Perfect location for us, just off the A40 and outside the congestion zone. Close to Paddington tube. It’s quiet, clean and very good free coffee from the coffee area, much better than the instant stuff in the room. We were in room 015 accessed by a little walkway. The shower is wonderful, we’ve stayed in expensive 4* hotels where the shower was no where as good. All in all great value for money.

Small, hot and dusty room in a relatively convenient location near metro and bus stops. The staff were friendly enough, and it was nice to have a common area at the ground floor to hang out in as it was more comfortable than inside the room, with proper air-conditioning and more stable WiFi. However, nothing can make up for the poor hygiene standards at Best Western Plus Delmere hotel. We received stained sheets on the first night, and subsequently received badly stained towels too. For anyone who still dares to stay at this hotel, it is recommended to not get a room on the top floor. The terrible air-conditioning means that the room stays hot and stuffy even past midnight. We resorted to keeping the tiny window open and having the fan at maximum speed to try to sleep on the uncomfortable bed with flat pillows.

This hotel is conveniently near Paddington Station so you are minutes away from local attractions as well as trains to all over Europe. Rooms are modern uodated and energy conservative. In most cases, rates do not include breakfast but for 9 pounds daily a nice continental breakfast can be enjoyed. Service here was the absolute best. Front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to answering my many questions.

If you book the executive double it’s a decent size hotel room however it is on the ground floor for Americans that would be the basement facing a courtyard which means you have to go outside the hotel to get to it. I was advised that I would have a motel style room. They also say that they have air-conditioning / heating but not during the hours of 9 AM until 3 PM. They say you can call the front desk if you need it during that time but they won’t turn it on.

Clean and compact rooms and bathrooms with digital control for lights and AC. Ideal for a one night stay in London. A short walking distance from many fast foods and coffee shops. You can catch Bus 27 and to go to Camden Market in less than 30 minutes.

Amazing location. Tiny room. Tiny bathroom. Modern switches and controls, but so small and uncomfortable. Terrible breakfast, only bread, a few muffins, boiled eggs and some cereal. A/C worked okay in May but I don't know if it would be good in July or August, it was kind of weak.

This really is a wonderful place! It is small and the rooms are small as well, but that is to be expected in London. The bonus is that it has all the upgrades amenities of a best western: air-conditioning, upgraded bathrooms, insulated walls, blackout drapes, and comfortable beds. I appreciated every one of these during my London stay. Of course it’s very close to Paddington station for convenience to the airport and subway system, but I chose to get to know the bus system, which was extremely easy to navigate, inexpensive, and I got to see the sights as I rode by. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there again!

Nothing best about this best western.see before you pay. This hotel is very small and is proposing itself as a larger hotel than it is . Its rooms are fit for a single person. It's bathroom/toilet is 2 ft by four, you can't open your arms there. You have to ensure that the toilet is closed ,if not your shavers and phones will be lost , the counter place next to a mini sink is tiny.. a few inches.. The room has no closet, a small clothes hangers for a few shirt. If you have two bags ,God help you there is NOWHERE TO PUT THEM. The general picture advetise shows a long buildings, they do not tell you that it is just two columns and it has pproximately twenty rooms . DO NOT PAY BEFORE .give yourself the options to get out. Please see for yourself before you pay. The manager told me it's a luxurious hotel there was no lux that hotel . Good luck to those who like hotels that you bang your arms in the shower , and your head while getting up from the toilet, or on hitting your shoulders in the weavy carpeting stairs case. Great lesson see before you pay I would give it a one star..

Comfortable and clean with no restrictions on watching your own films on the massive TV. I nearly overslept, the bed was so comfortable! Shower was more than adequate too!

The tiniest room I’ve stayed in, but the room was very functional. It had a small twin bed, a shower, TV, blow dryer, kettle with lots of teas and instant coffees. Most importantly - they had a USB charger on the wall which was great, as I didn’t have a UK plug. It’s definitely a room for one person and not for someone claustrophobic. Location was convenient to the Paddington station. I walked all the way down to Buckingham Palace and to Big Ben. It was only a 45 min walk through the Hyde park. I felt safe in the area. The only downside was coming at 2:30pm and needing to wait for 3 to check in as the room wasn’t ready. That’s a worldwide check in time, however it’s extremely rare that the room isn’t ready with 30 min to go so I was quite surprised. Paid extra for breakfast. Don’t regret it! They had some fresh fruit salad, cheese, meat, hard boiled eggs and other breakfast stuff. There was a coffee machine that made espresso and other specialty coffees.

This hotel sits in what I would call Hotel Row - essentially converted rowhouses but don't let that distract you. This hotel has been updated and was very clean. Surprisingly for being in a city, it was also very quiet. Great location to public transport with many restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommend!

I stayed here one night to get an early Heathrow Express train from Paddington station. My Cozy Double Room was small but was perfectly fine for a short stay as a solo traveler; there was sufficient space for my two carry-on sized luggage. Room was clean and features are all very modern and well designed. The only small issues I had were that I couldn't figure out how to turn on the bathroom extractor/fan and the shower leaked a little bit of water that reached the carpet. All staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful; they accommodated an early check-in and printed some documents I needed for my onward travel. This is basic accommodation done right and I would gladly stay here again.

I've spent 2 nights here and I am very satisfied. The staff is really welcoming and professional, the rooms are quiet, well isolated and provide good sleep quality. Breakfast is also good.

Amazing stay with new rooms and very friendly staff. Totally recommend this place to stay in London. It is 2 min from the Paddington station away and if you like to walk you can reach important parts of London within 45mins max.

We had a very good experience at the Delmere hotel. The site we booked through had given us a room with 2 separate beds and the staff at the counter were kind enough to get us a room with a double bed even though they were fully booked. The staff was super friendly. The room was very nice and clean, there was just a light that didn’t work and some outlets that didn’t work either. Very satisfied with the breakfast, it was small but definitely enough options, especially for the £9. The free coffee in the ‘hub’ was also a nice bonus for us to start our day well caffeinated. The hotel is also very conveniently located between the Paddington station and Hyde park.☺️

Had a lovely stay, location is perfect, close to the underground and coffee shops around. Service at the reception was too- a very kind gentleman- Aliston Probably should improve the breakfast, nothing fancy, and the bathrooms are really small- otherwise I would stay here again

The hotel is located in a very good spot, close to Paddington station. Staff on arrival were helpful and friendly. The room is also well equipped. Unfortunately I wasn't able to sleep due to the light controls on the wall. These are positioned either side of the bed, right next to your face, and for some reason it remains lit up (just slightly dimmed) even when the lights are off. I did call reception to see if this was a glitch, and first of all they told me just to figure it out. But on calling again they confirmed this is just how it is and it doesn't black out completely. It's a shame because the hotel have obviously put thought into the arrangement of the room and facilities, but I wouldn't stay again as being able to sleep is obviously the most important thing.

Located right near Paddington Station with super easy bus/underground connection to the rest of the city. Also a lot of fun eateries close by and close to beautiful Hyde Park. Rooms are small but cozy. Free coffee and hot chocolate. Jason checked us in and he was incredibly friendly and efficient. Great stay!!

Really nice place, not super convenient if you wanna walk all throughout the London area, but very convenient to the train! They placed us in their “basement” suite, but it was very clean and well-kept! Nice people and nice place!

Excellent place for a Paddington stay. Rooms are modern and clean. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast is simple but has everything you need. 5 minute walk from Paddington station which is convenient for getting the tube around London, Heathrow express or trains to other major UK cities. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!
