Stayed 2 nights as down to see family. There is plenty of parking, however, this is run by an independent contractor and the charge is £12.00 per 24 hours. We did bed & breakfast for both days. This was a buffet service and eat as much as you like. Service was excellent both days and the staff were really attentive and kept on asking if there was anything that we needed. Staff were very friendly. Only small issue was that the buffet items could have been a bit warming. They have a Costa and bar on site. From checking-in to leaving, our stay was very enjoyable. Great stay. Well done all.

I don’t often leave reviews but felt the need to show my appreciation for the staff of this hotel for helping us through a scary moment where we managed to leave our daughter in the lift and couldn’t find her. The response couldn’t have been more impressive - so swift and so supportive. The entrance doors were immediately secured and different members of staff covered all floors until she was found. I found staff here to be attentive even before this ordeal. Thanks again.

Good place to spend the night if you have a flight out of the airport next day. Plenty of forms of transportation to get you to and from the airport. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. The rooms are decent, they could do with a revamp and some better cleaning but those aren't issues that would keep me from booking a room at this hotel again. My biggest gripe with this hotel is that the heating in the room was barely sufficient. It was lukewarm at best and even setting the temperature to the highest setting didn't do a thing. It was pretty cold outside at about 6°C so heating was definitely an issue.

Excellent in every respect. Staff all very friendly and helpful, with plenty of staff on duty. We booked an evening meal in the Thyme restaurant on the ground floor- where the service and food were outstanding. Breakfast the following morning (served from 5.30am) was also faultless. The dual meal deal for evening meal and breakfast is excellent value, especially considering the high quality of both meals. We have stayed in many Premier Inns over the years, but this one is without doubt the best we have experienced. (For any aviation enthusiasts the outside area of the hotel has excellent views of aircraft landing on runway 27R) Highly recommended in every respect.

This hotel is great but has much room for improvement. The staff are amazing. Clean rooms, good level of service. Now the bad, because Costa is in the hotel. They do not sell granulated coffee. So currently, this is the only hotel in London that's not selling coffee and I heard the technician shouting this hotel will not have it for a long time. Great! The food selection is good but, the meat is generally like trying to eat a shoe it's so hard. Including the breakfast bacon which this morning I gave up on. The steak last night was the most chewy, horrid piece of meat I think I've ever had in all honesty. It feels sad that I have to write negative because I actually like staying here regularly and the staff are amazing! The food and coffee is a must in a hotel this big. Spending money on sub standard food is demoralising. My only option is to leave the hotel and lose my parking space to get a coffee. Not happy one tiny bit! You can't even offer instant coffee in a cup. Utterly mind boggling.

This is our 2nd time of staying here. No issues getting a parking space late afternoon cost £12 for 24 hours and staff were welcoming with a rapid check in process. There are staff constantly cleaning whilst we were about. Quiet overnight also, no noise from guests or airport noise. Breakfast was fantastic we sat in the terrace type area and enjoyed all our food hot and cold. All fresh and readily available, we will be back again!

One of the best lower budget hotels. I’ve never stayed at a premier inn before and this location was a superb example! The entrance and check in was seamless and grand.. a Costa coffee and bar/restaurant was there The rooms are massive, very clean and modern. A walk in shower and nice lighting and design. Very comfortable and sound proof! I had breakfast in the morning and it was an amazing buffet.. fresh food, quick seating and service and very friendly staff,, it was as good as a Hilton double tree! I was pleasantly surprised A quick taxi ride from Heathrow.. soo very good for Before a fight or after!

I did not imagine I’d feel obliged to review this property but my expectations were exceeded so it’s well earned. The reservation process was easy online & we arrived after 11pm the reception was manned & we were able to check in easily and the rooms were decent and clean for a 1 night stay it was value for money. The breakfast was delicious & kids eat free made it a fantastic deal. The staff here are what stood out to me all so friendly & helpful each one from room maids to restaurant and Costa server. Would definitely stay again.

Fully satisfactory for the price. It's a big cheap-ish airport hotel, so it's designed to sell the maximum number of beds with the minimum of cost and staff. So everything's a bit mass-produced and there are a few signs of wear around the edges, but my room was perfectly clean and crisp and comfortable. And quiet enough, give or take some creaking when someone walked in the room above me -- surprising in a modern building. The staff were grand though, unfailingly nice and helpful. Note: no easy way to get food after 22:30, unless you order in from elsewhere, or you can live on cereal bars from the vending machine.

