Fantastic hotel!!! Best thing about this hotel was the lounge that we upgraded to for about $100. We stayed here over a week and ate most of our meals here. It was well stocked with snacks, drinks and throughout the day fresh fruit and main dishes. Rooms are a bit on the small side, but the lounge made up for it. Staff was friendly and the hotel is walking distance to the tube.

I’ve stayed here twice now for work so will give my thoughts below: Good bits: pretty good location for Tube / walking to lots of central London. I got a free check-in cookie the first time I stayed, which was nice, not the second time though for some reason. Communal areas seem nice although I didn’t use them much. Bad bits: first time I stayed I was put on the ground floor right next to the road. It was impossible to get to sleep due to the constant noise, I raised this and was moved on the second night…but these should not be bedrooms in the first place! Second stay, I was in a small stuffy cramped room on the top floor with noisy water pipes and an always on extractor fan which made it difficult to sleep. Rooms are finished nicely on the whole, but starting to look tired in places. Half a shower door is a silly design too, soaking most of the bathroom when showering. For the price, I don’t think you get any more in terms of service and room comfort than you would from a cheaper alternative. It’s a very patchy experience depending on who checks you in, and which room you get. This is frustrating as all you really want when working away is a reliable hotel providing a good nights sleep. I only got a vaguely ok sleep for one out of four nights here unfortunately. My one word summary is…inconsistent.

The hotel is nice but it seems dated once you get to the room. The restaurant, bar and all other facilities are modern, staff is friendly and more than happy to accommodate any reasonable request. Food is fresh and delicious. The only downside is the fact that the rooms are not as modern as many other hotels in the area and the car park is fairly expensive £30 a day.

Had a very comfortable stay. Too far to walk from railway stations if you have luggage but otherwise a great location and nice walk. Staff were very nice. Bigger teapots at breakfast would be nice to save bothering staff if you want a second cup. Very nice beds and towels.

Stayed here with family of 2 adults and one child, the hotel itself is very well presented and the rooms are clean and tidy with ample space. The staff in every encounter were excellent, from the check in to 2 staff members who helped with parking whole they were going for a break. Breakfast was also excellent with a good selection of items. A very pleasant experience throughout and wouldn't hesitate staying here again or recommending.

This was my first stay at this hotel; transport connections to the Hotel are very good, it is very close to Angel underground station and 10 minutes from Kings Cross. Sadly the hotel is not up to the standard I have come to expect from Hilton. I received quite an indifferent welcome from reception at check in, given the signature cookie and 2 bottles of water. The quality of the room I was given was very small and perhaps more akin to a Garden Inn rather than a 4 star hotel. It was equipped with A/C, TV, and a Kettle for tea & coffee, the bathroom was extremely tiny with just a shower. The room was clean but the box with face tissues in the bathroom was nearly empty, the bed dipped in the middle, and the walls are like paper you can hear everything from the adjacent room, the banging of other room doors and noise from guests in the corridors make it impossible to get a good night sleep. When I went into the executive lounge in the afternoon for a coffee the tables were all dirty with glasses and used cups left on them form previous guests. In a time of Corvid I find this quite unacceptable. It had been cleaned when I went down for the evening social and the offering was reasonable. The a/c / heating in my room was noisy. The breakfast is a buffet service very average; the coffee from the machine was OK certainly not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Not the kind of service I have come to know from Hilton. The Wi-Fi in my room was slow, but adequate for emails etc. What is currently being offered by the Hotel is certainly not good value for money.

It's located at a comparatively quiet section near King's cross area. Yet just a couple of minutes' walk to clusters of restaurants and shops. The building is actually much bigger than it looks from the facade. The One bedroom Suite is very good in its price, with a decently spacious living room with sofa in it. The interior deco is new and modern, which may not be easy to find with such price in London. I have to mention we received one of the most polite and patient reception at the front desk for our big group's many requests. Benjamin at the front desk arranged every detail for us with a very sincere and accommodating manner which left us an awesome impression of an English gentleman. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, unfortunately we did not have enough time to dine in it. They have a small parking area inside the mew which fits about 12 cars.

