Best activity place near North West London. Trampoline park is filled with activities for all age group. You have book online , family ticket of 4 will cost you £45.00 or individual ticket is around £13.00 for 60 minutes / £17 for 90 minutes / £19 for 120 minutes. You have to purchase special grip socks from the counter which cost you around £5.00 per pair. Before 10 minutes to activity you will be given briefing of do and don'ts via video and then you can jump in. The activity area is in two floors. On the ground floor one section for infants less than 10 years, and more than 5 activity on ground floor and 2 activity on Frist floor. The cafeteria and toilets are in the Frist floor. The view area for parents are also in Frist floor. Overall good experience and only negative I see is, there is no enough staffs to clean and santise the place.

This place has a good range of activities for children of various ages to enjoy. They’ve made quite a few additions including the new climbing wall variations and apparatus as well as a better range in the Café. If you first time visiting, be aware parking is supremely limited so allow time to find parking or note that most of the industrial roads surrounding are free to park on.

The stars are from the kids point of view. Great for kifs, chaotic for the adults :) kids have great fun. The place is also ideal for b-day parties. However the e trance is a bitt chaotic and the staff is not very proactive in terms of helping. Especially during COVID such pşaces established a robust processes to keep things tidy and in line but not so much here. The parking is limited so you may end up parking on the road side, not a major issue. The toilets were OK, could be a bit cleaner. If you are here, obviously you are here for the kids. You can have some bites and snacks from tha cafe as well.

Don’t spend your money renting a party room! They brought the food late for our 45 min given time to eat it , after 30 min I had to ask for the birthday cake and we had 10min to eat it they threw us out, 4 of them opened the party room door and said with an attitude we had to leave, I apologised for the parents because it was so embarrassing, all of this because another party had to go in. They barely gave us enough plates for everyone and completely ignored us, the room was hot and the food is pricey, it’s just like the attitudes of the 16 year olds that work there-‘just ok’. We kept hearing their complaints of how they hate their jobs and had a lack of attention to anything and anyone. Not worth the money I paid, which was the most expensive party pack!! The jumping area is alright and that is all, even the people in the jumping area hate their jobs like they said in front of my children and their friends!!

We booked the toddler session for our two children and they had a lot of fun, but 60 minutes for £26 I feel is too much, especially because by the time you get them and yourself ready it’s more like 50 minutes. It takes my son a little time to warm up in new environments so even less time. It felt like just as the kids were really getting into it, it was time to go. I think a 90 minutes session would be the right amount of time in my opinion and then it would feel like money well spent.

Good place to bring kids but definitely older than 2 and even better if they are older than 6 or above. Was very busy and not in the same time. The place looked like a very crowded space but the kids had enough room to play anyway. Definitely a very young kid can be lost for a while but the space is quite open and you can find it in same time. Didn't happen to us but I was under this impression. I think the best way if you have more than 1 kid is if the kids are going togheter or your kid can have a play time friend with him. If you are going single parents with two kids big age gap it will be quite difficult. Like I went with our almost 3yrs old boy and our 5 and a half girl and she needed my attention almost all the time. In the meantime the youngest wanted only on the soft play. Lucky for us we were with other friends too and the girls was playing togheter. I hope this experience will help someone one day. Have fun!

The price to jump and use the facilities are very reasonable , toddler play area is ok in size, not the biggest but my toddler enjoyed, my only issue was it was too packed, yes we did go on a Saturday but they should find have a quota or something then 10min or so inbetween to fumigate/ clean/ sanitize or something , it became so stuffy. Aside from that kids loved it

This place has been renovated but my sons prefers the old facilities. For this I am rating 3 starts but I loved the changes, however, my sons refused to have the 30 days pass, I think they found the place lacking space. The service was absolutely amazing, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We attended the Friday night session 6-8pm and it was exceptional. The venue wasn’t busy and overcrowded, very clean and bright. When we arrived we were greeted by a young lady called Chantelle, who was happy and smiley and very welcoming. As the evening when on, there was 2 young ladies supervising the jumper area, they were Fantastic. The music was brilliant and the kids were joining in and dancing. Again the 2 young ladies were playing games and including all the children and young adult, I am Super impressed and will be back. I have included a picture of the staff as I didn’t catch there names. They may be laying on the mats but they earned it! They really are a credit to oxygen, well done ladies

It's expensive. I would have give them 5 but they charge me £36.90 (60 min) for JUST going in with my toddler (who turned 3 yesterday). I was just going to look after him there. Anyway the place was nice but if they going to charge my entry every time I am NOT going there anymore to pay JUST FOR to look after my kid.

