I had the worse experience here , I tried to make a formal complaint about the membership manager at white city house ( Kieron) however no one responded. I left this establishment in tears , I was questioned why I was there and who I was with even though I had been given authorisation to attend the roof top pool , the micro aggression was real . The situation was very humiliating, as I was made to feel like I did not belong there , I was the only black person there that day so I did feel targeted , I will be documenting my experience on my tik Tok as I feel others need to no how this establishment treats people.

It’s only getting worse in Soho house and first of all service, professionalism and attitude. Whenever you giving them a feedback or criticise their processes or the way they work (which as a member paying over £2,000 a year you definitely have the right to do I suppose), they don’t take it, they don’t apologise or promise to improve, instead they play « your are being rude » sensitive card implying that if you continue they’ll cancel your membership.

Absolutely great thank experience! We were on birthday party and had a nice time! The team is attentive and friendly! Premises are clean and tidy! Will come back and advice friends to visit!

Great historical venue. Visited for afternoon drinks and evening meal. Good atmosphere and the Sunday Roast was the best roast I've ever eaten!

Multiple experiences have been disappointing due to staff not acknowledging us at all and leaving people without service for long periods of time. The ambiance is really nice but we end up agitated because we don’t receive the service we require. My friend was left for 25 minutes without even being spoken to. Then it took an extra length of time to order food and it wasn’t even busy.

Pretty cool venue. We came to visit the restaurant and the service and food was decent. The clientele was Uber cool and younger than expected and there is the odd celebrity there.

Great soho house. I went to Soho House Amsterdam and I was shocked by how rude the servers were. They refused to serve members in the Amsterdam branch properly - it’s like some internal boycott that managers are in on too. I’m very upset by my experience after spending hundreds of euros there on rounds of drinks I had to keep getting up to hustle for service. It was like exhausting. The servers acted rude and offended when u asked for something. I should have taken my business to W hotel in Amsterdam next door. Other members were also getting so ticked off that I spoke with. The local members even said that’s why they stopped coming here so much. Soho House amsterdam is everything that’s wrong with soho house in one house. The management is on it too so as a member I can’t even complain. The management made faces at me when I asked for service - after spending hundreds of euros just in a few hours on drinks. Sick!

I visited Pen Yen (Japanese restaurant) on a Friday, as a guest of a member. This was my first visit to any Soho House property. The menu was fairly familiar contemporary Japanese and prices were in line with what you’d pay at a comparable restaurant. We had a generous meal with a few drinks and paid around £300. Seating wasn’t particularly comfortable and our table was tiny. There was some (very loud!) cabaret style entertainment on, interspersed with a live band. Service was very friendly and welcoming, I didn’t notice any of the issues mentioned in a few prior reviews. We hung around downstairs for a few more drinks after our meal. An enjoyable outing overall.

5 star experience today, the food was well priced really really good & reasonably priced . Will definitely be back, a small customer service issue resolved immediately, which was a pleasant surprise. You can see customer experience is very important to the staff. All of whom were pleasant, great atmosphere.

Gross place, the floor managers are absolute “nazis” - all they do is be rude and police the ridiculous rules of the declining Soho House. The place is filthy - crowded stuffy rooms, noisy and foul. There is zero respect for the members either - every visit to Soho I get approached 2-3 times by angry staff with comments about my behaviour - “No drinking of your own water”, “You can use you ipad only without a keyboard in this room”, “You cannot speak on the phone next to reception desk”, “You are not allowed to use this elevator”. The staff and perhaps the seniors have no interest in making this a comfortable place.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience at Soho House in White City and express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the staff in the restaurant, as well as the outstanding quality of the food. Every time I visit Soho House, I am greeted with warm and friendly hospitality by the staff. They make me feel welcomed and ensure that my dining experience is enjoyable from start to finish. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly enhance the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. Moreover, the food at Soho House is nothing short of amazing. The menu offers a diverse selection of dishes, each prepared with great attention to detail and bursting with flavour. Every bite is a culinary delight, and I am consistently impressed by the quality and presentation of the food. In summary, Soho House in White City is a place where I always feel welcomed by the staff, and the food is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend dining at this establishment for an unforgettable experience. Thank you for providing such a wonderful dining destination.

Fantastic service. The staff went above and beyond to correct some issues we initially had with the food. They were very apologetic and attentive. The food is delicious, highly recommend the Sunday roast. Great service and quality each time we visit.

White City house is definitely one of my favourite Soho Houses. It’s so spacious - lots of different restaurants and sitting areas. The roof top is great. I also love the gym and swimming pool, steam room and sauna. It’s got a great cinema and also places where you can use your lap top. The service is quite bad as it tends to be at Soho house, but if you can keep your patience and not be in a rush - it’s a great place. They are always very friendly - just no initiative shown and very slow and under-staffed.

Amazing meal at Pen Yen, made even more special by Valentina who is a credit to SH, wish there were more like her! Brilliant comedy set afterwards, can't wait for the next one.

Membership only, plus guests of which I was one. Has a sophisticated air about it which would appeal to a younger ‘upwardly mobile’ consumer group. I went to a screening in the Electric Cinema - very plush, intimate setting. Most enjoyable.

Came here with a friend after work for drinks by the rooftop pool. The staff were very friendly. I've been to another SoHo branch before and this one has the same chilled vibe.

Very nice Soho house in a prime location. Wish there could have been more space to at outside when i went. However tbf I did go on the hottest day of the year. Very spenny if you aren’t getting the 50% off.

Good food and atmosphere but absolutely terrible service. Recently my friends were there and the floor manager Andrea Liverano literally intimidated them, lied when they asked to see a manager and when they managed to speak with the membership manager, the guy RAN and left the building. It would be funny if it wasn’t tragic!

Only place to be if you want to have that holiday feeling inside London in hot summer. Pool get crowded and the DJ makes you feel like you are in Niki beach Monaco 🔥

Love White City House. The gym is excellent with its own pool, sauna and steam room. It's also the biggest gym compared to other houses in London/Oxford. Always a place to hang out and work too if you want to bring your laptop. Staff are lovely!

Fits the bill as a private members club. Excellent staff and facilities. Best of luck becoming a member, but if you do pass vetting, you will have a wonderful facility to utilise. You can also visit, as I did, as a guest of a member.

The outdoor pool looked so amazing although I didn’t jump in. I like the choices for cocktails /mocktails and the setting is intimate and beautiful.

Former member. Returned for a roast on Sunday. Food was average. Came cold. Politely sent it back. It came cold again. Reminded me of Christmas left overs but without the microwave. I made no fuss. Consumed part of it and then left without the appetite for desert. Criminal.

Unfortunately nice decor doesn't make up for poor WiFi or rude staff. I was at White City House this week for an event put on by a different company who had hired the space. During the event I had to take a call on my laptop, so tried to use a private room. No WiFi and no phone signal. I tried an informal seating space away from the main thoroughfare. No WiFi or phone signal. Went to the lobby area and took a seat in a quiet corner, then a member of staff abruptly told me that I wasn't allowed to use a laptop on those seats and would have to move to other seats (1 meter to the left). Moved to the approved seats and joined my call. As per policy, I remained off camera for the duration of my call. I came off mute to begin adding a comment quietly in the meeting and in a split second I had two members of staff - one each side - berating me for being on a call, accusing me of being on video, and repeating 'members only, members only'. I've considered joining the Soho House group as a member in the past. After this experience, that will never be happening. No one should ever been made to feel 'less than'.