We stayed here during Christmas and New Year. Good value for money. We got a room with some view to the city skyline. The hotel is very well connected by busses that go to city centre and by tube. Friendly staff. We got delicious, warm cookies at check in 😊 The towels are a bit old, but besides that, the hotel is very nice.

Room was upgraded for us when we got there and the room was clean and tidy. Due to Covid, the breakfast wasn't a buffet so the staff were taking people's orders. Everyone was very friendly and checking in and out was very easy

Can this hotel get any better...?? Fabulous location, lovely clean comfortable rooms. Stylish public areas and a great welcome from friendly staff who can't do enough for you. Great breakfast choice, something for everyone. Can't wait to come back!

I was over optimistic and get shocked. When I arrived at the hotel I had to wait in line to receive the room key card, as the digital card on the Hilton application was not working, and after I received the room card, I went to sleep and rest, and found the room completely contrary to my expectations and contrary to the words of the receptionist who told us that the room is relatively large, and I also did not find anything in the small refrigerator and we did not find even small toiletries for a four star hotel like cotton buds. And when we slept, someone broke into the room while we slept and opened the room door, and if I had not closed the top lock he would have already entered. And when we tell the receptionist about that he told us it might have been the room servicing cleaner. We didn't find anyone with knowledge of our arrival time even though we sent an email about it, and no one told us the time of breakfast and dinner until we asked even though we paid it in advance when booking with board. And they even told us wrongly about other restaurants. We used to go to the recess every day and come back to find the room as it was without any cleaning or organization. We repeatedly told them to send us shampoo and body wash to no avail. As for the dinner, which we paid for in advance, it was not worth the price paid, but they also told us that we had limited choices in types of meals. Frankly, we were shocked. My room was number 416.

I stayed here a few months ago in a Deluxe room with two double beds. The room was a fantastic size overlooking the back road of the hotel so quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel so I slept really well. We were fantastically looked after by Eva during breakfast and in the executive lounge. Her customer service skills and effort was always going above and beyond and we were made to feel very welcome. Thank you. We would definitely consider coming again.

Hotel was great, easy check-in and cookies given on arrival. The room was clean, no complaints with the hotel. We did try to call through to reception twice no answer unfortunately however this didn't hinder our time in this hotel. Would definitely return.

It's a beautiful hotel with well decorated rooms. We really enjoyed our stay as a group of friends. My friend works there and managed to get us a discounted price which is a great perk. The breakfast was amazing, checkout times were late and the bathroom was lovely. Only issues I have is the toilet roll quality is not good, the shower door doesn't stop water ending up on the floor and when we asked for another bottle of water since one was missing they said it'd cost £1 when I think water should be free. Nevertheless, it was a good time.

Sure, here's a review for DoubleTree by Hilton Angel: I recently had the pleasure of staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Angel and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's location is ideal, situated in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to public transportation, restaurants and shops. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcomed. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed during my stay. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and had all the necessary toiletries. The room also had a small fridge which was convenient for storing snacks and drinks. DoubleTree by Hilton Angel offers excellent dining options too. The restaurant has an extensive menu with a variety of dishes to choose from. The food was delicious, and the service was impressive.

I went to this double tree hotel for the event. Excellent service . Very helpful, friendly staff. Quiet and clean. Very relaxing atmosphere. We have lunch there. The food is excellent, too. Highly recommended for a meet-up place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a good stay at this hotel. Stayed here during Christmas time and it was quite busy. Friendly and helpful staff. Got warm chocolate chip cookies on the first day. Early check-in and late checkout times in comparison to other places in London which is quite helpful. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice at a great value. This location is well connected to central areas in London (close to King's Cross station). Decent room size for a family.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Good service. I wasn't very keen on the location, but the location is not too bad as you are 5 min walk from Angel tube station. I like the room (good lights, enough plugs, courtesy water, tv, etc) but I didn't like the water pressure in the shower.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of the year. The experience was great from the moment we arrived. There were a few guests checking in and out, busy time for sure. However, Alex was really good and super efficient. She was kind to help us check-in a little earlier than the specified time and upgraded our room, which we highly appreciated. The room was clean and reasonably spacious. Nice bed and air conditioning that made for a good night's sleep :) There's a kettle and sachets of coffee, tea. Do note there are no Dental kits (which is almost the norm except the 4* and above hotels). Ironing board, Hair dryer available in the room. The bath wasn't the biggest, but importantly, clean and adequately sized. We didn't try the restaurant, but we got back just before 12 am on 1st to grab a drink at the bar which is beside the lobby. One of the staff offered a glass of Champagne to all the guests to ring in the New Year - a nice touch! As many have pointed out, it's a good location with a bus stop barely 2 minutes away. Buses get you to King's Cross, St Pancras and Euston in 10-15 minutes. Angel Underground station is about 5-6 minutes away. Quite a few bars and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. Overall very satisfied, will definitely be back - largely due to the warm, friendly service and location.

