Poor service with long waiting time to order and then for food and drinks. Non-availablity of food/starters wasn't shared at the beginning which added more wait time. We had sliced steak which actually was really nice so would award more stars just for the food. Service let us down, hence the three stars. Try their mayonnaise if you can; it combines mustard and was really creamy. Delicious.

Service spot on and restaurant was clean, but the food wasn't great. My friends burger was dry, my lamb was very chewy and undercooked, very disappointed for the price paid. Wouldn't come back here again with so many other restaurants in this area.

Friendly greeting at the door, shown to our table and order taken quickly. Good food, with a special mention for the mushroom sauce. I was on crutches and the staff were extra helpful with getting me to and from the bathroom and very chatty and friendly while I waited for my other half to visit the gents. Excellent customer service and attention to detail deserving of higher than 5 stars, especially the beautiful young lady on the door.

The environment is nice, the food is good, but I’ve waited too long. They had to make sure all the dishes you ordered arrived at the same time, so by the time the food was there, the food was a bit cold. We ordered: - Caesar Chicken Salad - Prawn Cocktail - 20oz T-bone Steak - Salmon Fillet - Chunky Chips - BBQ Pork Wide Ribs Steak was a bit too cooked, we asked for medium (we even ordered the 20z T-bone) The Caesar salad turned out good, and the salmon was great. Also the BBQ pork wide ribs is recommended. I feel that they rely too heavily on the sauces, for every dish it was too flavorful (sauce wise) and it covers the taste of the original food. The service charge on the receipt was misleading too, it assumed there isn’t service (but it’s included on the bill) so everyone would just pay extra extra

A little bit over priced for what you get as plates. I ordered rib eye steak with side of caesar salad. To share, the dessert was good-peanut butter, caramel and brownie cake. Staff was the best👌🏻

Great Halal menu. Very friendly and attentive staff even at around 11pm. They were so energetic and helpful. Food was delicious as usual I had rib eye steak it was medium well. We both shared as we are not big eaters. Fried calamari and popcron shrimps were nice and chunky chips.

Tolles Steakhaus. Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Leckeres Essen. Gute Getränkeauswahl. Durch die großen Fenster kann man dem Treiben am Piccadilly Circus zugucken. Das Highlight ist aber die super nette, lustige Kellnerin Flavia. Bleib so wie du bist. Danke für den schönen Abend.

Food and atmosphere were okay. I went during lunch time before the crowds arrived. My steak was okay and the skinny fries were good. Service was decent. Price was expensive for what I had, but were expected given the location. I won't be back. It's not because anything went wrong, rather I want to try different restaurants whenever possible.

Went for quick drink and toilet only, but staff and security were lovely people, also atmosphere was nice whilst there so why not to say thank you. Everyone seemed like they were enjoying their meals. What I like, that restaurant didn’t smell of food. Hate places that stink of food, which leaves you with smelly hair and clothing. Looks like great place for meal. By the way Christmas deco is really nice over there. Also there have downstairs area, that looks lovely too

Went there for birthday meal and cannot complain about the food. It was awesome. The menu offered a variety of options, but opted for the steak. The steak was succulent and juicy. Staff were okay, the restaurant is super busy so can't complain much about the customer service, although being located in the heart of London you'd expect there to be a bit more emphasis on service. Overall experience was average but would return again for the food!

I like this chain for the quality of steaks. This one might not be the best in terms of location as it was really busy and we waited a bit longer than usual but it was worth waiting. I love the quality of meat and the fact that it is always spiced the way I like it. The choice of sauces and sides is really good. I loved the garlic mushrooms! My definite favourite for sides! It might not be the cheapest place but the prices are really good when you look at the quality. I will definitely be coming back to one of these restaurants in the future.

We came here tonight to eat before the theatre. We informed our server - Eszter - of this fact, and she ensured that we had our food and drinks in time to get to our show. The food was absolutely delicious, and so were the drinks. Both myself and my wife throughly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was cooked beautifully. In relation to service, the restaurant was absolutely packed with every table full and a line of people waiting to be seated. However, this did not stop multiple staff checking in with us periodically to ensure we had everything we needed and the food was to our liking, even if it was not their responsibility, was really good to see a team working so well together. Highly recommended this establishment, and look forward to returning next time we are in London.

I visited here long time ago but remeber that everything was good. I stopped by here because I was going to see The Phantom of the Opera. This restaurant is close to Her Majesty's Theatre. I recommend you to try this restaurant if you are going to see musical near by the restaurant.

I want to start by giving my highest prais to the staff. Very profesional and realy happy to serve. The meat was realy good and after recomendation from the staff we had a perfect dinner. We tried the filet and it was realy well made both taste and quality. When it comes to the sause everyone have theire own taste but i recomend that you try them all. We also had a serving of nachos and that was realy good. And the last dish we tried was the mac&cheese realy nice. So thanks every one at Angus Steakhouse for making this special.

Literally pay for what you get. EVERYTHING is separate charge.... Buy your steak for 30 pounds. You want sauce it's extra, you want chips it's extra. Funny way to have a meal. Ribs were nice but very dry needed extra sauce. Steak was nice but was very chewy at certain points.

Everything is so delicious here. We got all the starters because we couldn't choose. The truffle arancini is my favourite, so we had to order one more round. You can't go wrong with any from the main either. And the NEW YORK CHEESECAKE? WOW

There was halal and non halal menu options. The service here is top-notch from before entering the restaurant, till the ordering process, to waiting time and during the service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was one of the best restaurants we patron in London. Water was complimentary. I love the idea of not waiting more than 15 minutes for your food.

