This cinema is fantastic. They have 4DX experience. The one where the seats move, you get scents sprayed in the air, sprinkled with water. It all adds to your experience of the movie. Plenty of free parking on the side. There is a starbucks upstairs to chill out before or after your movie. Lots of food options. Highly recommended. Salim Patel

Excellent cinema. I highly recommend. It has really improved since I last came here a few years ago. This place is clean. The floors were spotless. So shiny. All the ticket machines were in good order. I went and bought a ticket within a minute. There was an adequate number of staff to serve customers since the cinema wasn't so busy. The prices of the food and drinks are good. I ordered a large Pepsi Max with a Large Salt Popcorn, and that's exactly what I got. Both for under a tenner. Excellent! £9.95 if remember correctly. The portion was nice and large as it should be. The popcorn was nice and salty. No sweet popcorn mixed in which shows good storage of food. It was warm so it's been kept fresh. When I got to my screen there was no popcorn or litter from any previous viewing. The staff were friendly, there were two lovely ladies cleaning the place up ready for the next viewing so I had to wait outside for about 5 minutes before the film started. And then the ladies came out and said we can go in, the place was spotless. Impressive how they did such a good job so quickly. The seating is super comfortable, I sank into my seat. The image quality on the screen was good as well as the sound. Great viewing experience. Great service. Keep up the good work guys. I highly recommend. ^_^

Came here as a last-minute visit, and I'm glad I did. Don't follow Google Maps directions if you want the carpark. The carpark is at the side, go into the retail park, and turn right. Once inside, you will find loads of screens. The one I was in was massive with lots of leg room. The whole cinema feels fresh, modern, and well maintained. Staff were all super friendly and welcoming.

Sound was way too loud in the IMAX, and layout was quite confusing, but nothing else to complain about. I watched Oppenheimer there, but the sound was so loud that I had to constantly plug my ears with my fingers, but it was still so loud that my ears hurt, as well as my arms for keeping my fingers in my ears for 3 hours.

Amazing first 4Dx experience. But if you have a back problem I wouldn’t recommend it , because the chairs move a lot like a rollercoaster. Amazing cinema with IMAX and Cineworld. Free underground parking .

I visited this place for the first time today to watch EXPEND4BLES and I loved every bit about this place ❤️ welcoming staff, with about 4 tills to buy popcorn, drinks and anything that will make you enjoy your movie. I am definitely visiting again

The newly revamped cinema was really inviting. It has a sit down coffee shop, a snack bar where you can get "proper" food and drinks along side the usual cinema snack bar where you can buy your popcorn and cinema snacks and drinks. The staff are very friendly and the area was really clean. The luxury cinema with reclining seats and side table was fabulous. On this occasion I found the disabled carpark which has more than 4 bays! Well worth a visit.

I was in screen 6, right side of the screen was dark, with a visible line between the bright side and dark side. This was clearly visible during the entire film, especially distracting in bright scenes. I would avoid going there again.

Went on a whim to watch a 4DX film. Ordered online all good. I get there and there are two people working the kiosk. One person in front of me. This took 10 minutes of queuing. Really slow service followed by giving the customer the wrong change. (For bottled drinks and pop corn) He then sneezed into his hands and didn't sanitise. Post COVID this is a problem for me. Anyway he gets to me and I order a small wine and a mixed pop corn. Still no sanitizing. He checks which film I'm watching it's 4DX so no wine allowed. Fine. (People next to me obviously knew about the wine thing as they managed to take in a large bottle 🤦🏼‍♀️) By this point I'm just annoyed after going from early to late in an empty cinema. I like the trailers. Just up sell me a coke or something. Nope nothing from this guy. So I just leave everything. Get to the entrance. Check my ticket so I ask for my glasses. Have to open my phone again. When he just saw it. I'm Still annoyed so this annoys me more. Get to the film. Which is great. 4DX maybe a bit too much throwing about and don't go with nice hair because you get lots of wind puffs in your hair which is quite fun. I also enjoyed the smells they throw out - nice ones. Cinema was also a nice temperature. Overall online purchase is easy, film was good, building is nice. Staff need some serious training. I can see why it was empty. If you have the option to go to another one eg: Barnet everyman go there. Their customer service is always top notch. Update: February 2023 The movies for juniors is good for kids and a good price. Expect noise but also don't worry too much about yours also being noisy. Also the girl taking my tickets upstairs was kind, polite and happy. What went wrong. Lift is not working which is difficult with a pram/ kids/ scooters etc... No signs and no people to help. No access for those with mobility issues. Customer service still poor. Ordered 4 munch boxes - which are a good price and pop corn was fresh. But at £3.70 a pop the total was £17.10 ... Cashier tried to over charge then took ages for manager to fix it. I imagine that these are popular in the movies for juniors section. But still very slow and still the wrong price. As this is the second time I've seen this they really need to up their training. Manage busy times better. Pre fill some boxes or have a system that doesn't mean you walk from one end to the other. Once again one customer in front and a 15 minute transaction. This could be a nice cinema.