Hotel is very clean, lovely breakfast and exceptionally friendly staff. The only downside is the rooms are pretty cold and there was no heater in my room so I’m not sure why the thermostat was there. Other than that had a very pleasant stay overall.

The service and the staff were excellent, very nice and helpful. But the next morning between 8:00-8:30 there are people slammed the door many times and my bad shaking a lot. Then around 10 there’s fire alarm… after the fire alarm finally stopped and I went back in the room to tidy up my luggage and the housekeeper opened my door without knocking around 11. I had really terrible rest after all of these..

My review I feel is unique , I have been a guest many times , I am the local dry cleaner , key cutter and shoe repairer the hotel supports . My oldest son works part time at the hotel when he is not at 6 th form . They have been very professional and supportive in all aspects since I known them for almost 2 decades. This year we will be celebrating 40 years being in Angel , so wanted to thank everyone in being on this journey.

We had a good stay at this hotel. we stayed here for one night and had a double room with a double bed and a single bed. The room was spacious. You have tea and coffee facility in the room. The bathroom is okay size it has a shower but no bath. There is a decent size base, wash basin, toilet. We had ample of storage space. The location of hotel is very close to Angel tube station, and also there are bus stops in the front and the side of the hotel from where you can easily travel to central London.

We stayed here last minute after escaping a bad Airbnb and it was great! The rooms are well appointed and we had a nice view of central London out the window. It's a short walk to shops and the Angel tube stop. The hotel was busy while we were there, and at times we could hear our neighbors through the adjoining door, but that was my only complaint.

Great location to get to underground and for local bars and eateries. Front desk staff ultra helpful and courteous, couldn't do enough to help. Room comfy, good facilities and window glazing made room so quite at night, never heard any traffic noise despite being on the main road. Slept like a baby. Breakfast really delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay and would certainly come back

I stayed here with my family. The location was excellent and just a few minutes from the closest tube station. We received a warm welcome by Sultan at the front desk who was very helpful, informative and friendly. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The only issue we faced was a loud customer in the room next door. However, a quick call to reception prompted the staff to quickly deal with this and ask the customer to turn the TV down. Overall, a fantastic stay. Would gladly stay again.

We were given a room on the first floor which was very noisy. We could hear traffic outside and people getting out of the elevator. They changed our room to the second floor but we could still hear the traffic. Changed again to the fifth floor and that was much better. Service was good, employees were friendly. Not the most central location if you want to see the highlights of London as quickly as possible. I would have preferred a more central location. Breakfast was good and dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good.

  • 5/5 Meytal M. 9 months ago on Google
Better than expected! Needed a not too expensive spot in central London and wanted something that wasn't going to be tiny, awkwardly shaped, or depressing. Hilton got it right. Rooms are exactly what you'd expect, clean, comfortable, well-sized for London, and even have a mini fridge! The location is the best part. You can walk over to Islington and explore unbelievably charming streets filled with cafes, restaurants, bars, independent shops, markets, etc. You're also right by the tube and can get around easily. I'd stay here again, no hesitation. Really vibrant scene in the lobby bar and restaurant too!

Really had a wonderful stay. The staff were very professional and Warm. Location was very good. The tube is a 5 minute walk and kings cross/St Pancras a 10-15 min walk. Bar was very nice to hang out in.

Very nice hotel and considering London good value for money. Being greeted with warm chocolate cookies is a nice touch. Close kings cross, good public transport connection and you can get so quiet some nice locations in walking distance. Grocery shopping and restaurants are nearby and the hotel restaurant is also worth a visit.

