    I ordered takeaway and what I just witnessed was horrendous. I ordered many things that came in bad conditions but the worst was my daughter’s burger (this was a threat to my daughter’s health). The Oreo ice creams came without Oreo's, the drinks came without ice and the burger was on another level. The burger was tampered on (spat on), everything was expired and it looked like it hasn’t been touched for days. What if I never checked the burger? What would happen if my daughter had eaten this? I would of never expected this from a big restaurant like McDonald’s. I will never order from here again and I advise you to never order from here as you will be disappointed and it may be a threat to your health.

    Very bad customer service. I came here 3 times. Once waited 20 minutes drive thru hearing the staff swearing through the microphone. Second time waited 30 minutes and we had in all our cheeseburgers custard and no cheese. Today again everyone complaining taking long and again our cheeseburgers have no cheese and came with custard. Someone went through the counter and grabbed their order. This is appalling and very damaging to McDonald’s reputation. I will not be coming here again!

    Like many others who have left a review I spent 30 mins in the drive through queue with only 6 cars in front of me. It took 8 mins at the window to collect my order (a cheese burger meal). When I came out of the drive though the queue was going out of the car park. The service was very slow and didn't seem to care that it's taking a long time. Foot came out hot and was just as we ordered. No issues there.

    I don't know what's happening here tonight but after waiting 25 minutes stuck in drive thru we finally ordered and then every car in front had issues with their orders. After a further 10 minutes we received our food and we were missing a meal. They asked us to go back around because we were not charged for the second meal when ordering. We had to firmly refuse and they put the new order through, asking us to then park up to wait. Total time 45 minutes with lots of frustrated customers stuck in drive thru line. I've never felt the need to leave a review until tonight. If you can't cope with drive thru orders, stop walk in customers and disable the online ordering until you get moving again! Food was fine once received.

    I kindly mention that I do not want any mayo in my burger as I am allergic. and everyone should read the special instruction as Natasha Law came into force. I try to contact the restaurant and they did not pick up the phone, after 4 times calling so I have to place another order as I was starving. Then I try to contact the driver to allow me to speak to the manager to explain her about the mistake they did with my order. A member of staff was calling the manager ALINA, and in the background you can clearly hear that she say she do not want to speak to me ,she was so rude and not being able to fulfil her duty. If I have not check before I bite and I get ill as I have a sever allergy she will be responsible for not trying to help . Its her job to deal with the complaint not to run away and stay there only for money ! Against people like her strict action should be taken before someone has to get ill, and in worse case die !

    Avoid this branch. We ordered a takeaway and it was completely different to what we ordered. One burger did not arrive and the second one which was supposed to be without bacon was with bacon. Cheeseburgers have only one slice of a pickle, you’ll get two very thin ones if you’re lucky. The amount of iceberg lettuce is just outrageous, it looks like they use it as a ‘bedding’ for their burgers. You’ll also be lucky if you get a nice amount of a sauce. I don’t know who works there but it looks like they don’t even care what they serve and how they serve people.

    I don't think that food is meant to be stored outside. And clutter stored outside for everyone to see. Drink machine broken, area is filled with bugs waiting at your window. The only thing good was the food which tastes the same as all McDonald's do, if not ever so slightly worse. Not happy.

    Update: Went today because it's a Friday morning, still had to wait ages for food, no change. Consistently slow service and has been for years now. Other larger branches serve food much faster even when busy. Employees seem more concerned with chatting than moving quickly.

    I order a cheeseburger and waited for 15 minutes I could see past the counter the staff laughing and milling about. I had to ask a staff member to see where my order was, she returned with it and sa8d it was just prepared but when I began to est it it was cold shocking service it was like being served by the dead.

    They often try to avoid giving you any dips even with nuggets. This is the only McDonald's in the world where they begrudge giving you sauce. You have to beg for it. I didn't want to give them three stars for service as I believe it's the boss or manager hoarding the dips. Check your sauce before you leave. Otherwise it is a 5 ⭐

    Terrible service as per usual, thought I’d order breakfast for the family only for them to miss half of the items. Bunch of useless idiots and that’s just the managers, so god help the workers there. I really didn’t think it was that hard to read a screen and pack a bag. I think I’d have more faith in Stevie wonder sorting out the order.

    The queue was horrendous. They had their delivery going on at the same time which made things worst. The person giving out the food forgot to give my tissue and a straw. But other than that it was fine . But I expect more from McDonald's

    The worst McDonald’s I have ever been to by far, slowest service ever and it’s like staff don’t want to work. Respectfully I know people need to earn a living but if you don’t like what your doing or your not doing your job properly then just quit.

    Although this McDonald's has really improved lately there is still some staff who seam miserable and think there talking with mates rather than customer. Food has also improved, always served hot and fresh. It's a shame the ice-cream, frappe and milkshakes are often not available due to machine issues.

    I had a visit to this McDonald's location and wanted to share my experience. The drive-through service was efficient, and I found the counter colleague to be very welcoming and friendly. However, it's worth noting that the restaurant has only a limited number of parking spaces available. During peak hours, finding a parking spot can be quite challenging. As for the food, the burger patties I received were lukewarm, which seems to be a consistent trait across all McDonald's locations. Overall, the service was good, but the parking situation and temperature of the food could be improved. Note: Navigating the drive-thru could be a bit tricky for drivers of larger vehicles such as vans or large cars. The width of the path is restricted by side hedges/walls, making it a challenge for these vehicles to maneuver through comfortably. This is something to keep in mind if you're planning to visit in a larger vehicle.