The food was really tasty and we enjoyed every bite of it. The staff were very welcoming and friendly from the door. Our waiter was very jovial. We didn't have to wait long to be served, and the table was cleared in good time. The toilets were clean, and the place had a nice vibe generally. The only thing I would recommend is adding a small salad to a dish when one orders a meal in such a lovely restaurant. Other than that, it was 👏

Our visit to the Angus steakhouse was timed perfectly to avoid the rush around 17.30. The standout dish was undoubtedly the Kentucky BBQ ribs, it had a sweetness to it that I liked very much. The regular BBQ ribs leaned towards a tangier profile, a little more sour tasting. The sweet potato fries were a definite highlight, while the coleslaw fell a bit short on flavor. The Caesar side salad erred on the side of excessive dressing. The butter chicken packed a spicy punch, a bit excessive for my taste, but the breaded and flavorful chicken made up for it(perhaps you can ask the sauces separately?). You get a full rack of ribs for 23 pounds without any sides. I had fries and a salad extra and after I was full. The flickering ceiling lights provided a minor distraction which gave my mother an headache. There was a 12,5% service fee which was 20 pounds, after asking this got removed and we still tipped. In conclusion, a satisfying dining experience with a few quirks to note.

I ordered a well done Australian sirloin 10oz but it still has some blood on it 🥹 I am not quite used to this, but I had to chew it down. Luana is a great server and she patiently waits for us to make up our minds on what to get. Not particularly happy with the food, I find it so-so One of my friend ordered a medium rare but she got a rare with nerves which is difficult to slice on.

If you have just ONE night to spend in London, highly recommend this restaurant. Brilliant location, a historic 5-star restaurant dating back to the 19th century, and excellent service! We had a delightful Sunday evening in the heart of London at Angus Steak House Piccadilly. We ordered fillet and sirloin steak, medium well and medium. Accompanied by a Trocadero cocktail, Raspberry Bubble tea, Coke, New York Cheesecake, and Soft Whip Jersey Ice-cream. The service was excellent. All the staff were cheerful and responsive. We were about 5 minutes late due to traffic, but they quickly arranged a lovely table next to the window. We couldn’t have asked for more. They also offer a vegan menu, so feel free to ask for it if you’re vegetarian.

We were a party of 12 who got fantastic service by Tauseef and Melanie. The food lives up to the price and praise and the drinks are both delicious and good looking. 10/10 would recommend with all of my heart.

Food is great! While I’m actually sympathizing with service charges being included, I have to say that today at Angus Steakhouse, I felt Service was ok at best. The food has been great, my steak was grilled on point and tender. Service wise, I would have expected more then just a question „Are you ready to order?“ The waiter don’t introduce himself while being polite and knowable. He didn’t recommend anything, no upsell from his side, the floor supervisor (a lady) hardly smiled and seemed to control the floor but hardly didn’t interact with guests and the manage was busy seating guests with the very friendly and welcoming hostess… she was nice. The manager himself was good. He managed the floor, talked to guests (not us 😔), tried to touch every table and kept the place coordinated. Drinks have also been great, well balanced and flavorful! For a restaurant of this size, there is much more potential to be more successful than the competition around. Given my notes above, I can still recommend Angus Steakhouse.

A steak house located at the center of Piccadilly circus seems quite a place to celebrate Christmas I ordered: Jack's creek black angus steak T bone 17oz in medium rare Mixed salad Mac & cheese Churros All are of good quality

Unparalleled service and great food If you have one night to spend in London and you need one place for a great dinner then try your luck in finding a table in this restaurant. Don’t bother going there without a reservation because most probably you will end up looking for somewhere else. A friendly, welcoming, responsive, funny and very courteous staff. One of the few places that the extraordinary service supersedes the quality of food. The place has a special Halal menu so ask for it if you prefer this type of food. Ask for your favourite type of meat made to your liking and they will make sure they meet your expectations even if they need to replace any dish. Follow the recommended desserts dishes and have a new experience to remember. Not a cheap place, but for a one night well spent it is a great value for money. A five star rating by all means.

It was dinner time, my mum and my son were there prior my present, it was cold and wet. The receptionist was refusing to let them in because only two out of five were there. Lucky one of the manger saw my mum with a crutch and arranged her to be seated. The dinner was great! I enjoyed the time being there!

I visited Angus Steakhouse Piccadilly Circus last week. Flavia B B served us and she was so friendly and helpful. I loved how she treated us and served us. All other staff were very welcoming and friendly as well. The food was very nice and fresh.

This restaurant is more like comfort food in my opinion. They were okay and pretty basic. Got the sampler, the steak and the soup. I did not expect much seeing by the cooking of the steak. Overall, this is a comfort food that would maintain its quality. Recommended to try but i do not think I will go back again to try its other food.

Thank you for your kindness. We did not book a table and we were a group, they manage to find a seat for us ! There is a specific halal menu which is nice. I'm not agree with the fact that any additionnal item is not for free.. Anyway Thanks again

Had a meal here before we went to see a west end show. The food was delicious & served quickly

They have a separate halal menu but the options were limited. Their burger was good but the sirloin steak was upsetting. Didn’t know the steak was literally just the piece of meat and I had to order my own sauce and sides separately (additional £3-5). That’s a first tbh. We had sticky toffee pudding for dessert too. It was okay, nothing special.

It's quite busy so I'd advise a reservation before you go. The food was delicious. I had a ribeye steak with the wild mushrooms sauce which was heavenly. The Berry cocktail was so refreshing

We had a fantastic experience last night! Busy, buzzing atmosphere however the staff were amazing. We were served by Max who made our son’s 10th birthday meal extra special! Food was spot on too

The food was very delicious, with an exceptionally professional and pleasant service, in the most central location of London. Highly recommended. Stake with a view! P.s: Don't forget the best Esspreso Martini at the end.