Not been to the cinema for years. This cinema was very modern and comfortable. Tickets were easy to obtain from the machine . To be honest the screen 5 was very empty and there was ample choice of very comfortable seating. An enjoyable experience and i will be visiting again soon.

I had a really good experience here. At first my code to watch a film was not working on the web and I called up Cineworld Enfield and spoke with a very helpful employee who helped ensure I was using the website correctly. It was also such a gorgeous place full of colour and life and being the first time I have visited a cinema since the pandemic I was very pleased and felt super welcome I will definitely be coming again+free car park!!!!!!

What you would basically expect from Cineworld. Good quality overall, good standard of cleanliness including both the theatre and toilets, a bit of a queue to get popcorn but moved fast. Carpark for those driving and bus stops around for those who don't. There are also restaurants around if you fancy eating something before or after the movie.

It is a very good one. My first 4Dx experience was there. But there were only two other people with us for the movie. That’s kind a weird. I am not used to watch a movie at the cinema when it’s not crowded.

4DX here is great fun. The cinema itself is clean, and staff members I've had encounters with have been friendly and helpful. My only reason for giving it a 4 star is the toilets they smell very bad and a few broken toilets

Booked for 18 people for my daughter's birthday party to see Migration. Received an email to say my booking had been cancelled due to a "scheduling change". Went online and the same movie is still showing as available to book at the same time. Called Cineworld customer services to confirm and they said the movie was still scheduled to show at the time originally booked. They have said that the refund will take up to 5 days to process which means I cannot rebook until potentially after the screening, so will need to cancel her party. No explanation of why they cancelled and just being told "there is nothing they can do."

First of all, the website was giving me problems and I couldn't book tickets online. When we arrived, we tried to use the machines to purchase our tickets, and they all came up with an Error message. I went to look and speak to a member of staff, and suggested that they put a sign up alerting customers that the machines are out of order. The member(s) of staff said, "Oh yeah, they never work, I just work here, it is not my job to.." basically use their initiative, and give customers a good experience...! Other than that, the 4Dx Migration movie experience was good, fun and clean. Make sure you purchase 3D glasses, (don't expect the staff to recommend it to you, because they wont) Lastly, this is 2024, why aren't cinemas doing beef hot-dogs yet?!

We was served by a young lady who was just rude and clearly didn't like her job. She never asked us what flavour popcorn we wanted for our kids boxes she just assumed and assumed wrong on one order and looked at us like we were wrong for telling her that she never asked us what flavour we wanted. Whilst in the cinema there was a load of parents talking throughout the film we tried to ask them to keep it down as the kids were now watching them instead of the film! Other than that food was nice as was cinema itself.

They successfully took our snack money and being early on a Sunday morning, we didn't have to queue long for once, but they forgot to turn the lights off when the film started and forgot to turn them on when it ended. Not sure what else they're supposed to do?! Toilets were clean.

Love coming here to watch the latest movies. A warning would be nice during the 4dx adverts at the beginning so we don't spill our popcorn and drinks. Other than that a great experience. Nice snacks and clean theatre. I hope next time we come we get MEAT hotdog, which were not available at the time. Will definitely come back as it's my favourite cinema. shout out to Jamie!

The facilities are ok but the customer service is so bad. If there was another cinema nearby I would cancel my Cineworld unlimited black card. The service staff have a real 'I could care less' attitude about everything and it makes you not want to come here.

This place is a disgrace. We are Unlimited Customers. We turned up, waited for ages to get our tickets checked by five members of staff who were just having a conversation and not paying us any attention. We eventually took our seats, waited for fifteen minutes and nothing was happening. The screen was -3 degrees, the air conditioning was still on and the film hadn’t started. I sent my husband to complain. When the staff turned up, they prioritised a couple who were not members and exchanged their tickets. My husband and I were left to wait for an additional 15 minutes and directed to call customer services. I asked to speak to the supervisor. The place should close down. It’s clear that the place has deteriorated beyond recognition. Avoid at all costs!

