For what you pay to stay for a night near Heathrow airport it's not bad. Parking is £12 for 24 hrs. The rooms are basic and the bathroom are small with a walking shower. The food was not bad and I had dinner in the hotel. Breakfast was ok scrambled eggs and normal sausage, beans etc. Overall a good hotel but staff especially on reception staff were a bit hard to understand. But the bar staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Oh best to book a taxi if you need to go to the airport. Shuttle service you need to walk a few minutes or something couldn't understand what the receptionist was telling me. But I'm glad I booked a taxi and don't forget it will cost you £5 extra as Khan has decided you should pay for the privilege of flying from Heathrow.

Solid hotel, clean though basic. Can rely on Accor / Ibis quality, which was a relief after a stay in another chain hotel with the opposite experience. There's a desk that works well for a short working period, which was handy waiting for the flight. Breakfast variety is not huge but good and everything is fresh. A small negative was a corroded tap - not dirty but looked unpleasant, maybe overuse of aggressive disinfectant during the pandemic? Super friendly receptionist. It is not directly in the airport, you still have to take the bus (at a cost!), and plan in 30 minutes in total for that, but it's close enough.

Nice enough hotel, smallish but well-appointed rooms, very close to the airport terminal. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Only down side was the food, which was a bit rubbish for vegetarians. When I bought a salad it was missing a major component and felt like a huge rip-off given the prices. The next morning, we popped into the Marriott next door and had breakfast there. It cost the same and was HUGE (and really good), from a much wider range of choices. No problem with staying there again, but I can't see us eating there next time.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice spacious lobby with bar and restaurant. The room was small, but perfectly clean and tidy and well maintained. The shuttle bus to the airport stops right outside and you can buy the tickets from a machine in the hotel entrance.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. The rooms even smell clean! Towels are huge and fluffy! Bus stops are close by. But the food! Amazing! It was fresh and delicious, and we ended up eating almost every meal at the hotel! I will definitely stay here during my next trip to London.

The room was so incredibly hot, like waiting your turn to enter the gaits of hell. Almost suffocating like, the AC really did nothing to cool the room. The nachos, just don’t order them-you’ll be dissatisfied. The price was decent and it’s close to the airport! The room was clean. They have a nice picnic bench area outside, if you need to escape the furnace of your room. I could not figure out how to open the window. Staff was professional and I felt safe.

Service was brilliant! A few changes to the family was made since my last visit. Commutation via email prior to arriving at the hotel was a little slow, which lead to miscommunication regarding my breakfast not being included with my reservation. However, thank you to Paula, flora and Sidney for helping me with my reservation on arrival. Room was clean and bed comfy. Enjoyed a lovely family meal. Definitely will come again. 😀

For a budget hotel it was fine. The room smelled strongly of cleaning agents, but was otherwise as described. Staff were helpful and friendly. Parking fee was reasonable (had to park a hire car overnight). The airport shuttle didn't come on time, but I was able to get an Uber from the hotel for twice the price and share it with another passenger.

I am writing this poor review due to the fact I can’t sleep. The neighboring room is horribly loud. The bed is hard, and the room smells like damp, beer-stained, carpet. When we arrived, there was garbage strewn out in the hall right in front of our door. Imagine showing up to your room and your first impression is an overflowing bag of garbage in the hall spilling right in front of your door. Gross. Opening the door for the first time, it didn’t take long to identify a bar like smell emanating from the carpet. Due to the terrible first impression and overall lack of cleanliness, I asked to switch rooms and was told that we (my wife, and 5 year old, and I were S out of luck). The manager did offer us 2 free drinks. Room was freezing, so we had to ask for a heater. And the neighboring room has the loudest guests I have ever had the displeasure of hearing. It is now midnight, and after various security visits to their room, they have finally quieted down. Overall, the entire stay has been a disaster, although nearly every complaint I have may be due to the inconsiderate neighbor room. The only reason I don’t give this place a 0 star, is that the staff has been genuinely helpful. Front desk has been friendly and has helped me solve these issues to the best of their ability. The manager was kind and the security officer is really great and went above and beyond to finally quiet down these noisy birds next door. In summary I know this is a ‘reasonably priced’ hotel, but quiet and cleanliness should be guaranteed, and it most certainly wasn’t. I wouldn’t stay here again and would recommend that anyone reading this continue their search elsewhere.

Check-in was a little chaotic but this was due to the fact there was a large group of people from a cancelled flight. Overall the place was basic but clean and convenient for the airport. I paid $12 to park overnight which seems reasonable. The car parking spaces were tiny though and it was difficult to maneuver the car into them!

We stayed on a business visit for a week. It was quite convenient and near to Heathrow airport. The staff were cordial and helpful. Nice restaurant facility. Good internet connectivity. Lots of Indian restaurants nearby which helped us. Rooms were well maintained. Would have preferred little more no of plug points though.

