This place is big , modern , up to date , amazing with they do to their pizza and splendid with good offers. The staff are friendly , reliable , quick , good listeners , responsible , responsive and understanding. I had a pizza from which was tasty , delicious and scrumptious even it comes with a drink but I wished it was cheaper so I can save money while buying a pizza. Go there and buy your food because it is worth every penny. They have amazing sides , toppings , dips and pizza that you will enjoy every moment eating it with your friends and family while watching a movie , having a party or watching the match. Make sure you order pizza for to eat with everyone. If you do not have a pizza from there then you will regret it because you did not try the amazing pizza that will last a lifetime in your mind and mouth.

A WASTE OF TIME..LITERALLY. After a long 13 hour day as a frontline NHS worker, what could be a simpler option...Pizza. Obviously not! After ordering in advance for delivery via the app I arrived home with no delivery in sight 15 minutes after it was due, to the frustration of myself and the whole family. I called the branch and was informed the order had not gone through despite it saying payment pending on my credit card app. Accepting this as a possibility I then tried to re order on the phone only to be told they couldn't accept orders over the phone since the card as not registered to the delivery address., I would have to order online. So what if you are in a different location? (eg, work, home or friends), never had this problem with other pizza places and other takeaway places. By putting so many obstacles in the way to order something this simple Dominos deserve a minus 5 score, unfortunately zero is not even an option. Subsequently went to the Local Lidl, got 2 much better pizzas for £6.50 vs the OVERPRICED £23 I would have wasted on this company. I would actively encourage people to spend your money elsewhere. From a tired, hungry, angry Nhs worker and his family.

I started work when this first opened in 2010 gone down hill since then staff are rude and it's my fault that they messed my order up

Staff foot my order wrong and when I phoned up to tell them I was treated with mistrust like I was trying to get an extra free pizza, told to make sure the wrong pizza delivered was available to be examined by the pick up driver and that I’d have to wait 40 minutes if I wanted a replacement - and at no point an apology for their mistake. All for something that was the staffs fault for not paying attention to what they are doing. I didn’t want to wait 40 minutes for a replacement so had to demand a refund. Told that it would be in my account 3-5 working days but couldn’t give me confirmation of it being done. I’ve had to email customer services to make sure there is a record of what happened as I don’t trust that the refund will happen.

The manager was the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life. Will never use again. I never, ever complain or write reviews but the way she spoke to me as a paying customer was a complete disgrace. Dominos say they are going to give further training, I very much doubt this is true and she will continue to abuse customers.

Unfriendly staff and they don’t promote specials.

Customer service appalling, didn’t know how to work the tills, did not know any of the deals and pizza names plus they charged me extra!

Ordered from here many, many times. Can be hit and miss, had some of the best dominos and some nothing to write home about, but never "bad". Generally, it's reliable, decent, quite inconsistent with the quality of the pizzas, ranging from sometimes receiving different crust types or mouthfuls of sauce to some of the best, tastiest, distributed and laid out I've ever seen. I tend to customise mine a lot and it's always been correct and what I ask for so can't fault there. Overall, pretty great.

Usually good customer service quick delivery (about 30-45 mins, but can last up to an hour depending on the size of the order) and the pizzas always arrive in great condition and still hot, however sometimes the pizza can be a bit squashed. When my pizza arrived completely squashed and ruin once, the deliverer sincerely apologised and instantly called the manager and they promised us the next time I order I would get a dessert for free. Ignore all the negative reviews, I've ordered pizza from this place dozens of times and it's always in perfect condition with plenty of toppings. My call has never gone unanswered, and I've never been hung up on because "they're closed". Although I've never eaten in so I can't say anything about that. But definitely worth ordering if you want a quick meal.

Visited a friend and I offered to order the kids pizza. The driver called me to tell me he could not find the house. It took 50 minutes trying to find the house....he drove past me on three occasions and didn’t stop! Food arrived cold and hard as any thing. Very very dissatisfied and the response from the branch manager was quite simply, it will take another 45 minutes to arrive and there’s nothing I can do about it and tough luck! The worst service I’ve ever received. I will not be using Dominks pizza again. Stay clear

Order's never seem to be right from this restaurant. Ordered a cheeseburger pizza, swapped tomatoes and onions for chicken and extra gherkins but the pizza come with the tiniest amount of chicken, no extra gherkins and no burger sauce but had extra beef. So we literally was given a double beef pizza, it was disgusting. Tried to call but the fire alarm was going off in the background so they told me to call back. Didn't bother calling back as this issue has happened numerous times and all they do is offer to send out another pizza. It was late enough so didn't want another delivery. Last time I will be ordering from here, overpriced for low quality.

My pizza was chopped into random shaped slices for some reason, plus the added sauce looked like it had been randomly squirted all over it. The box lid was crushed in too meaning there was sauce everywhere, and it was barely warm. The chicken strips were missing too. Shambolic. All for the low price of £30. Outrageous.

Spent £29 on a large pizza and two sides and was delivered a medium. Was told I had to return the pizza to get the right size delivered so I did. I have photos of the measurements because I could see this coming then had a very rude phone call being accused of lying and were very condescending. Just because you’ve cut a medium pizza into ten slices doesn’t make it a large. Large pizzas should be 13.5” as stated everywhere. The other pizza had a hair in it. See for yourself if these are the same size pizzas. Absolute rip off.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, manager is rude and has no customer service skills. I wouldn’t even rate them 1 star. Order from a different domino’s or change the manager. Would not recommend even calling them you’ll get someone rude on the other side of the phone.

As mentioned before, orders can be a hit and miss. Usually a miss. Often very burnt and comes warm even though I live very close. Taste has gotten worse overtime snd not happy the last few times my food came very burnt and order was wrong. No longer ordering from here as a result. Too much effort not knowing if my order will be correct or not