    By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Went in by drive thru. Paid and was told to wait in a car park space. Waited 45mins so went inside to see what was happening with my food. Finally sorted it after a full hour of waiting for just a wrap and chips. I asked for a full refund after waiting and was declined. Moreover, the issue I was having with wait times was brought up at least 5 times to many different employees before it was actually resolved. As well as this, the food I was given was cold, soggy and poor quality. It was not just me that complained that day, there were many others waiting extreme times for, "fast food." And many incorrect orders. This McDonald's was downright terrible.

    Maybe the drive thru needs to go from this place..... just look at all these moany people who are not happy with the slow service.. store was recently refurbished but all they did was move the till area to the side & put up lcd screens. They also got rid of the side seating that was there before.. didnt improve much.

    We have ordered 2 meal and one side, it took them way too long to prepare the food. That was fine in the beginning but they brought the food in a take bag, the order was for seat in, table 15. More shocking part was, all the food were cold and they fried them in old oil, tested horrible. Do not recommend anyone to visit here unless the manager fix all their food making process and employees behaviour.

    There was no spaces in the car park and the drive through was backed up . Once inside there wasn’t many people around but a wait between 20-30 mins for the order to be ready. There seemed to no staff behind the counter. The cleaning staff were great and kept the restaurant area clean ( maybe because nobody could eat anything) . There was no apologises or management to rush through the orders or even manage the situation . Staff just seemed to be waiting for the orders too. At least tell people when they enter that there is a 30 minute wait. Shocking .

    I used the drive-through service. It was very slow due to the lack of staff, but the food was not thrown together like the nearby branch at the A10 Enfield retail park, and the service was delivered by very polite and smiling staff, which I really appreciated. Well done to them 👍.

    I've never been a big fan of McDonalds but this restaurant is like a mirage in a sea of trash. Friendly staff and great food. A pleasant time was spent here with me and my family. They must have turned it around a bit because previous reviews are horrendous.

    Ordered takeaway and received 1 bottle of water instead of 6 McFlurrys . Asked the driver where they were and he had to get his child out of the car to explain . Will not answer the phone . Especially when the takeaway provider gives you a number and code to contact the customer .

    There's a few poor restaurants in the area but this particular one is the worst and can confidently say, i'll never be returning. After waiting 30mins inside the restaurant for my order, I gave up and wanted a refund. Waited an additional 10mins to see the manager who eventually gave me my money back. No apology or any good will gesture. An absolute disgrace. They had plenty of staff in the kitchen, no front of house and it appears Drive Thru and Pickup/Bike orders take precedent rather than those who want to eat inside. Shame on you McDonald's!

    Drive through queue took too long. When I got to the final window the food still wasn't ready. I was told to go and park and it would be brought to me. However, there were no parking spaces available, as its a tiny car park and it just made a great traffic standstill. Needs to be better organised and they need to keep people at the last window to wait for their order, not move them on. Food was great though and nice and hot 👍

    I had a large order with some differences for picky children and a coeliac. Plain burger with no bun. Not hard- but still had the pickles and sauces on it. Plain cheeseburger was missing. Fries were all cold. Sat at the drive through window for a good 10 minutes with a massive queue. They were very polite but, should have asked me to park up. Should have taken more care over my order. Nothing has changed since my last visit in 2019. I believe this restaurants standards are too low.

    Clearly, the concept of 'fast-food' hasn't made it to this branch yet. Waited over 20 minutes for an incorrect order. The restaurant has absolutely no soul - unless you include the microscopic amounts of sole in the fillet o fish.

    Ordered through just eat to treat the kids for dinner …. Waited over an hour … only for Macdonald’s to cancel the other … forcing me to order elsewhere and wait a further 40 min. You can’t leave any negative reviews for cancelled orders and they are fully aware of this. Awful service

    Only go because of grandchild who has a very limited diet. Don't ever eat there and cannot understand people's obsession with McDonald's but at least the service is generally fairly quick and their coffee is quite nice. Not so at this branch. Awfully slow service and the display showing order numbers was completely nonsensical. The guy wiping tables was very pleasant though. I had ordered coffee but when it came to table realised there was no sugar offered and nought to stir it with. Hubby went back to counter and waited for someone to appear. After about ten minutes he went round the counter and helped himself as he got fed up waiting. Grandson's chips were practically cold (Have found this most times whatever branch we've been too) and they didn't seem freshly cooked. The only positive was it was the first place hubby had managed to get a milkshake for many many months. All food and service seems to have seriously gone downhill since we used to take our son there over 30 years ago.

    These incompetent workers cant listen and cant do anything right. Went though drive through to get breakfast, ordered and bacon double sausage egg mcmuffin meal and 2 cheese bacon flatbreads. Order came with one flatbread and no sausage pattys in the burger. Cant have this at all. Horrible people and place. Dont go here

    Absolutely shocking. Ordered 2 burgers and 2 drinks - waited 20 mins for them to serve me as they were too busy servicing drive thru and Uber orders and when I finally got our food not only was it stone cold, but the extra bacon ordered for one of the burgers was missing. Took it back and they gave me the same burger still as cold but with an extra bit of bacon and some more lettuce. Avoid at all costs,

    I can not believe sometimes how people work there . I understand perfectly that is a busy restaurant and all that but not one -two or three times I have ordered from here and all the time something missing. Like this evening. I have ordered one Mc chicken crispy meal + large fries , one cheeseburger and chicken warp + one bottle with water and juice and guess what , I received the bag completely unpacked and inside was just the water and the juice and on the bag I had a receipt with all my order but very nice no food inside
