I've
been
using
this
park
for
20
or
so
years
but
couldn't
believe
the
attitude
of
the
company
managing
their
parking
and
then
the
company
responsible
for
managing
the
park.
The
former
(Smart
Parking
Ltd)
'charged'
me
£45
for
being
14
mins
over
the
three
hour
parking
limit.
The
latter
(Workman
Retail
and
Leisure)
failed
to
follow
through
a
perfectly
polite
request
to
review
my
custom
and
what
had
happened
on
this
occasion.
I'd
worry
if
either
company
represented
my
retail
park
which
then
has
a
knock
on
effect
on
the
brands
that
trust
them
to
manage
the
park
properly
such
as
Adidas,
Boots,
Asda
Living,
Lidl,
Wilko,
Halfords
and
TKMaxx,
all
of
which
I've
visited
and
service
the
local
Tottenham
Hale
community
and
further
afield.
Get
it
sorted
and
start
thinking
about
the
customer
please.
I
made
it
clear
that
I
hope
I
wouldn't
have
to
start
resorting
to
social
media
and
further
afield
as
a
last
resort
to
be
treated
fairly,
but
the
lack
of
adequate
follow
through
means
I
need
to
warn
others.
Hopefully
they'll
remember
and
get
in
touch
with
me
rather
than
doing
nothing.
I
very
rarely
give
poor
review
for
anything
unless
I've
spoken
with
the
company
first
Things
have
gone
too
far
and
many
consumers
just
want
basic
and
fair
customer
service.
