomes
busier
and
more
successful
(which
it
most
certainly
will!)
-
finding
another
chef
to
help
in
the
kitchen
that
can
keep
the
standards
to
the
same
high
and
inject
the
same
amount
of
passion
will
be
key.
I
really
hope
he’ll
be
able
to
manage
the
restaurant
in
the
same
way
he
does
now
when
this
happens,
he
deserves
every
success
that
comes
his
way.
Thank
you
very
much
for
hosting
us
and
providing
us
with
an
amazing
Friday
night
experience.
We
will
be
back!
Chapeau!