I've stayed from 7-9 Nov & 18-20 Nov. Throughout our time at the hotel, the staff's friendliness stood out. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, everyone was genuinely welcoming and attentive. Especially the lady who checked us in on 18 Nov was incredibly accommodating. Her friendly demeanor was very much appreciated. (I wish I had asked her name) Before check-in, I received helpful information on how to get to the hotel from the airport via public transit. This proactive communication made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The room was spotlessly clean, and considering the quality of service and amenities, the price was reasonable. Speaking of amenities, having a convenient restaurant in the hotel made our stay even more enjoyable. It was a great option for a hassle-free dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, cleanliness, and overall value. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

Hotel Ibis London Heathrow Airport is one of many hotels strung along the Bath Road. You can see the airport from the hotel. The bathroom is modern. Breakfast was good. They serve full English breakfast there. Make sure you pack all your toiletries and other essentials. If you didn’t bring your multi socket adapter, you will need to get one from their vending machine as the hotel does not provide one. Overall it was a good stay.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but adequate. House keeping is great on one day and sucks the next even after asking for the bed to be done everyday we still went up to 3 days in a row with the bed not being touched. Out of a nine day stay the made the bed and changed the bedding 3 times.

I would like to applaud, and appreciate Executive Chef Jason for delivering a consistent high standard of service in his ability to add quality, presentation and exquisite taste to the plates of food he puts forth on each of my visits. Chef Jason's signature Club Sandwich by far is the best I've ever tasted. Besides prepping incredible food, Chef Jason always manages to find time to step out on the floor to meet and greet with guests. Food & Beverage is an integral part of a hotel. It is the soul of the brand. Rest assured, Chef Jason's infectious positive hospitality delivers on the ibis brand promise each time. As captain of his department, the synchronization of each of his team members (in the kitchen and on the floor), compliment Chef Jason's food and service. Thank you Chef for such a memorable experience. You never fail to make my taste buds explode each time I visit your hotel.

Generally I found my stay at the hotel a very good on. The staff I interacted with were outstanding and kept a professional approach. Hilda at breakfast and at the bar handle her duties in an outstanding manner. My only regret it that there was no live sports on the many television screens and in the rooms. I appreciate this stay I strongly recommend it.

Good value for price I paid, I booked for the day so had the room 10-4pm. Check-in was fast and receptionist pleasant. Comfy bed, room a fair size with thermostat. Bathroom a little dark, poor lighting not really suitable for a bathroom where a woman might want to put on makeup or a man try to shave. Maid came in so obviously wasn't told room had been done and was occupied. All in all a good stay.

This will be the initial review. Upon arriving we thought these are some sad looking hotels, when we pulled in this hotel we thought “Hey this looks nicer than all the others.” Lobby was large, clean and looked nice. Front desk staff was nice, but put us in the worst room in the hotel, probably! Room 35, it’s directly above the boiler room and was cooking hot! The air con couldn’t keep up. Here’s the best part so far. “Sarcasm” Woke up around 7am and heard something. I thought it was raining outside because we had the window open because of the heat. It was the toilet overflowing and the shower backing up with sewage!! Got out of bed to stand in two inches of wastewater! Gross!! There’s no phone in the room, so I went to the front desk. The young man didn’t realize the severity of the situation and was laughing. We did get a new room down the hall, but the damage had been done. I went to housekeeping to ask for help, because the front desk said maintenance didn’t come in until 10am. I took her to the room, because she didn’t seem to grasp the situation at first either. After seeing the room she was very helpful and must have contacted the manager, because things started to get taken care of. Some of our clothes and luggage was on the floor, the room is so small there’s no where to put everything we had for traveling internationally. When I spoke with the manager, he was very apologetic and helped to get our items cleaned. Thankfully our flight wasn’t for two more days, so we should have everything back before we leave. That’s all for now. I’ll try to post update when we leave.

Was very easy to get there. I entered in the lobby, very clean and easy to get to reception. Paola the Spanish receptionist was very friendly, professional and helpful. I checked in .my room was clean and perfect temperature. I went to restaurant for dinner. Little confused I received first the steak and after the soup. The steak was cooked to perfection! Morning for breakfast not so great. Scrambled eggs cooked to hell and to many condiments in the mushrooms. No option for fried eggs or some omelette. Don't mind if is extra charge. The breakfast person and chef came to buffet with mask covering face half way.. little disturbing taking in consideration the COVID rules. In general all good. Thank you.

We were in the hotel for one night because due to a strike the flight with Lufthansa was postponed for one day. The hotel is close to the hotel, you cannot do much in the area. The room was clean and the air conditioning was already running, which was nice for the warm temperatures. There was an elevator, which the previous hotel did not have either. There could have been more electrical outlets, there is none at all in the bathroom and not next to my bed either. At dinner and breakfast there was a rich buffet, compared to our previous hotel this was an enrichment. Alcoholic drinks were not included in the voucher and were expensive. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

This hotel was so amazing. The lounge was a great spot to hang out in after a long day. The free breakfast was the highlight of everyday, they had so much choices and many different drinks available. The rooms were a bit small but still very comfortable.