  • 4/5 Dave Van de W. 1 year ago on Google
Decent hotel, with value for money rooms. You can have breakfast and dinner in the hotel, but plenty of tea/coffee bars in the neighborhood and for dinner you have plenty of places to go to too at walking distance. Food at the bar is (almost the same) but cheaper priced than in the restaurant. But they won't tell you that until you are seated at your table. Breakfast is better to reserve beforehand as it is cheaper than a last minute decision.

Not gonna lie, some reviews on Google had me scared that our stay wont be as pleasant. But I was definitely wrong. Our trip started with the online check in through the app which went smooth and choosing a room for our stay. Because there were no pictures I just chose a room on the highest floor ( Room no 576). We arrived at the hotel, now the check in was super fast, we got some amazing warm cookies and we went up to our rooms. It was amazing! New, clean, modernized, not loud at all, view to the inner parking place? At least it looked like it lol. Double windows. The location is perfect, several bus stops, metro station Angel, good connections.

One of the best Hilton hotels I’ve stopped at for a while. Had started to lose hope, but this is how a Hilton hotel should be. All the staff are genuinely nice people. The rooms are pretty decent and the bed was really comfortable.

Excellent customer service! We are Gold member and we’re updated to same size room with city view, they also welcome us with free warm chocolate chip cookies. Although windows and room are small but I suppose it’s normal being in central London. Highly recommended!

Good hotel. Room a decent size. Went out for the day around London and came back to our room having been serviced, which I wasn't expecting. Can't say too much more about it as we were out for 13 hours

If your stay reason is because it's near to St Pancras Train Station, and you want a somewhat upscale chain hotel to have a good rest. Then yes. Otherwise , the neighbourhood can be quite dull with not much good restaurants. But still, don't waste your money at Marco Pierre restaurant (inside Hotel). Just my piece of advise.

Excellent infrastructure connection from Angel underground station. Swift reception with ample staff, but on Sunday mornings, they were overwhelmed during breakfast. Litter is everywhere, the coffee machine is sluggish, and the choices are limited. The room is tidy, featuring a splendid window and furniture. Regrettably, the shower is within a bathtub, and the winter blankets are very thin. The hotel boasts a fantastic carpet, and a gym is available.

We had a lovely time here, The staff couldn't do enough for us. Shout out to Alex on reception & Olga on duty at breakfast, both went above & beyond the usual excellent service we have experienced at this hotel on previous stays. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice & in the evening restaurant food was excellent.

My new favourite hotel in London. Located 15-20 minutes by car from all main attractions. The area (Angel) is quite relaxed with a few shops and a small mall nearby to find everything that you want. I stayed three nights with my family (two rooms). I need to emphasize that the personell was extra polite at all times. A fully equipped gym and very clean. The room was excellent and warm, and the beds were extra comfy. The breakfast was standard but a good 4star hotel. Two small details that need to get improved. Carpet cleaning and parking.

Room was a disabled one with a teeny tiny sink but won’t complain as we were able to check in at 1015 instead of waiting until 3pm. Only complaint was that they kept running out of food at the breakfast buffet. Both days we had to ask for more to be brought out - this is hotel 101 stuff.

Fantastic hotel! The room was clean and nothing was a problem if we needed any extras. The lovely lady on the dining area was amazing, such a caring and attentive lady. My family and I stayed here for one night over the weekend and we had a fantastic stay. The location is superb, we were seeing a show in Covent Garden and this hotel was so convenient for that. The staff were all lovely, very professional and friendly. The hotel and room were spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was outstanding, so much choice and all delicious. We loved our stay, thankyou.

Our room was next door to a power plant room & all night we had a constant drone noise. Got less than three hours sleep. Mentioned it to reception when booked out & she said “oh sorry about that” if I pay £106 per night even in London I expect a good nights sleep. That room should be a lower price & listed as next to a power plant room.