Came on a Sunday - at presumably peak time but this place is way too crowded with too many kids per trampoline and play space. At least two kids per trampoline and the play areas absolutely rammed. Noisy, no proper ventilation and constant announcements blaring (which is so distorted you can’t actually understand what they say). Kids seem to be excited though but as an experience it’s pretty chaotic and potential hazardous

First time we went this year, and the places has be renovated. It’s so much better, from entrance to the whole park. We really loved the new setting and the climbing walls! All the staff were amazing, so very friendly with the children, polite and very helpful. The only thing I would say that could be improved in the park was the music, it was too loud and although I did ask the 2 staff and the they did radio for it to be put down but unfortunately that did not happen. It’s nice to have music there but not so loud that your children can’t hear you when your standing next to them. Otherwise they it was a great session. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

A bad experience and a very crowded small space with a likely cause for injury, as many kids would run into each other. There were staff, however only near the slide on the second floor and they weren't paying much attention. The staff also mentioned about hating their jobs and wanting to go home in front of kids as well. It felt unclean and unsanitary which did not help when a child threw up at the top of the slide and the staff were complaining about it. The trampolines were small and many people were jumping at the same time. What was also a disappointment was that the air was very stuffy and it was hot with many kids running around. The food area was gross, as there was gum, fries and ketchup around and it was frustrating to walk in socks if you came in from the play area. Would not recommend..

I was disappointed by how they have changed this place. I am not sure if this place still counts as trampoline park as there is more soft play areas than trampolines and there is none of big trampolines left. I would not recommend this place for family session as there is not many thing to do together and if your elder kid is in 6 to 8 age group they will pay full price and they are still not able to enjoy areas for older kids as they are closed in this session. Nevertheless, for group of kids of the same age it can be a lot of fun if they are not just after trampolines. Probably, better to check before you book what is open when.

Had a good time here with 2 young children. Loads to do and play on in the allocated time. Parking the car was a bit tricky so try to get in early. The place was clean and tidy. There are lockers to keep your shoes and valuables in. The cafe upstairs isn’t too bad either.

I've given it two stars instead of one because we've had better experiences in the past here, particularly the toddler sessions. Today we came on the weekend with a 3 yo ams 6yo. We booked 1 hour jump for the 3 yo and 1 hr jump followed by 30 min climb for the 6yo. We got there before our allocated slot at 2pm but there was no where to park nearby. There are 2 blue badge spaces however one is consistently blocked by other cars wrongly parked, something I told the staff about on my last visit and it was again an issue today. Therefore despite having a blue badge we had to park in the overflows furthest space. By the time parking was done it was 5 past 2. We did the waivers in advance to save time, we waited for our wrist bands but the doors to the bouncing area were closed. I asked a member of staff how we get in and she said you wait 20 minutes. I told her we booked 2pm and she said you can go in at 2.30, which was fine with us. However 25 mins into our play session the announcement told us our session was over according to our colours, thereby we were either given the wrong colour wrist bands or should have been let in at 5 past 2 when we were trying to get in. My kids were excited to do the big jump but on the 3 occassipns they tried to do so the secrion was closed of for various parties. My toddler needed to pee and my husband took him into the male toilet. There was only one stall with a long wait. They waited over 10 mins and the toilet was covered in pee and not clean at all. My 6 yo then went to climb, we were told only climbers no adult to go with him so we waited outside. Afterwards several other children joined and all of them were allowed their adult inside the climbing space with them, supporting them and getting the stagfs attention when required. There was a change of staff and a male came to take over the role of one of the climbing staff. He spent the majority of the time playing with a ball, not looking at the children while one female member of staff was busy attending to all the climbers, stopping people walking in without booking and answering questions. This meant my son did a lot of waiting around between climbs before being told to get off 5 mins before the end of his climb, this wasted at the very least a third of the climb time we booked. Another issue we experienced was that while bouncing a child upstairs was throwing crisps down which landed on my son several times while climbing. Aside from the gact the rule of no food wasnt insisted on, it's not directly the fault of Oxygen however I did finally find a member of staff to alert as it was not stopping. Despite this ten minutes later this wa still happening. I like the place, my sons enjoy it but honestly today was not the best experience. It was super busy, hardly any staff and the staff there were busy talking amongst themselves and not really available. To note also a lot of the lockers were not working my husband wasted 10 mins trying to secure his belongings at the start. I was very disappointed with todays visit.

