My visit in Kyubi Japanese restaurant in The Arts Club was unforgettable. The interior is spectacular, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Food is outstanding. Loved it.

I was looking forward to visiting the Arts Club. The restaurant on the ground floor was quite busy. There was a little bit of an anarchic movement with the waiters coming and going. The service was slow. The waiters did not speak very good English (!). I asked for my meat medium well, it came rare. The quality of the food was 3.8 out of 5. I visited the other floors. They were nice. But I cannot say I was impressed overall. Lulu's in my view is better.

Avoid this place - I dined at the restaurant and got food poisoning. When I called to complain a few days later and spoke to the manager he was completely disrespectful, lacked any empathy and poor customer service skills. For a members club this is completely unacceptable and shocking. I will be advising all colleagues and acquaintances.

Fancy members only club which offers delectable food and an expansive (and expensive!) range of wine. The setting is suitable for professional meetings or dinners on special occasions. We were a party of 10 and had the chateaubriand, mussels, lamb chops, veal chops, and a host of sides. it has options for vegetarians too, a person in our party praised their vegetarian risotto. For the after party there's a chic lounge upstairs which offers various drinks. Definitely recommended.

Very nice place, very upscale and you feel special when you go there. Great food and atmosphere. Recently the attention from staff and their professionalism has noticeably got worse. Will be visiting again soon to update. Update: service back to decent standards, bumping up to 4 stars (still feel it can be improved and more personal, with greater attention to detail). Mistakes are still made occasionally e.g. on orders and/or reservation details. Update 2: after the lockdown the place has improved dramatically. Flawless service and foods tastes better than ever. Overall very very happy!

Mega rubbish place, rubbish food- over rated #theartclub shouldn’t be members club- it’s toooooo rubbish- carpet small bad and it’s simply rubbish place- like some old people house. And being in Mayfair losing Immense business just for calling them so called members club and guess what £2000 for membership hahahhahahahaha seriously 😂😂-

I love here and prefer working here than ofis. Especially has a good atmosphere for meetings.

Wonderful setting. My Caesar Salad was very boring, as you could hardly find the bacon. I felt like I had just had a bowl of lettuce. Disappointing.

Good service, it’s quiet today which is nice and the decorations are looking nice.

Private members club located next door to Victoria Beckhams boutique in Mayfair. Sadly I’m not a member but I’m fortunate enough to know a few people who are! Always enjoy going here as it’s a very special venue with various different areas where you can eat drink and socialise. The management and staff are always very welcoming. Don’t miss a chance to go if you are invited!

Very fancy, with attractive art hanging all over, as the name indicates. Food is very good sand so is service. A bit too cramped for my taste, otherwise very nice

Went to this place for lunch. First time with my husband. The food was delicious. The ambience of the restaurant was romantic, relaxed and pleasant. Service were very professional and welcoming. We were definitely be back again. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am not a member here but was invited to a dinner by one of the members. First thing that I noticed was the noise level. You can hardly have a conversation during dinner. It’s incredibly loud. I would probably advice to go for dinner after 9pm. At 7 it is very noisy. Having said that, the food is delicious, I had the black cod for mains and the sea bass ceviche for starter. It was very nice and tasty. They have an excellent wine selection as well. Plus a very helpful sommelier. The interior is tasteful, albeit a bit classic. But that’s the style regardless of taste. I was not persuaded to become a member, simply because you cannot invite someone for dinner and have a normal conversation. You need to shout. That put me off.

A beautiful members club with experienced staff and surroundings. The terrace was very dark and secluded unfortunately. I look forward to next time if invited back!

Very cozy and warm but the service wasn't worth the money spent on membership. Our order came missing and even though the staff were nice and polite but I noticed they are not very organised. And they don't have eyes on the sitting customers. Also, the chef is a bit too generous with the salt.

Great evening, wonderful venue and excellent food. You do need deep pockets, this is not cheap dinning. First class service and prices.

Sadly this place has gone down a lot since after the pandemic. Some waiters have changed sadly and new ones coming in are not up to standard. Do not recommend at all!

The venue is beautiful, perfect for meetings or special lunch/dinner. The outdoor area is delightful. However being looked up and down before entering the building like I was a peasant was slightly unnecessary.

Although I do like it here -mainly for the food and drinks to be fair, less for the people - I do enjoy the exclusivity the Arts Club offers and that it is rarely packed during the week.

Amazing food. The salad and pasta was so delicious X also had the pedron peppers, some wherever spicy but still loved them :-)

The food is outstanding. Escargot and crab cake starters were a stand-out for me. The veal is amazing. The surprise of the evening was the cheesecake, which was light and smooth; perhaps the best I've had anywhere.

Great food, super friendly staff and the arts around you is a definitive plus. You need to be or know a member to get access to it though. Worth a try for sure.
