Stopped in on a Thursday night without a reservation, and although there was no seating available, they accommodated us for standing room and it was definitely worth it. The cocktails are precious but also potent, the flavors are fantastic with a lot of care, yet we didn't ever wait more than a few minutes to get drinks and never had to try hard to get someone's attention. It was a bit crowded by the time we left for standing room, but absolutely will be going back when we book a table. Highly recommended and lives up to its hype.

Nice bar with a great cocktail menu. We got there just after opening time and didn’t have trouble getting a table. They also had good hummus with breadsticks.

Such an amazing experience! We came here right at opening with a party of 2 on a weekday. We were luckily able to get a table despite all the reservations. It has big speakeasy vibes with the non-descript entrance, the basement location, and the dark lighting. There are also spools of thread hung around the ceiling which is a cute touch. The menu here is super interesting and creative. (Unfortunately forgot to snap a pic of the menu!). The drinks are also very affordable, ranging from 9-11 pounds. The drinks were all delicious and we would've stayed for more than 2 drinks if we didn't already have later plans. Would definitely recommend this place for those who love cocktails!

The best bar we've been to in London. The store doesn't look like much from the outside but it definitely has its charm on the inside. We didn't have a reservation but the staff tried getting us a table regardless and were incredibly nice over all! The amazing drinks just rounded up the amazing experience and the prices are more than fair! We'll 100% come back to this bar when we're in London next time!

We visited in August 2023. We heard about this bar from friends who recommended it for its speakeasy style decor in a very unassuming setting and location. We were walk-ins and did not have a booking. We managed to grab a table in right across the bar. The low lit style made it very secluded and intimate. The prices were reasonable and service was great. This is a great date spot, space for catch up with friends and worth a trip in the very heart of East London.

Stopped in here one night in December, just before the expected lockdown was to hit. This basement bar was situated just off of a quiet street. The three of us sat at the bar and quickly picked a drink off the menu -- we were all impressed with the cocktails and was happy with the variety. My drink was boozy like an Old Fashioned while my friends was bubbly and served in a collins glass. The staff truly made this place: they were hilarious and spent the entire shift chatting with us and recommending drinks that were off menu. As it was Christmas, they even had the ingredients to make us a snowball -- quite delicious as the substituted the traditional egg yolk for Tapioca pudding mix. This bar is a great spot to sit and have a chill drink with friends, take a date for a start or end to a night out, or a place to sit at the bar and pound great drinks. Their spirit selection is fantastic and the banter will keep you around. Definitely love the basement speakeasy vibe.

Great ambience, good cocktails. Love this little speak easy, packed to the brim this weekend. Book a table if you’re more than 2 and ignore the irony of having to book a place at a speakeasy. Cocktails were okay - we had the nude and notorious and the soma. They were not super well balanced and packed a bit too much punch of their main liquors but had a great night nonetheless. Live dj and charming wood beams were great. Menus hidden in the ceiling extra nice touch. No suits or discounts to be found though

Incredible bar experience. Sat at the bar on a quiet night (which I imagine are very rare here) and let the barman share his knowledge with us, producing several rounds of excellent cocktails. All had great depth of flavour while being simple enough to recognise where they were coming from. All simple looking but perfectly garnished. Will be back soon.

Sweet little bar with a bunch of cool bar people. Enjoyed the drinks and the 60s mod music and the low basement ceilings are certainly a vibe. Make reservations to get a table. It gets quite busy and packed the later the night.

One of the best bars in London. It has a wide variety of cocktail selections and all are perfectly made. I went the whisky route and had 3 different cocktails - all were similar to Old Fashioned but different in some regard. Limited food options. We had the hummus and breadsticks. Great spot for a date night.

Lived up to its reputation. Difficult to find speakeasy bar, good vibes, excellent cocktails and service. Best cocktail for us was “drugstore cowboy” and Satin Sheets

Came here with a work colleague. Nice hidden away speak easy with a unique vibe, super friendly and passionate server, and traditional cocktails with w nice twist. The music was very loud, so certainly not easy to speak easy but did add to the liveliness of the place. Would happily come back again

Cramped but quirky bar that you must visit. The menu of 8 cocktails will have you wanting to try them all. Great service and accommodated us well despite walking in on a Friday night. Will be back!

I was unexpectedly lucky enough to be taken to this secret location, with a speakeasy feel and welcoming atmosphere. Cocktails mixed expertly, so balanced and delicious, knowledgeable bar tending who care that you find something you love. Highly recommended, no sign of Bugsey and Tallulah but I wouldn't have been surprised one bit.