Stayed here for my wife's birthday and couldn't be happier. Room was comfortable with good views of the city. The bar was lovely and relaxed with a great selection of drinks. Stayed here for three weeks while working in London. Staff was great, both the front desk and restaurant staff! They have a great breakfast buffet too. This hotel is in a nice location as it is in a slightly quieter part of London whilst only being a 10 minute walk to kings cross and st pancreas if needed as we did, the hotel overall is in great condition with modern interiors and air conditioning for the summer period. But we did have a few issues that need to be addressed, first of all the reception queue line is always huge as the staff are extremely slow and most of them don't seem to know what their doing, secondly the shower in our room was broken as I found out in the morning as it was stuck on the hottest setting and wouldn't go any colder so i was unable to use this and last of all when we got home from our holiday we found we had been charged twice for room service when we had only ordered once so I called the hotel to rectify this which took multiple attempts as no one ever answers the phone, when I eventually got through I was told it would be sorted but it never was even after repeated emails to their complaints department so I had to get my bank to retrieve the funds for me which is pathetic for a large hotel chain like this. Overall great location and modern hotel but maintenance and customer service standards are well below similar 4 star hotels we have visited.

  • 3/5 Peter H. 1 year ago on Google
Well located and with Marco Pierre Whites restaurant (well it bears his name) within the hotel this hotel should score straight 5 stars. Sure, its adequate, so why not 5 stars? Well the service has a modicum charm but its not top notch, the rooms are comfortable but hardly luxurious and then there's that food...very salty smoked salmon, rather thin French onion soup and rather wilted beetroot (and curd) salad.....and the wine followed late too. Some time since Marco Piere visited I think. Breakfast is good, by the way. I'd stay again but at more than £200 per night, this hotel is more expensive than it should be, or else it needs to upgrade over the board.

Mixed experience. Generally a decent hotel, room was clean and pleasant. A few issues however: - many staff on check in desk, and no customers, but still kept waiting while staff finished their conversations before we could check in - room was very hot, windows didn't open, AC in room was effective but turned off every few hours, causing us to wake up sweating - housekeeping staff knocked on the door at 10am trying to tell us we were due to check out when our check out was not til 12pm - toiletries provided nowhere near sufficient for 2 adults

For some reason I was allocated a disabled access room. I found the bathroom particularly difficult to use as the hand wash basin is extremely small and located at knee height for me. There was no bath mat. The room itself was OK and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing. There was no butter in the chiller. I asked two members of staff for some and was directed to the margarine. I again asked for butter and was told the hotel didn't use it. How ridiculous. Within a few minutes a large bowl of butter portions appeared. How can breakfast staff not know these things? The sausages were pretty awful and seemed to be a very cheap option. The fruit and cold meats were fine. Overall I found the experience below the normal Hilton standard.

Mixed review this one. Nicely set with lovely entrance, not too busy @ 10am. Was seen in reasonable time and greeted well. No cookie given - other guests received complimentary cookies. Lady gave me bedroom key cards. Last thing she said was “thanks” …no welcome to… no where your room is… no if you need anything. Just “thanks”. Room was great, clean and tidy! Lunch was okay and dinner was really nice. Served promptly and politely in the evening. Drinks good. Checkout was better than check in however. We was there for a conference and the concierge was amazing. Most helpful person ever.

What a great hotel! There was a small issue at check in with our room not being ready, but staff were fantastic and upgraded us for free for the inconvenience. If you get chance to use the executive lounge between 6&8pm then do. Buffet food and drinks available the entire time, and a nice atmosphere. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel is ideally placed just a short walk from Angel tube station.

One of the most wonderful hospitality experiences ever. I booked a meeting room and accommodation at the hotel. Due to Covid-related reasons, I had to postpone the bookings at the last minute. The team were most accommodating, and moved the date with complete support. I have just completed the rearranged meeting and accommodation. The hotel team was a joy at every interaction and at all levels! I want to mention especially Emmanuel at reception who was so welcoming, and the incredible Kat in the events management team who was the ultimate hospitality professional. Thank you so much. I'm looking forward to coming back soon.

Check in was accommodating even though we arrived earlier than anticipated. The room is clean, comfortable and pleasing. All that you would expect from a Hilton hotel. The executive lounge is small but one of the best we have been in recently. Delicious food and Mimi was cheerful and helpful. Thank you.

