Great campsite and Scout HQ. Been several times for events and camping. Lots of history on site to see and learn about. Good camping facilities and areas with great views on some. Woodlands with lots of wildlife.

Great destination for schools or company retreats. Offers a wide range of team building and confidence building activities, with helpful instructors from around the world. It has beautiful, well maintained grounds with respect towards the natural forest and the local wildlife, including a lot of historical details around the Scouts and their events. Highly recommended for all things outdoors.

Excellent scout site. Good range of activities and plenty of camping space. Toilets are quite a distance from some sites, but the blocks are well kitted out. Friendly and helpful staff and a great place for busy events!

Attended the fireworks display and the kids loved it. Laser and fireworks display, with an explanation of the parks history with the association with the scouts

Very muddy, but understandable it was during a national camp and had been raining. Be sure to tie your boots properly or they will get stuck in the mud.

Went to a smaller but excellent firework display here for Guy Fawkes 2018. Family-friendly and well organised; we'll be back for next year's display.

Serenity Lake lives up to its name, providing a tranquil spot for relaxation. The lake offers excellent fishing opportunities, and the birdwatching is fantastic. The only drawback is the lack of clear signage for the various trails, so make sure to grab a map at the entrance.

Good to be a Scout central but very disappointed and dissatisfied with the standard to the female toilet facilities. They were filthy and didn't look as though they had been cleaned properly in months. The toilets at the motorway services station were luxurious in comparison.

Mystic Grotto is a whimsical wonderland for young and old alike. The fairy houses and charming decorations throughout the forest ignite the imagination. It's a delightful spot for families to explore and create magical memories.

Great venue if youโ€™re involved in Scouting, Guiding or other youth organisation. Campsite facilities are good. Handy location for London (underground station a bit of a walk). Just a pity that some of the emphasis for the main buildings (White house etc.) is more towards money generating corporate events, weddings etc.

My band played for an international gathering here and loved it! Emily and the team were super hospitable, everyone involved were beaming with positivity and energy. Wonderful place, would recommend!

My son loved it here, so many activities to choose from loads of space to roam about. He loved the onsite tuck shop as well

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Small and charming sightseeing spot for the local wildlife. Wheelchair access for both the entrance and the look-out at the top. Drinks available too. Nice place for all ages.

๐Ÿ‘ Park isnโ€™t too busy which is nice. Would be nice if they had a map for different routes you can take and if they had more flowers. This park also needs bins! We have to carry our rubbish around after lunch until we walk passed the shops because thereโ€™s no bins anywhere.
