I go there mainly for ping pong as you don’t need to prebook, and most of the time l find spaces available on walk in. It gets busy by the evening around 6 till later. They have good facilities, with so many things going on in the same time around here. Gaming machine, slots machines, pool table and of course bowling. Free customers parking comes handy. Do join to see it for yourself.

Poor customer experience. Arcades faulty and when you're playing a 2 player game, if 1 is faulty they won't give you a replay for both players. Ridiculous. Bowling alley understaffed, booked 3 lanes for a birthday party on a Monday morning and don't have the staff to open the lanes and input the names of all the players (around 14 of them). Only 1 person to service the whole place. Few people complaining about the same thing. They give you an allocated time yet 30min in and still waiting. Absolute joke. Shame they have a monopoly on the area. Can't wait for a better place to open.

Had a great time at the bowling alley and whilst it was very busy the staff served customers as quickly as they could. There were a number of lanes available on a Sunday afternoon which was a surprise but I’m glad we booked as during the time there it became much busier. There is a great selection of drinks for big kids too and a decent selection of cocktails/jugs which are all very reasonably priced. For those extra big kids wanting to have the best of both, highly recommend a slushy with a shot or two of vodka… I mean why not 🤷🏼‍♀️ Great to have the light show on the lanes. Great choice for young visitors with the arcade games, they were being enjoyed and so many happy faces. Had a great time, thank you

Tenpin Acton is the good place for games specially for Bowling 🎳. And there is lots of games inside as well , like Table Tenis , Casino Roulette and more games Machine , Pool Tables, lots of Kids Games 🎮 , 3D / 4D / 5D gaming experience and game machines, Bonus Games and mamy more, there are lots of crowds so make sure we have to booking in advance for the bowling whenever we go there. There are to much facilities for the coin change. There are coin change machine for the games and ATM machine as well. And all the staff are good and supportive. Good service and good food inside the game zone. Thank You for all the good and attractive and affordable services. Thank You Very Much.

Great experience of bowling, although I was disappointed with the drink ordered. Mocktail didn't taste good as it should be felt only ice and hardly taste juice. Hope will find it better next time.

Good fun for bowling, nice colourful lights and good experience. Drinks were quick to arrive but they didn’t have a few things we wanted so had to reorder and didn’t adjust the price already paid. Otherwise check in was swift. Played on the arcades a little but it was quite busy so we left it. Would return for bowling.

Facilities are decent and well-spaced out, with ample seating throughout. The service at the bar was very m disappointing. Staff were very abrupt and short with customers when being asked questions and taking orders felt like it was a chore. The place wasn’t particularly busy especially given it was a Tuesday Night. The bowling experience was a positive one and the screens and computers were easy enough to use and setup. Plenty of parking on site.

Brilliant bowling alleys, reasonable prices, easy online booking, food, drinks.... Great with kids during half term or for birthday activities. 🎳

Great place to visit with friends or family or just to take the kids out but it’s very very busy especially on the weekends tbh ere is a large car park but even that gets very very busy. There is on the complex various food outlets from Nando’s to five guys and burger kings and some others. There’s pool tables bowling arcade machines table tennis so plenty todo in Side the actual tenpin bowling.

Booked in advanced for bowling after 7pm on a Sunday, which meant we could take advantage of 3 games for £12 offer per person. No wait despite being a weekend during half term. Bar service could be improved, very slow and understaffed despite being busy. Only one till open on a weekend evening is poor. One star knocked off for this.

Tenpin Acton in London is a lively bowling alley. It's a great spot for family fun or a night out with friends, offering enjoyable games and a vibrant atmosphere. One of the coooolest place for nightlife!

Absolutely horrible service. I visited this place today with my nephews. We have a table booked in advance. The system was down, so we have to wait like 20 min. Finally, we got our lane, the ball was stuck, and no one came in in 10 min. Bumpers were not working, call service waited another 20 min. After all this time, we got another lane. We ordered some food, have to wait ages and ask for a refund in the end. Staff is not helpful at all, just standing there and laughing. Sometimes, I thought they were high. Whoever worked today between 3pm and 5pm behind the counters ( apart from womens) shouldn't work there at all. It was a horrible experience. BE CAREFUL, AFTER A WEEK WE STILL DIDN'T GET OUR REFUND ON ACCOUNT.