Such a great location - right next to Purple Bricks parking. Staff were friendly and it is completely set up for being an "airport hotel". Only thing that let's it down is that the rooms could be a little better regarding soundproofing. But the beds are super comfortable and the rooms are dark enough to sleep well.

Very reasonable price. I would recommend combining this with park and ride facilities as there are deals and this is something I wish I had taken advantage of. This hotel is very close to the airport. Facilities at ground level are diverse and provide you with Costa, food and drink facilities. The room is Premier Inn quality and affordable in price. If you have a way to travel and an early flight ✈ I would recommend this hotel.

I've stayed here once before, its situated close to the airport. Therefore its a short car journey to the terminals. My room was nice, quiet and clean. They have plenty of staff to check you in and serve you in the restaurant. The food is reasonably priced for a hotel and of good quality. You can watch planes land from the car park area as well. The reason for a 4 star review is that one nights parking cost £15.

Great hotel! The premier inn comfort and quality you expect, but definitely the best service of any Premier Inn I've stayed at in the past! Right down the road from the airport tunnel entrance with several public busses and a coach service you can pay to take you to the terminals. Rooms are the usual premier inn quality so can't complain, Great beds with a clean room. Will say however the TVs are much smaller than other premier inns I've stayed at, and look overdue for an upgrade. That's just a small bugbear of mine though. I especially liked the quick and easy check in process with multiples check in desks available, and check out was a breeze as you can just drop your key card in a both without having to line up and speak to someone. Great for if you need to get out and to the airport quickly. I'll be staying here whenever I need a hotel next to the airport in future.

Good value. Some of the rooms looking a bit tired but with a hotel this size it must be like the Forth Road Bridge. Once you finish painting it it's time to start again! Breakfast, dinner and bar good value, decent quality and reasonable selection. Reception staff very friendly except one, Sophia, who treated us with a supercilious and condescending attitude...maybe staff training needed here! Whereas Maria was so helpful.

Excellent choice for staying before an early flight. Rooms were pleasant. Excellent soundproofing. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Thyme restaurant was reasonably priced. Good menu. Food fine and staff excellent. The design of the mock street where you could enjoy a drink worked well. Couldn't have breakfast as we had to leave before it was available but meal deal appears good if you can do it.

We have stayed here in the past and will probably stay here again in the future! The rooms are decent and do the job for a short stay and are quiet so you can get decent sleep however the bed wasn't the most comfortable. This time around the room was a little dirty with hairs in the bathroom and debris on the bedroom floor when we arrived. We arrived very late and just needed sleep though so we made do. The location is great for the airport with public busses directly outside which go to the airport and on site parking however this is fairly expensive so we normally park elsewhere.

Great value in a good location for Heathrow access. Our rooms were clean and nicely set up. The staff here were not quite as eager to please as those at other Premier locations I've visited, but they were efficient. It can't be beat for the price.

This is the best Premier inn I've ever stayed in (and we've done a few). Beautifully fresh and spacious room, especially for an airport hotel. Great facilities. My only tiny critique is the temperature upstairs. Just SO hot, which is not uncommon for these hotels. Other than that, perfect.

Visited with family going on holiday. Next to Airport runway, but very quiet in the hotel. Quite ideal for overnight stay before travel from Heathrow. Lovely restaurant and bar for sustenance and refreshments with basic rooms for sleeping. Staff were very good. Breakfast available from 5:30am for early start.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We required some bed sheets for the cot and it was dealt with promptly. In fact, the staff were very efficient and friendly during our whole stay. The room window has a plastic sheet over it, so we had no view. That was a tad disappointing. We also ate at the restaurant, using the meal deal scheme. It's very good value and we enjoyed our evening meal. We thought the breakfast was a little disappointing, though. We were leaving hesthrow from terminal 3 and got the 105 bus from outside the hotel. It's much cheaper than the Hopper.

Rooms are very nice, especially for the price. Clean, new, spacious and very comfortable. Had dinner in the restaurant and the food was good too. Check in was quick and easy and everyone was very friendly and nice. Quick ride to terminal 2. Will definitely be staying at Premier Inns when we come back to the UK!

This hotel was convenient for an early morning flight. On site facilities were good. I marked the room down as it was slightly shabby and noisy, with noisy plumbing and sounds of footprints. That said I did sleep and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely hot shower in the morning.

