Nice attraction to visit with kids. Interesting to play with tiny models of engines. Located in a park close to the cafe :) And it is free of charge

Sewage pump from 1888, restored as a museum. Went on a day when the engine was running. Definitely worth seeing, very informative and in an amazing state of upkeep - I definitely can't agree with a previous reviewer's cleanliness complaint! The volunteers were very friendly and knowledgeable and clearly cared about the site. Visit took 30-45 min although the underground section was closed when I went. No longer a working sewage facility and smells are not a concern.

I strongly recommend this museum to visit. Good opertunity to see and know more about this precious engine and the effect of industrial revolution in history . Mark field beam engine is really big and they are preserving this engine for public to study about it. Right behind this muscium, there is a pump track with full of graffiti. I saw people doing bike stunt there.

Rare surviving 19th century beam engines. Check website for details of days they are in steam. This is an awesome experience, particularly if you have never seem a beam engine working. Guaranteed to reduce children to awed silence for a while! And its free as well! Nice cafe next door.

Check for opening days and steaming up weekends. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and willing to show people around closed bits. Displays are available showing the history and workings of the pump. Cafe next to it for refreshments.

Interesting museum preserves a historical sewage bumping engine from 100 years ago. Recommend to come on open days where the engine will be on and showcase you how it works. This place really deserves more people to visit.

Fascinatingc and impressive demonstration of old engineering. Some real enthusiasts showed us around and explained things. There's a tea shop and children's playground close by.

Very nice park where to have a walk. There is a small playground for kids. There is also a Bar which sells ice cream and a huge steam engine nearby. The park is not too big. Unfortunately, there are lots of big trucks going on the only way to get to the park. It can get very dusty sometimes.

An interesting place to visit especially if you can get there on a day the beam engine is working (check their website for dates). Easy access from Tottenham Hale station, pleasant walk along the river. It's also nice to combine this visit with a bike ride or walk.
