This is a really nice Guest House, spotlessly clean with lovely guest rooms. Vladimir was most welcoming and attentive. There is a beautiful garden overlooking the breakfast room. There were cereals, fresh fruit and orange juice for breakfast which I was very pleased with. This was different from your usual places to stay and has a very nice atmosphere about it. I highly recommend it.

Vladimir is a fantastic host! The rooms are comfortable. There is parking available. Additionally, the Swan Guest House is 10 minutes away from Heathrow with a convenient petrol station on the way there.

Swan Guest House promises and delivers excellent standards I made an enquiry by email on a Sunday evening. Instantly Vladimir contacted me and answered all my questions. I booked immediately as felt confident with Vladimir and his establishment. I also enquired about parking during our 19 days away, it was refreshing to hear The Sawn could provide secure and very competitive parking on site. On the day we were due to arrive Robert contacted to confirm everything was ready and make sure we knew directions. When we arrived Robert was excellent giving us guidance on the places to eat and even ordered our taxi for 4 am the next day. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Robert even got up early to make sure our taxi arrived. On our return Vladimir greeted us and was very hospitable and helped put the suitcases in the car. It was an excellent service and a pleasure to meet Robert and Vladimir. I would have no hesitation to recommend and stay again at the Swan Guest House . Thank you. ‘I’m a regular guest at the Swan and whenever I stay there I feel like I’m at a home away from home. The house is always immaculately clean and tidy and the rooms are well equipped, quiet and very cosy. I’ve stayed in many B&Bs in Heathrow and I’m yet to find one which offers the same quality of service for the rates charged. The location is brilliant for anyone who’s travelling to Heathrow or even central London and the off street parking is very handy. Would highly recommend.’

So called to ask if they had 2 rooms available was told by one of the staff on the phone that they had 2 rooms available, then asked how many guest I said 2 adults 1 infant in 1 room and 2 adults and 2 children in the other he then told me that each room only accommodates 2 people so I had to ask why his rooms don't accommodate children which he said they do then told me one of the rooms was reserved after telling me he had 2 rooms available. Disappointing considering this guest house has a descent rating. Staff need to be trained a little better on yhe phone

Yes the room and the guest house met our expectations. Easy to find and private parking. Our host, Vladimir was very accommodating and helpful. Super sweet host. Highly recommend staying here.

Called up very last minute after deciding NOT to stay at the hotel we had booked before going to London! Vladimir was very accommodating and waited up for us to arrive so we could stay. We paid our money and slept and sadly never got chance to say goodbye or thank you, so Vladimir… thank you so much for your hospitality. Everything about the room was perfect. Best night sleep ever and extremely reasonable!

Vladimir was extremely kind and accomodating. His guest house is really warm and welcoming. It’s located 5 mins from the tube station and it’s 20 mins away by train into Central station. Extremely well located, perfect for a London city break.

The Swan Guest House is a great place to stay. Very clean and nice house in the center of West Drayton. It is only a few walking minutes away from the train station which can take you quickly towards London City center. I use the Swan Guest House on regular bases due to my work in the area. Every time I feel very warm welcomed and enjoy my stay there.

The host was very warm, helpful and welcoming. It was a comfortable and convenient place to stay! We had a lovely last evening in England at Swan Guest House. We booked 2 rooms. I used the kitchen a bit. The location is great, right in town - an easy walk to restaurants and train station.

Vladimir is the perfect host, very caring and helpful would recommend a stay if you want to be near Heathrow for easy access.

Our booking for 2 rooms was cancelled on the morning we were travelling to Heathrow for an early flight. No explanation, no apology, just a very rude owner (Valdimir) who hung up on us. Please avoid this guest house, we wish we had because now we have been left with nowhere to stay due to the very short notice.

Please don't trust any booking you make here, or the owner. We booked for the night before an early flight from Heathrow, and the guest house owner cancelled our booking on the day we should have been staying, which left us with no time to make other arrangements. He was rude and unapologetic, which made things worse.

Due to flight being delayed, my mom and a family of 4 missed the connecting flight. I rang the hotel and Vladimir, the guesthouse owner, held 2 rooms and made sure, they were alright. He also organized the taxi the next day. The rooms were very clean, the guesthouse just a short drive from LHR airport. It was a huge relief for the travellers and me, to know, there was someone who actually cared (Airline didn't help at all!!) We will definitly be going back!

Stayed for one night for work in Central London. Good value and conveniently placed on Elizabeth line. Rooms were comfortable and clean. I was contacted before hand by Robert who arranged parking for me, and he met me at check in great service.

Had to book last minute at 11pm after being bumped off my flight from Heathrow. Vladimir was very kind and helpful, and let me store my belongings while I went out in the morning. Room was large, clean and the bed very comfy.