Fully reopened, except lift from car park that is broken more often than working. Service can be slow but it is more because of punters who never know what they want, first time they ever get out of their house or looking for their wallet at the last moment because obviously they didn't realise they were going to have to pay for it. Anyway, seats are good, the sound and picture are great and never full.

Nice little cinema with plenty of choice of films. Staff are pleasant enough and very polite. Food and snacks are a bit pricey but a lot of choice. Quite clean from what I could see also.

This cinema has the beat 4DX! I've been to a quite a few and I've enjoyed this the most. Snow, wind, rain and A LOT of movement on the chairs. Be prepared and warned! You can turn the water off if you like but that would defeat the purpose. The queues are what you would expect at a cinema but they're quite fast here. I've had no issues at all.

Over all a good experience. The majority of staff are friendly and the Starbucks team are excellent. Let down by the lift regularly being out of action and the ground floor disabled toilet has been out of action for atleast a month, which has a real impact when the lift can't be used to access facilities on 2nd or 3rd floor.

booked to see a film a week prior, got a confirmation email, turn up and they tell me the screen is not working so the film isn’t on, screen has been like this for a week and they still didn’t send me a single email to tell me beforehand. absolute rubbish. couldn’t even get a refund there have to call up customer services to get one. also saw another film, fire drill went off just as it started and had to wait outside for an hour with no communication from the staff, went back in finally and the film was on with no volume, a tiny screen and the lights were still on. what a shambles from cineworld i’m going to oden from now on.

We went to watch minions today at 5.30 pm screen 3. The room had no ait conditioning, every seat was occupied and temperature must have been over 40 degrees. It was unbearable.

A comfortable venue although the cinema could have been warmer. Easy to park there which makes a huge difference to my wish to go there.

Decided to have a treat and watch a film. My poor experience started with trying to purchase a ticket using the self serve machines, that failed. Then wanting to purchase ice cream, all but three of their large containers actually had any ice cream in them; this should have been cleaned and replaced before the cinema opened for business, it was quite embarrassing how neglected it all was. There was also no paper in the machine to hand out receipts. Then went to watch a film in screen 12, I can’t express how cold it was, it was FREEZING. We had to keep our coats and hat on, I also had to my gloves on that were thankfully in my pockets. I asked twice for this to be addressed and was told that it will take time to adjust but it just got even colder and colder. I felt so poorly afterwards. After my second complaint, the manager did offer for us to move to another screening, but we’ve already started watching the film. I didn’t want to waste anymore time hanging around. For once outside seemed like the tropics compared to that room. I have to say that my whole experience wasn’t positive. It’s really gone downhill and unfortunately I will be looking to go elsewhere, because who has money to waste by sitting in an igloo, you certainly can’t enjoy the film, well unless you want to sit in one. The objective was to do something fun and have a treat, that didn’t happen.

Nice cinema just the staff for buying food on cinema hall is to slow. We spent around 20 minutes to buy the food. We did have just 2 customers before us but the guy at the till was so slow. If you want to buy food from there I suggest you to make sure you're well early enough to have time before the move starts.

I have been a patron of cineworld for many years, however, it's nothing like it used to be. You can't knock the movie theatre itself but the atmosphere has changed dramatically. There are no longer seating capacity to wait until your movie starts. On this occasion, they were running late to start the movie as they were still cleaning. We had to stand and wait, and I observed elderly people standing around waiting too. This was discouraging for me. The system now is buy your tickets online, show up, get your food and straight in! No time for socialising as there's no room for it.

A decent Cinema, but not the best experience. Very messy and dirty. The staff was kind. The chairs were dirty and broken. But at the end of the day the tickets are a good price, and there are a good amount of food and drinks.

  • 4/5 R W. 1 year ago on Google
None of the automated ticketing machines were working and the particular screening / seating area were I saw the film was too cold with the air conditioning set below normal room temperature. Other than that, everything else was fine and to the usual standard.

  • 4/5 Robin X. 10 months ago on Google
Normal 2D screen (5) had spacious comfortable seats. Sound was a bit unbalanced. Picture quality good. Air conditioning was a bit strong so would be cold in just a T-shirt. Clean toilets. Free parking

  • 2/5 Benjamin B. 10 months ago on Google
Staff are useless. Host was stoned. Cleaning team were cleaning 10 mins into when the film started. Took staff 40 mins to serve 3 people popcorn. We were sent into a film that was still running and ruined the end. Go to the 02 if you want the 4D experience

Great place to come and watch movies. Toilets stink though. Be sure to always book tickets as a member/sing up. Don't use check out as guest option. Otherwise should you need to cancel or reschedule you can do that
