Excellent accommodations if you are on a budget. We actually preferred this place as opposed to a fancy chain hotel. The room is a small apartment but with everything you need. We had a quaint kitchen separate from the bedroom, a patio, and modern bathroom. We were welcomed with fruit and cookies. If you need to store your luggage be careful, the luggage is kept out in the open at the front desk at your own risk.

Positive: close to tube station. Negative points (see photographs): Bed had stains on it. Shelf not secured. Poor views, if you're just staying a night or so, you may not be bothered. Watch out if you flush the toilet it affects the other outlets. Check all is off before using the shower or else. If you want a bit of breathable air you have to open the entire outer door. No WiFi password or access to their WiFi. MAIN door to rooms 201-203 (nobody could open it, not even another person who happened to be coming out to open the door so we could get in. Building work in progress. Picture frame, shelf and light unit not correct or secure. Lighting is all or nothing - bright or off If you place UV light in any hotel you see things you don't want to - very interesting here......I'll let you have a think about this - the cleaner looks exhausted.

Very clean, bright, warm, in a great location for the nearby tube station (5 minutes walk away) with helpful staff accessible 24/7. My apartment had a bedroom, kitchen/living/dining area, decent sized bathroom and I felt it was much better value than an hotel. All necessary facilities provided: hairdryer, ironing board and iron and in the kitchen a good sized fridge, a cooker and microwave. Although it was central, it wasn't noisy. I always travel with earplugs, but didn't need them. The mattress was comfortable too - nearly forgot to mention that crucial detail!

I had a workshop at the Park Theater last week so I was looking for a hotel which was very near and I've found the Finsbury Serviced Apartments. The apartment was very clean and nice. I also liked the location. The Underground and buses are very close. Also the people there were so friendly and nice. The area has many nice restaurants and bistros. I highly recommend!

Really good apartment to use as a base for visiting London. The place was clean and spacious with great facilities, including a washing machine, large TV, hair driers, toiletries and a kitchen with toaster, microwave etc. They even provide washing up liquid and a tea towel. Its location very close to Finsbury Park tube station means it's a quick journey from King's Cross or Euston Stations. This makes it excellent for getting into the centre of London quickly. There are several cafés and restaurants nearby, as well as a handy Tesco Express. There was tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit at the apartment when we arrived so we just needed to pick up some milk and things for breakfast. The area was surprisingly quiet at night. Our family found the beds very comfortable but not that large. The bathrooms are really nice with excellent showers. The apartment also felt secure with its key card entry. You collect the key card from a key safe at the office just around the corner using a code they email to you, so arriving late is no problem. You don't need to check out either, you can just leave the key card there, which makes things easy. As we left, the staff were already waiting to clean the apartment for the next guests. We would happily start here again for a short visit to London.

Great place, close to the shops and the station, perfect for the festival in Finsbury Park, so ideal for our purposes. The staff were very helpful, keeping bags safely during the day, helping us to check in and making up the extra sofa bed for us. Clean, tidy, good facilities. Great to have a kitchen with fridge and cooking facilities. 1 bathroom with shower and an en suite shower room and toilet... Well equipped! Air conditioning and large opening windows, what more could you want?!

Very modern interior & card entry to communal door and apartment good. The shower tray did need some mould and mildew to remove red bacteria if being ultra critical. Don't be put off when checking in at reception, it's not the rooms above. You head back over the main road. Would certainly stay again.

There is nothing to fault in this spacious and pristine apartment. Everything worked very well and the manager was excellent when we did have a question. Situated 30 seconds from Finsbury Park tube station, its easy to access, also shopping, eating and entertainment of all kinds local to the flat. Loved having bedside tables, drawers and ample wardrobe space. We are very likely to visit here again as it's easy access to family nearby.

The hotel's 24-hour room service provides delicious and prompt dining options for guests, even during late hours.