I had a good time here, bowling was really fun, we played 3 games and all of them was good fun. The arcade was big and exciting. They had VR but it was £8 each, it was quite small and it was just a mario game so not worth it, maybe for kids. We went to play a game of pool which was good but we wanted to play table tennis but they charged a ridiculous price for that. It’s £8 per person and £2 deposit so not worth it for a game of table tennis that we can play for cheaper or free. Other than that it was fun

This is a really good spot with a good atmosphere. There is a Mario virtual reality game which is amazing! The lady who operate it was very kind and even offered me an extra go for free. Sometimes there was a long wait for drinks, but not too bad Lots of bowling lanes and pool tables. Drinks are very cheap, £13 for 3 drinks

I liked it. Most things are working. The service man is present and doing great job. We had lots of fun. I wish there were more prices to choose for the tickets. We didn't find anything interesting.

Had to wait a little while until our lanes became free but it gave us time to grab drinks. Lane service was super fast and the app was super easy to use. Ball colours didn't determine sizes so you will need to check each size before bowling

Place is always busy but it’s a good sign, has a great selection of arcade games. The bowling and pool are perfect and prices are good. Only downside is the claw machines are very weak and you need to spend £30/40 plus to win

I really enjoyed tenpin Acton. The lane was neat and cleaned. Lighting and music were really good so we enjoyed the games. I visited so many times, there is no complaints. Overall, best bowling place.

Thursday and Tuesday deals for bowling are great. You get 2 games of bowling and a drink for £10. There are other arcade games for kids and adults such as air hockey, pool, table tennis and lots more. You can book it directly from their website. The food is not that great but you cant complaint when prices are that cheap. There is usually a long queue to order more drinks or food, so make sure to order in Advance.

Very busy during weekends and you have to book bowling in advance otherwise you have to wait 2 hours to play.Snooker area was boilg hot! We were sweating jus seating.I would give 2.5* to this place.

The place was too crowded + most of the crowd were aggressive (guess because of too many large crowds) Pool area was cramped, they need to add some more space between tables.

A great place to take the kids. Booked ahead of time and as it was a Tuesday it was 50% of for bowling, so got a good deal. They have 28 lanes, but at times you may have to wait. I guess as we booked ahead we didn’t have to wait. Food and drinks available, so got some drinks, a bit pricey, £8.90 for three soft drinks. Other than that they have pool tables, tennis tables and an arcade to keep the kids and yourself busy for a good many hours.

Located on Level 2 above the food court, they have a bar and restaurant/dining area, also private areas for parties. Our party of 6 had booked a lane for bowling, we had fun, it was busy but there were enough bowling bowls to go around. It was also convenient that there was a till in-between our lanes so we could easily order drinks/food. The drinks/food came quickly and was delicious and the service was on point. We had a table booked for dinner after the games but decided against it as there wasn't much choices for the different tastes in our group. In all, I think it's a great place to have some fun.

Great for playing pool and bowling , easy to get change for tables . Also drinks can be served to your pool table via QR code . Parking free up to 5hrs .

I came to this location to meet some friends and it was great. The only thing I would say is a problem is the table in the middle make it difficult to get around when its packed and the tables by our lanes were not sturdy. Overall a lovely place and the drinks( Slushies) are great!

This local bowling alley, nestled in the heart of Acton, offered much more than just a game of bowling; it was a vibrant community hub where excitement and laughter were always in the air. As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted by the lively sound of pins crashing and music playing, setting the stage for an enjoyable outing. The lanes were well-maintained, with smooth, shiny surfaces that made every roll a thrill. The automatic scoring system was a great touch, keeping track of our game effortlessly while we focused on the fun.