This is for its toddler soft play facilities. I can’t comment on the trampoline park. This is easily the worst soft play area we’ve visited. The car park is tiny and always over full. Once you’ve found a way to park, the staff are all minimum wage teenagers / early twenties kids who don’t want to be there. There’s minimal help, and next to no staff available near the soft play area. Speaking of which, inside the soft play is on the right. It’s for three age groups - 0-2, 2-4 and 5-12. Not that it matters - there’s teenagers sat in all of it, throwing balls at toddlers or pushing them out of the way. Anyone aged below runs screaming and pushing around. If you aren’t with your child, they get hit. The soft play for toddlers isn’t even that big - and mystifyingly there’s a giant green LED screen designed to burn their eyes out right in the middle. There’s sugary drinks everywhere - I know as several were spilled all over the toddler space. If you’re looking for a deafening cave to watch bored parents on their phones ignoring their kids, or to see gangs of teenagers smacking toddlers out the way then go ahead. We left after 30 minutes - it wasn’t safe, was too noisy, and too dirty. Avoid. Edit: The venue has provided thoughtful feedback. I doubt we'll be back but it's good to see local businesses reply positively and make adjustments. I hope the experience is better for others.

I had my son's party at Oxygen Acton today, and all I can say is it was simply the best party he's ever had! It was amazing! The staff are probably the most polite, helpful and empathetic staff I have come across in a long long time. Everyone was so helpful and the kids had a wonderful, wonderful time. Yes, there were a few tricky moments, handling a party of almost 30 kids can be quite the challenge, but everyone I spoke to was understanding and very kind. I have taken the time to write this because there has been some negative reviews about Oxygen Acton and I truly empathise with those affected. From the minute I arrived, the staff in charge of parking were excellent, the staff at the party check-in were friendly and patient, our host was amazing and the food was excellent. The kids had such an amazing time and all I can say is thank you! A big shout out to Nathan, Saro, the amazing kitchen staff on the last floor, the amazing staff at the canteen, the staff at the party check-in, every single one of you contributed to the success of this party. You all made my child's 11th birthday so much more amazing and memorable. I've edited this to add a few tips which made my party successful. 1. Call ahead or get in touch to see the layout of the party rooms. This gave me more or less an idea of what was required. The rooms are basic and bare, but come to life with the right accessories. They do not supply table covers or balloons, so get these ready if you want them. 2. Get there early or have a friend or family get there and find parking on site. You can stuff the cakes and balloons etc in the car until it is time for your party, and get friends or family members to help set the place up- the room is available around 5 mins to 10 mins before the party start time. I had 2 people helping with set up balloons etc whilst I got water, cups ready for thirsty kids, and worked with staff to get food to the rooms. 3. Bring extra paper plates or cups - u may not need these! They provide plates but not disposable ones on site, but I got coloured ones on amazon, which added a nice vibe to my tables when I got them set. I returned the ones I didn't need back to Amazon 4. If you have close friends of family members, get at least one of them into the trampoline with the kids. I got two passes and was able to get a family member to assist the party host with pulling reluctant kids off the trampolines and into the party. 5. Finally, keep calm and enjoy!, Kids will always have fun at trampoline parties! Happy Days!! Thank you xx

I was a bit confused because we went with small kids to visiting this place (2-5 years old) to have soft play but this was much more than like that. If you want to talk with your friend until your kids have fun this not the best place because the small kids needs supervision.

We had booked a birthday party for our son. The jumping itself was fun and the kids enjoyed themselves. The food for the party was disappointing to say the least. The portions were tiny - thin pizzas with a small slice for each child. We had to order 2 more exorbitantly priced pizzas from the cafe for them to be sufficient. The chips were literally 5 chips per child. Given the party prices charged, this was quite disappointing fare. Note that they never pick up the phone. Best to email for everything.

