The stay was fine if you’re not planning to spend much time in the hotel, very nice location. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, after traveling three weeks in the UK and staying in 6 different hotels, this hotel was the least favorite and most expensive. Focus was not on hospitality but selling interior design so I wouldn’t recommend for everyone. Only hotel we stayed at without a kettle for tea or coffee, had to order via room service. No iron or luggage rack in room, have to ask the front desk. Also upon arrival instead of a regular door when entering reception, they used very small French doors as there is not much room. The doors were too small to get the luggage through easily, and though there is a normal sized door in the same entryway leading to the hallway connected to the reception, it was locked. Seemed like an odd choice for a hotel where most guests arrive with luggage. I’m guessing it helps limit a draft to the hallway. Definitely form over function rather than form follows functions.

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst in London for theatre and it is really well positioned for Regents Park open air theatre and the west end. Also equidistant between Marylebone and Baker Street tube stations. It is another lovely Kit Kemp boutique hotel set in a row of terraced houses. The rooms are a bit small but do have two chairs and lovely decor with a pristine bathroom with powerful shower cubicle. The beds are really comfortable and the sound proofing is great from the road and from other rooms. The only negative we had was the confusion over what’s included for breakfast at checkout. The first day all ok with the Italian breakfast manager - all included, no need to sign. The next days the male server said no need to sign either, then at check out we were being asked to pay for each item consumed individually including teas and toast without any allowance deduction. Indeed a shock and made us feel bad after such a nice break. Fortunately, the manager Luca overhead the checkout conversation and ratified the situation that breakfast was fully included and that this was an error. He said that clarification required in the breakfast room to prevent any recurrence as it is the policy of Firmdale Hotels for people to have a relaxing time during their stay. So, thank you Luca. My wife uses Kit Kemp a lot but my first time here as usually at No. Sixteen as I prefer the outside facility at breakfast. I would return but check at breakfast for no further shock!

Beautiful 4 star hotel. spacious and well cleaned rooms but I would have added more useful accessories for the customer. room service a little late but with super cuisine, even at the restaurant you eat well. the staff is very friendly and welcoming, but too bad for the prices too high 🙄

This charming hotel is tucked into Dorset Square, just minutes walk from Marylebone High Street and the Marylebone Station, is a heavenly respite in a bustling city. Each room is uniquely and gorgeously decorated, the staff are entirely welcoming and helpful, and every detail is considerate.

Had a great stay at the Dorset Square Hotel and drinks reception for my wedding. Its a lovely hotel with great staff and the fact that its only 2-minutes walk from the Old Marylebone Town Hall made it the perfect location. Would definitely recommend!

As a design Architect in hospitality... Its always a treasured experience to visit a boutique hotel that gets it right from the under stair cloak room bathrooms to the homely design narrative with kitsch wall finishing, engaging furniture and well placed art. The staff are professional, helpful and pleasant to interact with.. Another successful space with a sumptuous brand.

Stayed here for my sister's civil ceremony which was at the old marylebone town hall. Hotel staff were lovely and really friendly, the location was perfect - literally a minutes walk from the town hall. We ordered breakfast to our rooms and the service was first class. The room was nice and quiet. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay here again. NCP car park near the hotel so was convenient for all guests. Guests are also allowed to wait in the drawing room.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Friendly and helpful staff ensured that our stay was thoroughly enjoyed. The townhouse design in very charming and the Kit Kemp interior compliments this perfectly.

We had an absolutely superb experience at the Dorset Square Hotel. We hosted our wedding afternoon tea followed by a party at the potting shed. It was an absolute dream. Luca the hotel manager helped us with every step in organising the day and guiding us in the best way to have a perfect day. He was the absolute best honestly. This boutique hotel is just so beautiful with all its decor and ambiance. The afternoon tea was one of the best we ever had with all the beautiful tea cup and pots and all. We stayed there for two nights and they ensured that everything was perfect and we were pampered before the wedding. I felt bad for the hotel team as they really put all their efforts to support us especially on such a big day. Everyone was talking about how smooth it went and perfect food drinks the beautiful plates and tea pots etc.. if anyone is planning a small intimate wedding, I would recommend Dorset Square Hotel as they make it so special! Big thanks to Luca and the team for making it so special. Best wishes, Salwa and Adam

I very much enjoyed my recent stay at the Dorset Square Hotel and can highly recommend it. The staff are friendly, always ready to warmly welcome you with a big smile. They’re like one big family. Attention to detail was another factor I very much appreciated. Comfort, care, and high quality products and service ore very much felt throughout the various touch-points. Tim and Kit - your ethos to hospitality are a gift and an inspiration. Thank you!

Despite the high cost of the accommodation far above the surrounding competitors, there were lots of deficiencies in the hotel eg no provision for an iron in the room, no coffee or tea pot, no breakfast with the per night fee no place for sport exercise etc. I spent 5 out of the 6 days i booked for and the last day fee could not be refunded. Seriously I did not enjoy my stay in the hotel.

The Dorset Square is a boutique hotel in the Maryland bone section of London. It has a lovely location, and is easy to get to. The service was excellent, and my room very nice, particularly for the money. My main negative, and this may be ultimately a mismatch between place and use, was that we attempted to hold a meeting there in a "conference room," which turned out to be the sitting room in the lobby of the hotel. Needless to say, that didn't work out ideally. Still, if you're using this place simply as a hotel, it's very nice.

Desk staff not very friendly! I was going to meet someone there for a meeting and I only asked if there’s a bathroom I could use. I have been told that they only for own customers!! Not very nice to hear that..😅