Worst hotel experience in 36 years of traveling. The day we departed this hotel, we rented a car and drove back to the hotel to pick up luggage and check out. This took less than 30 minutes. A week later we were charged almost $90 as a parking fine for loading our luggage! That's more than $3 per minute - TOTAL SCAM. The hotel sent a violation to the rental car company and it was charged to our credit card before we were aware. I contacted the hotel more than 6 times and they finally they agreed to cancel the charge in writing, but then they never did. This is certainly NOT a reputable business. In addition to that, they have "airport shuttle" on their listing. However, they do not have a shuttle. Upon arrival in London, we wasted considerable time at the airport only to finally discover that deception, so we made other arrangements for public transportation to get to the hotel. This hotel does not show much regard for the welfare and experience of their customers.

Nice rooms and friendly, efficient staff. The lobby has a pool table (though the cue is a bit broken inside/naff) and the dining area is very modern/pleasant. The dinner was a decent meal; a buffet with a little bit of variety. The breakfast was one of the best I've had from a hotel; a hot and cold buffet with the hot food all cooked just right. Only one minor downside with the rooms; there was no biscuit with the coffee (as customary nowadays) and there was no toothpaste; you're expected to buy it from a vending machine that doesn't work. They did deliver on soap, shampoo and towels though. Over all, an excellent stay.

Typically good basic Ibis hotel close to Heathrow Terminal. Comfortable bedrooms, reasonably priced. Friendly staff and good service. Nice, busy foyer area. Good bar and restaurant. Bus and taxi service available to airport. Taxi fare to airport averages £15. Recommended.

Nice rooms but basic. Great location near Heathrow airport so it is helpful to stay overnight if you have a flight early morning. However, rooms are not soundproofed sufficiently to prevent noise from the airport. Could hear each flight departing and arriving.

Room was okay. Heating wasn't working well. Shower head was falling to the wall so I had to take the shower head off and use it. I wasn't keen to shampoo and body wash smells. It was very uncomfortable pillows. I barely slept.... But the place was quiet..

Don’t come here if you don’t want want to get covid. We were placed here along with other people off a cruise ship to complete our quarantine and because the hotel staff didn’t respond to room service requests we had to go down into the restaurant ourselves to order there. Staff are unprofessional and don’t know what they’re doing half the time. The only way to communicate with the staff is through whatsapp which they may not even reply to. I was locked out of my room twice due to the card not working and the second time I was locked out of my room for over an hour because they were having trouble logging into the system. This resulted in a line out the door of people checking in and out. This isn’t their fault but there was no apologies or communication when I finally was able to get back to my room. If you go down for food make sure you leave an hour in advance, there’s always a line that hardly moves because sometimes there isn’t someone taking orders. A random alarm went off in the middle of the day and fire doors shut, I called to ask what it was and they said it was just a test. Okay would have been good to know beforehand? The rooms are average, if you have lots of luggage you will be tripping over it. The carpet desperately needs to be replaced and there are dirty hand marks on the wall in my room and mold in the electric jug. I’ve heard to not trust the airport shuttle bus by other guests and some people were turned away from being overbooked even after booking rooms way in advance This place needs more staff, better management, better training. I feel sorry for the staff that would be so stressed out everyday. Management needs to step up!

They do not have AC in the rooms or the lobbies they have a cooling thing but it is still hot but you can open the windows if it's cool enough outside that's the only way we survive the bed has like a 1-inch foam pad that is your mattress I'm going to attach a photo hopefully there is no ice there is no safe the bathtub is but you it's like you guys stand up like two and a half feet twice as tall as a normal bathtub but the rooms were clean but no ice bucket but it's not a good experience there you have to pay for your breakfast and it's not worth it unless if that's what you need the Moxie down the street would have been cheaper but the cruise ship paid for it okay. Sorry can't get the photo of the mattress and then we looked at other rooms and the whole thing just has one is from we stayed at the Marriott courtyard like a 5 minute walk down the road and they had AC is soundproof in it so just rethink of where you want to stay

We spend a night with kids. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only given 4 because of the room. Sofa bed didn’t have cover which was provided after requesting. Only hotel provide some mobile chargers/cables but this one didn’t have any. Food was delicious and clean service. Staff was constantly on the floor over their help which we liked it. My kids were happy and so as we. Over all a great experience. 👍

I stayed, last night. Friendly, helpful staff at front of house. Room was scrupulously clean. Breakfast this morning was extremely enjoyable for two reason. Firstly, the staff were so welcoming, particularly Doroto, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Secondly, the scrambled eggs were superb; light, fluffy and hot. Well done Chef.