Place is not bad for kids tonhave fun, cafe is is very dirty, the cups look unwashed and I saw a member of staff cleaning a cup with her fingers when she served coffee. Tables are also dirty. Some of the staff were very rude, like not helpful at all, they are not bothered at all to help.

Booked a party for our daughter’s 5th birthday and had around 14 children in attendance. I ordered additional 8 pizzas and few portions of fries for parents 1 hour before we actually got our party room to make sure it was ready on time. We came to our party room and noticed that food was taken to another room by accident by the team, cutlery and plate were not correctly given as we did buy more tickets for kids prior to the event and this was not registered. As the party went on the pizzas which I ordered separately earlier on arrived late and only 5 out of 8 arrived. Team tried to figure out what happened and ended up kindly offering a refund, it wasn’t about the money it was more about having the guests eat some food. Our designated party organiser was nowhere to be seen; we constantly had to run up and down to find somebody to assist us. In the end when we highlighted that we need more desserts as they also came less that we actually ordered we got questioned if we are sure. 45 min to eat food/cake and desserts is just not enough to get things done without a rush. On top of this you’re only allowed to go to your party room at the exact time of the booking. To summarise, we frequently attend oxygen for jumping purposes only and once we decided to do a birthday event here and saw how unorganised this side of business was. If felt like overbooking took place. Best to visit Oxygen on weekday and not weekends as can be super busy.

We used to go there pre-covid with coworkers (we all worked in a sports centre nearby), and sure, there were quite a lot of families, but now a days! Geez, they definitely let in too many people per session. You just stand around waiting, no one respects any rules like no more than one person per trampoline, because it's just impossible with such a volume of participants. Shame, another fun place giving into profit-making at all costs, even if it means borderline presence of health and safety.

Great place for a family outing with kids. Lots of trampolines and obstacle course type activities. A solid hour of physical activity. The food is average, but hits the spot in a pinch. I appreciated that the cafe was more environmentally friendly than most: mugs and cups for coffee and water instead of disposable, paper straws, metal cutlery, etc. I know it's more work for them, but better for the planet. ❤️

Had my daughter's birthday party here. The food order was wrong and a replacement came so late the kids had no time to eat. They put the wrong name up on the screen and played my daughter's birthday video to another party room so she never got to see it. Very expensive and really poor service. I emailed the next day to complain and I haven't heard back from the manager despite two follow-up calls. A month on and still waiting for a response. Also despite the apology you see below my review, which I followed up, the venue still haven't responded

Lovely place for kid’s to play at (even adults tbh) they’ve redone the place nice and fresh. Slightly pricey! For those wanting birthday parties here be aware it seems slightly rushed as only 2hrs. IMO should be 3 hrs. Overall very enjoyable and friendly staff.

Worst Experience at Oxgen Acton, the party room which was given did not even have proper lighting, the bulbs were not working & when reported the manager told, it cannot be fixed and was not ready to give another room, instead she asked us to use flash while taking photos, cannot even imagine doing a kids party in a dark room. We did not agree & argued heavily, finally they gave us a room where the lighting was there, it ended up spoling the whole party mood. Co-ordination was also very bad, around 5 people kept on roaming around, but did not guide the visitors. When the party started we had to literally keep them asking for each and every item, cutlery, juice. They did not get any of them on time by themselves. I would not recommend this place.

What a great time me and the children had.. this place has had a lovely refurbishment & so much better than it used to be. A really nice space to have fun with kids. The diversity of the trampolines isn't huge but sufficient for an hour of fun. Parking can however be tricky.

Great place, went there with a group of 10. Had a fast check in and briefing with friendly and helpful staff. Had less than an hour left when arrived but still was enough to try everything and have tons of fun, this place really makes you remember your childhood days.

Great kids birthday party venue. This place has been recently refurbished. The equipment looks bright and in good condition . There was a good choice of activities from climbing to jumping. I noticed various age groups, not just under 10s. There was a cafe for the adults, lots of coffee and small eats whilst the kids are occupied.

Excellent trampoline park. We usually attend the under 5 sessions in the morning and the kids absolutely love it! We also organised a birthday party and the staff was just brilliant! Fantastic host, a great hour of jumping. We were then given a very big private room for the kids lunch. The food was good and we could bring our balloons and birthday cake. The refurbishment brings it to next level and again absolutely amazing Oxygen team, super friendly and engaged. Thank you!
