    Absolutely worse service in London. Impossible to get appointments, line doesn't work before 9am and after some hours in the afternoon ("calls can not be connected") and magically works during opening hours presented on Google. Opening hours on their website are different than Google hours. Constant problems with "the computer" cause booking appointments lasting forever. I was dismissed by multiple doctors in last two years with pretty much all problems I went with, apparently young woman should be healthy or won't have 'this kind of problems'. After last visit that they refused to see me in person and scheduled late phone call appointment I ended up at A&E and was admitted to the hospital. There is only one lady who shows interest and compassion and now she's never available - why not just put us all down, it's just cheaper... I have no time and patience and I can't understand why there is no actions taken against such a poor health service provider that so many people health and life depends on, especially elderly and vulnerable.

    Dr Erum sheikh is the rudest doctor in this surgery and never have been polite. Avoid her. For receptionists here I would give 5* as they always are very helpful and nice.

    This surgery was well run in past but in recent times, getting an appointment is impossible and the receptionist are extremely unhelpful, cold hearted, rude, loud, disrespectful and mouthy. They are not interested in helping any patients and not sure if they work on commission on turning patients away. No one wants to see a doctor for pleasure, its only in the unfortunate occasions we are unwell.

    I was sent for an out of hours appointment by 111. The receptionist refused to read the text that proved I had an appointment. Her computer said no apparently so I had to start the process from scratch. Even 111 were flabbergasted and contacted the surgery. I heard the receptionists speaking to other patients and I'm not surprised by the low rating for this surgery.

    really terrible GP. Don't sign up. The communication is awful - staff are rude, and people never call at the time they say they will. When they do, it's often not the person you've been told will call and usually not even someone from the same profession. I've been to appointments I've been told I need, then turned up and been told they're not needed. Staff are very unprofessional, for example, giving personal opinions about medication, rather than what's indicated in NICE guidance.

    Absolutely disgrace of a GP. and receptionist need a replacement they don't seem to no there Job especially shahmeem. She should be sacked but how ever doctor ali who sits in the practice on Wednesday is very helpful but all the others need a refreshing on how to do there Job

    Would not recommend this surgery at all. The receptionist have no clue on what they are doing. There are simple tasks they cannot do which then they ask to call back. Shameem should be sacked she’s a women full of attitude and very rude. Do not register With regarding to emergency appointments don’t bother calling you won’t get an appointment

    Do not get a blood test here. Or any kind of personal examination. Request elsewhere if you want to be treated like a human and not an object. Deeply uncomfortable experience. And for some reason the staff don't make eye contact with you. Feels dodgy from the moment you walk in.

    Please correct your procedures and system to check if someone is temporary or not, upfront. Despite explaining to you that I was a visitor living locally, & correctly filling in the online registration form, you kept me in the pending registration process, until my prescription became critical (after weeks). I made calls & emails to you to find out at the last minute that you aren't accepting temporaries so it was a complete waste of time counting on you as my GP service.

    Terrible service, incredibly hard to get in touch with and the receptionist seems like she hates her job and helping people. Explaining your situation and asking a question results in an exasperated response as if it's incredulous to her why you wouldn't already know the answer. Zero empathy. You're in the wrong job lady. Maybe she would be more suited to emptying dustbins. At least she'd be around her own kind.

    Before writing a review I've dropped into other reviews and I see I'm lucky. I'm new in this GP and can say I faced good service. Quick booking, helpful receptionists, fast service. And have to say thank you to GP for the test reminders. I really hope the service will stay so good.

    Very good receptionist any time I call in for an emergency appointment they always give me an appointment on the same day . Dr Lodi is good when my swab test came back he explained very welll what medication he was going to give me . Know my right ear has fully recovered.

    Avoid this Gp !! They can care less about the patients in here. They just give you antibiotics for anything you complained about what ever you need them or not !!!!!!!!! Easy for them just give you some antibiotics. So incompetent and rude.. The worst thing is they don’t care about any of the patients !! The doctor looked at my daughter mouth literally for 2 seconds and he said she have a infection and white bits are coming out !! What I couldn’t see it not where , them he prescribed some antibiotics. After that day I went 3 times to the Gp to tell them I don’t think my daughter need to have antibiotics .. They forced me to finish the course of antibiotics and then we find out the all what she had was COVID !!! But never ever advise me to do any covid test to my dauger they just give ANTIBIOTICS PLEASE AVOID THIS GP..

    I have lived in the area for several years and always had a positive experience at this surgery. The quality of care is excellent and quick referrals. Communication with reception can sometimes be patchy but this has definitely improved in the last year.

    Extremely rude staff member on desk today . Approached her with a Hi i had to repeat that twice and she ignored this and says name to me as in whats your name. Super rude And i was so suprised at her time

    After 12 years with Queens Road Medical Centre, I can confidently say I'll never go elsewhere. Not only have I recommended it to friends, but their exceptional care and follow-up with patients have made me a loyal advocate. With same-day appointments readily available, I've never had to wait until the next day for care. Highly recommended!

    Staff are so helpful, friendly and polite. Almost always able to get an appointment (as long as you call at 8am) and appointments mostly run on time. GPs alway very helpful especially Dr Lodhi and Dr Islam.

    If i could give a 0 i would This practice has left me a disabled women with out medication and care on many Occasions. I think i have spoken to gp through the nsh 111 Service more than my own gp. I have many health. Dont waste your time Registering here.

    I got through to the practice very quickly, and the receptionist was so helpful in getting my registration issue sorted out. If they continue to offer such good service, I’m sure it will be a very convenient surgery.

    A lady called saalima as a receptionist is very rude and unhelpful. She does not understand what urgently means. She’s clearly new and untrained. I urgently request the gp to train their staff properly before putting them on the front line. I called up for a telephone consultation for my dad because his sugar levels were very high. But she just decided to put me on hold whilst i was talking to her, didnt get back to me after that.

    I am sorry to write this but I felt discriminated against and treated badly for a simple information several times from the receptionist. I understand that my English is not the best but I started thinking where was the problem because they literally huffed during the last call (2 min🙁). the information regarding the proceeding for my clinical health sounded more like an order due to the rude way it was said. As for the doctors, nothing to say, humanity and understanding.

    I visited this GP today and was inclined to leave a review. People only really leave reviews when they’re unhappy with something which isn’t at all indicative of the quality of care this GP provides: they’ve always been quick, concise, and understanding when I’ve had an issue Same day / quick appointments are often available, call wait times aren’t too long, doctors are incredibly receptive and understanding about how the doctor/patient relationship should be. In particular Dr Islam & Dr Shillingford go above and beyond to help get to the bottom of things Regards, Amir
