After having been with this GP surgery for 20 years I have now taken the steps to move to another surgery. Some of the reception staff, nurse practitioner and GP's here are so rude it's unbelievable. The Practice manager is lazy and never follows up on complaints. They have such bad attitudes here and don't seem to care at all. If you care about the health of you and your family, register elsewhere!

I recently changed surgery from this one. *Please avoid* Firstly there are a number of receptionist staff that are extremely rude and abrupt, its quite shocking to experience and witness. (You will see I am not the first person to post about this). They dont listen. I have been treated like this by them and have seen them be like this also with others. I waited for a call, which was an appointment, from a nurse on 3 seprate occasions and she never called each time, this was during an incredible difficult and stressful time for me. Following it up with reception with sometimes 40min waits during the lockdown was just horrible. I complained via e-mail to the surgery about these things, I never got a reply or was it even acknowleged.

This practice used to be amazing but as years have gone by they have gone from bad to worse. The receptionist is completely useless, you call and never has any idea about anything. You can’t get any appointments with the doctor, can never provide information you need about your appointments. What kind of medical centre is this! Beyond ridiculous

Takes a month+ to get an appointment even with an emergency. The receptionists are very incompetent and at times very hostile, they will put you on hold for almost an hour despite not being busy. And even when they book appointments no one shows up or calls if its a telephone appointment. And they won't rebook it they won't notify you or do anything to help. There was a time I called them 100 times and was hung up on every single time. I was only calling because a gp did not attend the appointment and when I went to the gp in person the receptionist was eating crisps. Save yourself the hassle and six week waiting times (even for a prescription renewal) and go somewhere else.

This medical practice was 1 of the best in the area 10years ago. They have now chosen to put budget over patients. Always short of doctors, inconsiderate staff. There is only 2 decent reception staff a gentleman and a young lady who have been working there for a long while, the rest are rude, ignorant and you can hear in their voices they do not care about patients. I will be moving practices as I deserve to be seen by a doctor, not a head nurse. Also I shouldn't have to fight to get an appointment to see or should I say speak to a doctor. I had to wait 1 year for the GP Practice to PROCESS (not get through to specialist, the stage before that which is doctor sign off for referral) for a referral I needed since last year June. And even this was a roller-coaster ride to get sorted. I had a mental breakdown due to their negligence as I was in pain during this entire time with any additional support.

Seriously, this medical centre is a joke. Some doctors’ English are broken and they hang up calls without finishing speaking. Their attitude is extremely bad. You will hear different suggestions for one issue, which is useless and wastes of time. They receptionist didn’t know the processes clearly and gave wrong instructions many times. In general, if you don’t want to die, don’t go and get registered with them.

Only caller in the queue still on hold 1 hour later. They do not want to do their jobs. Most people feel undervalued at work that’s not an excuse to compromise medical treatments. No one should be paid to drink tea and chat. I may have to complain to my MP as it’s crossing the line into criminal.

Terrible medical centre, difficult to get in touch, every time they let you speak with a different doctor, 80% of the time they let you speak with a nurse that says to be a doctor and then if you check on the website you can see that she/he’s a nurse. Also today I called to get my medications and they couldn’t find me on the system so they told me that I been cancelled time ago without even let me know so now I can’t get my medications. I have no words for this.

Practice has gone downhill. Used to see the same doctor every time and appointments would run to time. Now they ring 2 hours after the planned telephone appointment time or do not ring at all. Have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment and not offered them in person. Different doctor deals with you so no continuity of care. When you call to chase when you will receive the call expected 5 hours ago you're told to wait another week for an appointment with no apology given for failure to call you. I have seen other reviews complain about not receiving calls promised too so clearly a widespread issue. Wasted an entire afternoon sat beside my phone waiting for their call and still no closer to being able to talk to a doctor about a pressing and stressful issue. Receptionists show no compassion when I have called in distress about needing to speak to someone.

If I could put 0 I would! I have been a patient here for years and have only managed to get 1 fact to face appointment. I was told in this appointment I don’t have time for all ur problems I’m already behind and want to catch up. They have 0 professionalism and I live in pain and my doctor won’t help me!!

They need to improve the service or better be closed and patient sent to another GP. Imagine every time you call, been told to call back morning between 0800 to get same day appointment. When you call , your being put in waiting call by the time you spoke to the so called reception it's full call next day. I have been put on call next day call next day for the last 3 days. And the worst case is when they call you and you miss the call its your fault why you didn't pick up, do they know that people can have miss call. Other GP have open face to face with their patient yet they still using telephone calls. The reception need to improve on approach to people we don't force anything but we deserve good service.

What a breath of fresh air at Kilburn Park Medical Center. There's a new manager in St Charles Hospital till we can go back to the main surgery but wow! Judith is always smiling and ever so helpful. Nothing is too much for her and keeps you updated at all times. Thank you Judith, a new asset to Kilburn. I hope she's a keeper....

Just had a brilliant exam and blood test with Monica. I am a recent registered patient and at first had very bad experiences, with people losing important documents I had given them, but Monica has completely changed my opinion of the clinic. Treated with respect, care and concern. Blood exam was painless and her instructions were clear and concise. A superstar in the medical field, finally. She should receive any benefit available to her.

👍👍 I cannot recommend heartily enough this surgery, I left my previous surgery of 20 years due to them going down hill. From the moment you enter, all staff are polite, helpful and listen to you. The building is clean, and you never have to wait long to be seen. Since I joined recently, each interactio...

👍 Was made to feel very comfortable and at ease when I visited a couple of weeks ago. The dates I was given were spot on with what the hospital have just told me. Only thing that could make it better would be if they offered more than one photo. I usually use another clinic who are slightly cheaper an...

😐 I'am a little surprised by all the positive feedback frankly. We attended the chessington branch and found the waiting to be very busy and all seemed a little chaotic.