Really lovely atmosphere. The cocktails are really good, not too sweet. The staff is great and there's a real buzz. Definitely will be back and will book.

Cute little underground cocktail bar with unique cocktails, nice atmosphere and attentive bar tenders. Cocktails are fantastic and reasonably priced. We didn’t have any booking but it wasn’t an issue even on a Friday early evening. I’ll bring some friends here for sure.

Nice place with awesome entrance. We liked the atmosphere with slightly dimmed lights. The cocktails were great, especially the whisky sour. I recommend reserving a table.

Tucked away in the iconic Spitalfields location of London, is this little gem. Not obvious from the street, but for those in the know, a quaint little bar. Originally the home of a tailor shop the bar is decked out in the original shop hardware and is home to this sophisticated, lively drinking hole. If you fancy a cocktail, pop in, I highly recommend it.

A small but lively basement cocktail bar. We came here on a weekday for the cocktail week and while the enterence was tricky to spot, we found it eventually. During our time here it was really busy, even in the middle of the week which was a small inconvenience as we only had room to stand. However, the place has a really active and lively vibe that we enjoyed. The drinks were good and affordable and the waiter despite being overloaded with customers did a good job making sure we were looked after. I think if you are looking for an energetic and active place to get good drinks and meet new people then this is a great place for that.

What a special find - a hidden gem! Completely different vibe from the area, this cocktail bar has a great selection of cocktails and lovely staff. A little dim, but super cozy on a cold rainy day!

You don’t think much of it at first glance but this is a cozy place that has good drinks at reasonable prices. Between us, we tried the cool jerk and watermelon sugar which we liked very much. We also tried Solero and Wicked Picket. The class one seemed a bit bitter with a Campari like after taste. Overall, the service was good, nice ambiance - exactly what we were looking for.

Such a great cute little cocktail bar. I love this place. As soon you walk in you feel welcome and greeted with a smile. Fantastic cocktails with great recipes. The first time I came I was greeted at the bar by a great guy called Chris. At this point…let’s just say from now on I am a fully fledged regular!

I was in London at the tail end of the covid restrictions last year and was unable to get in here so when i returned this year to attended the Taylor Hawkins Concert i was more than excited to take care of my FOMO and check out the vibes at Discount Suit Company. The first night we checked it out was the Friday and we were luckily able to reserve a couch in the corner. The whole experience from start to finish was incredible. The intial walk down that desolated London street to a small vibrant basement bar is just the start of the fun. All the staff were incredible and the cocktails were perfection regardless if they were ordered from the menu or you stated a preference on liquor and taste. There was a DJ spinning 45s and our crew was in what a song Heaven with some serious deep cuts from the funk/disco era. Around us people were loving the vibe and it almost felt like we had been transported in time to house party from years gone by. I came solo on the Sunday also and though a lot more mellow it was the perfect vibe for me as i was able to sit at the bar, chat with Chris who was tops all weekend and order some more cocktails. It also gave me a chance to properly soak in this beautiful little bar and do another shot of Shankys Whip which i need to get a bottle of. All in all this is a absolute belter of a spot to go to on any given night. Unlike me don’t wait a year to get rid of the FOMO, get there now.

Absolutely fantastic! This venue is unassuming from the outside, but the interior is wonderfully cosy and always lively. Front of house is super friendly and always willing to make space, and the beautifully-designed cocktail menu will broaden your horizons (in a good way!) Bar snacks also available. One of my favourite places to end a night!

Down a discrete set of stairs a little way from Liverpool Street station is this lovely little cocktail bar. Nice set of cocktails, and the barman will offer recommendations. If you're hungry I recommend the hummus - great bar snack.

One of the best hidden cocktail place in London, lovely staff and really affordable drinks ! If you don't find what you want in the menu the staff will always try to find an alternative for you ! One of my favourite place in London !

Awesome little speakeasy venue tucked away from the busyness of London. They have a fantastic cocktail menu that lets you explore many different flavors you might enjoy (and we enjoyed it so much, we visited two nights in a row). We were lucky to find a spot for two on a Wednesday and Thursday night; the space is delightfully small. The staff are wonderful and offer great recommendations!

Great little bar with some really good cocktails. The bartenders and servers are friendly and knowledgeable. And they usually have some good music playing. We went early — shortly after it opened at 5pm — so didn’t have a problem getting a table, but it can be a challenge later in the evening without a booking. I’ll definitely go back.

Recommended by friends for a post dinner cocktail or three. A really atmospheric and chilled spot once you locate it. Cocktails were fabulous and inventive and the staff where friendly and informative without being overbearing. A great start to our Christmas break will certainly be returning.