Had a fantastic two night stay here recently. We upgraded to the Premiere Plus room in order to have a mini-fridge due to personal necessity (medication), and the room was beautifully organized and clean. Loved the addition of complimentary water and chocolate, as well as our larger TV and espresso coffee machine. Staff was kind and helpful, they even printed out documents needed for our trip. Loved the comfortable beds and AC! The lobby was very large and had a bar, resturaunt and full sized Costa inside. Perfect for our final days in England prior to our return to Canada.

It was a very comfortable hotel experience. The staff were welcoming and friendly at reception and in the restaurant. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The food was good. The price was reasonable. The 105 and 111 buses go direct to and from Heathrow Central Bus Station from outside the hotel. We will stay again.

  • 5/5 Rachel C. 7 months ago on Google
Very close to airport Terminals 2 and 3 but not to worry shuttle bus service available to and from the airport. Great dinning experience. Just to let you know recent upgrading of facilities would leave you feeling with the feeling of freshness as things would be looking and feeling brand new. Lots of friends use this hotel and they are happy with the experience.

This Premier Inn is the biggest we've been to. There's a big Costa coffee store, sports bar with huge projector screen. And there's also an area in the car park where planes fly very low so you can catch an amazing view of them landing. Perfect for plane spotters! The car parking is priced at £15 for 24 hours.

The rooms were average, i would say fairly comfortable but not entirely soundproof. Reception area was very nice. Enjoyed the breakfast in particular - I went with my sister and the breakfast team were very polite and provided excellent service especially Violet who was very friendly and accommodating, it just made the experience a lot nicer :)

I stayed one night in this hotel prior to flying from Heathrow. The staff were attentive whilst using the check-in machine. Paying for parking was simple (£15 per night for hotel guests). The hallways looked tired and the walls were marked with lines presumably from guest’s luggage. The room was typical Premier Inn style. Surfaces were clean. In general the room still felt tired and could do with freshening up. The bathroom had small areas of black mould around the door frame and the shower head. The bed was comfy and I was not disturbed by airport noise. The air conditioning worked well. The lobby is large and has a bar, restaurant and Costa. I purchased one drink at the bar and used the free public WiFi to work on my laptop in a nice secluded booth. Ultimately this property has everything you need and the price is right if you book in advance. I would stay again but it would be nice to see the place given a lick of paint.

Reception staff were both professional and helpful on arrival. The room was spotless, only thing was the TV was in a bit of a bad way needed repairing or replacing. Bar staff were great, they made an effort to anticipate what you would order before asking which I was very impressed by! Food was available in the Bar as well as the on-site restaurant. Costa on site as well which was a massive plus.

Convenient if you're travelling to or from terminal 2. If you're taking the bus, just follow the signs to the bus terminal, even at night it was fairly busy, and not as dodgy as I feared it might be on my own. The hotel reception is quite nice, really prompt check in. However the rooms really need renovation... The beds are comfortable enough, and it's quiet, but the furniture is tired, and the bathrooms even more.

  • 3/5 Steve J. 1 year ago on Google
Not overly impressed with the room. The ac unit didn't work, and insufficient power points available. Those members of staff that we did interact with were excellent, and breakfast was superb. Given how I feel about the room, I would probably look elsewhere before choosing this hotel.

  • 4/5 Stuart P. 1 year ago on Google
A budget hotel that provides the essentials at a price cheaper than most. The beds are comfortable and the rooms not as cramped as the Ibis, but far from luxurious. The shower is an over the bath add on rather than a walk in cubicle, just one hard seated chair, no sockets near the bed, no clock, and the heating didn't seem to work. But on the plus side it was warm enough, the room was clean (if a little tired) and for a one night airport stopover it's all you need. And for the price, to be honest, you won't do better. The restaurant is not bad - typical pub food standard with a good choice of dishes and pleasant surroundings. There is a meal deal - any two courses plus a drink for about £27 - which isn't bad at all for a London airport location. Altogether, very good value. Nothing fancy, cheap and cheerful, all you really need and better than the Ibis.