Every time I come to London I love to stay at the Double Tree Hilton. The location is amazing next to the buzzing area of Angel, a paradise for restaurants, 3 minutes away from Angel underground and 10 minutes walk from Kings Cross -St Pancras stations and the new magnificent hot spot of Coal Drops Yard. But beyond the location, what I love is that the Hilton Double Tree never disappoints. The Rooms are spotless, QUIET and so comfortable I always have a great night sleep . The breakfast buffet selection is superb , the food is hot on the hot buffet (sausages are delicious! ) and the service is amazing. Even the busy Sunday breakfast service runs smoothly and discreetly. You can see there is a great team at the hotel all working together. All in all another great stay and I will be back! Thank you

Overall we had a great stay. The workers were great and we found the rooms to be clean enough. The hotel was about a 7 minute walk from the nearest Underground location and close to many bus stops. About a 10 minute drive to the British Museum and a 25 minute drive to Westminster. Unfortunately it isn't within walking distance of any big attractions unless you plan to walk for 30 minutes or more. We had the breakfast and it was delicious with a great amount of choice. Would recommend staying here.

Staying in this beautiful hotel is such a refreshing experience after the noise of the city. The rooms are so quiet and clean! But the best part is the staff. They're all welcoming and helpful and professional. Emmanuel checked me in and was so kind and personable. He made sure my Hilton Honors account was properly connected and cheered me up after a rough couple of days. I love the cookies, it's such a nice touch!

This is a decent hotel, but we were given a first floor room which wasn't ideal. The rooms are standard, nothing special. AC works fine which is most important during the hot weather. The location is great, takes about 30 minutes to walk into the city. Breakfast was nice.

Overall we had a good stay at this hotel. Location is great for Angel and access to central London. There was a some lift noise, a bump when it stopped. Mimi was especially helpful and welcoming in the business lounge. I would stay here again.(away from the lifts).

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! They have taken £613 put of my account 2 days after I attempted to make a booking. They then never sent me any email confirmation that the booking went through. The hotel can’t provide this now! I went ahead and made other plans and my booking order didn’t go through. I have been calling the hotel several times and was even hung up on by the manager! They still can’t find any original email confirming the booking was complete. Instead they have provided a word document with no header and dated 12th Feb. 2 weeks after my attempted booking. I understand the rate is non refundable however considering the system glitched, there is no evidence of an email confirmation, I should get my money back. The least understanding, unempathetic people I have dealt with. I wouldn’t think a large hotel like this would have to take this money from potential customers. It’s just embarrassing and shameful. They should do the right thing and process the refund.

This hotel was overall a really bad experience for me. When I went into the hotel, my parents were happily greeted by the guests by the people and he even offered to give cookies as a welcome gift, what is not good is that he offered us a card which allowed us to have free drinks, however, little did we know is that we couldn’t get all the drinks, why can’t they be more specific sometimes. Environment was also really really hot and it made me itch all over for almost an hour as I held the uncomfortableness (only applies to people who hate heat). Room was really old and it looked as if it wasn’t cleaned properly, fridge wasn’t too cold, the showering tub was really small with very little space, the beds had their pillows and blankets deflated really quick. We also found out that one of our drinks were drunken by the workers, and the receptionist didn’t care and just told us in an uncaring way that he can just give us a refund on the drinks, so in my opinion, they shouldn’t be like this as it is for customers, not for workers. The breakfast buffet was also a really bad experience too as well, there were very little options for the meals, the big breakfast didn’t include 30% of its condiments, the pancake machine wasn’t working at all and it wasted half an hour of my father’s time there. The milk was also really sour and it tasted weird, so it could be not fresh as it showed that it was a normal semi skimmed milk. The food was also pretty bland, and there are also a big handful of tables where the seasonings weren’t even refilled, even if we try asking, some of the waitress wouldn’t care, even when we want to give them the dirty plates. Talk about the service!!! Location was pretty good though, but the side walks were just extremely dirty and it is a bad place for a high end hotel to be located here, there were close transportations near it like buses and trains, so that is still considered fine. Overall, this was the worst hotel I have been yet in London compared to all the other ones which I have been too. But what makes it worse is that we were charged £250 for a single night, and the fact that we’re foreigners makes the situation worse as we can’t make our moneys worth at all, so only come here if you have no where else to stay.