We stayed at Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport T2 & T3- Bath Road on the 8th November because we had a flight booked to Miami, Florida the next day. As soon as we walked in it was just beautiful… the lovely trees, helpful staff, all the pretty lights. It was all so welcoming, we had some dinner at The Thyme Restaurant and I was very impressed. We got a Hot Chocolate from Costa (again lovely) we were super happy to have our window right over Costa Coffee! We enjoyed that in our lovely room, it was clean and quiet and simply perfect. We had to get up at 4:20 AM the next morning, we were excited to go on holiday but wished we would have stayed longer because it was so lovely. We would always stay at the hotel now and I would recommend it to anybody, great experience! Cannot thank the Staff at Premier Inn Bath Road enough ☁️

It was a nice room. Fairly dark with some muffled noise coming from the main road. Overall a decent sleep. This place has a restaurant, bar and a Costa. Restaurant needed booking or a short wait to be able to sit down. There are vending machines although not all of them were working. Internet access was fine. Good location to catch an early flight. Buses stop on the main road outside the front entrance.

Lovely calm welcoming atrium. Just perfect after a stressful day. The room was spotlessly clean with the basic. We ate in the Thyme restaurant which was a pleasant ding experience. Our waiter Nico was very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and very good value for money. Breakfast the following morning was also very good. Would recommend to friends.

Love going to Premier Inns when I need a room before or after a long flight. Been to this one before and the only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is that the place is starting to look a bit tired now. The staff as always great, breakfast fantastic and price wise always get a good deal. So in conclusion 4 and a half stars.

  • 5/5 Brianne C. 2 years ago on Google
My family and I booked in here last minute after a flight delay. The staff we very accommodating and friendly. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. There are lots of spaces to to chill out and have a coffee and relax if you don't want to stay in your room. They have luggage storage facilities and a great breakfast menu. There is also a separate bar located inside as well as a Costa and various vending machines.

  • 5/5 Stuart W. 2 years ago on Google
Well situated near Heathrow. The atrium entrance has a bit of a wow to it when checking. The staff checking us in and looking after us during dinner were efficient but very friendly. Once you get in the rooms it’s like coming home, a comfy bed, decent bathroom; the same as in every premier inn, a good night’s sleep guaranteed. Food is what you expect, ok but very good value. The coffee is superb though and not a granulated one in sight.

  • 5/5 Simon G. 2 years ago on Google
I have to say this is a really nice Premier Inn, one of the best I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed at many of them. The window views are not at all inspiring but this is more than made up for by the lovely foyer area with its bar, restaurant and coffee shop. Plenty of places to sit with a drink and the restaurant was pleasantly quiet with very attentive staff. An added bonus is that, if you are planning a trip, the Purple parking garage is immediately next door.

  • 5/5 Sid B. 2 years ago on Google
A decent reasonably priced hotel for London. Convenient for access to Heathrow. We opted for the unlimited breakfast which made things easier for us and it tasted very nice. Good onsite parking even though they charge. Clean facilities and the staff were polite. Will definitely consider staying again for easy access to Heathrow.

  • 4/5 Wendy P. 2 years ago on Google
Used with Blue Circle meet and greet and worked well. Access to hotel is difficult from East bound side of road. Room comfortable. Food available until 10.30. Overnight parking advice could be clearer! Suggest park car and take belongings with you into hotel and check in. You will receive a code to use in the machine just outside the hotel entrance. Current charge £12. No need to return to the car.

  • 4/5 Keith A. 2 years ago on Google
The premier Inn Bath road Heathrow is a good hotel for Heathrow stop overs. The airport shuttle is via the hotel hoppa every hour. Leaves t3 on the hour and 40min back to the airport from the hotel. A selection of cafes and the thyme restaurant are on site. Rooms quiet and comfortable. Value is brilliant.

  • 3/5 Lily A. 2 years ago on Google
Convenient to airport location, busy lobby but room was quiet. Bed and room clean and basic but comfortable. Stayed one night before the flights the next day, slept well and great breakfast in the morning. Staff helpful and friendly.

  • 4/5 GIL B. 2 years ago on Google
Good check in and good meal deal shame staff not wearing masks and a few things are showing wear and tear. Lots of chairs are either rock hard to sit on or super soft that you geel like you are sitting on the floor. Room seems very basic compared to last time and again dated and worn. Just feedback Overall a good nights sleep and beds very comfortable

👍👍 Really lovely place within the Hilton Gatden Inn. Came here for a work trip for 5 nights. Food is expensive but nothing else around as I didn't drive here. I had chicken salad and sweet potato chips. Ordered and brought out within 5 minutes. Staff are friendly and happy. Would eat here again.

🫤 Sadly our order got "lost" and no burgers left by time we had asked where our drinks were after 40 min wait". No naan left for my second choice, so had some chips with it.... all 8 of them!! Mixed grill quite small too. Felt sorry for staff, but not a brilliant exoerience sadly.
