I
was
excited
to
join
the
gym
for
the
first
time
and
paid
for
off-peak
membership.
On
the
first
day,
I
couldn't
get
in
the
gym
as
it
was
6pm
and
I
thought
the
off-peak
was
until
6pm.
Then
the
following
day,
I
went
earlier
like
5:20
but
I
couldn't
get
in,
so
I
searched
the
website
and
figured
out
that
off-peak
is
5pm.
Then
the
following
day
I
went
at
4:05
and
I
again
couldn't
get
in,
I
called
the
instructors
(a
man
and
a
woman
on
the
evening
shift)
they
said
I
couldn't
join
the
gym,
I
showed
the
screenshot
that
it
said
5pm
off-peak,
they
said
it's
from
another
location
and
showed
to
me
the
correct
time
which
is
actually
4pm.
Then
I
apologised
for
my
mistake
and
asked
for
a
one-off
for
a
gesture
of
kindness.
They
didn't
let
me
in,
say
"no".
It
was
so
frustrating
and
it
killed
my
enthusiasm
of
joining
this
gym.
I
was
hoping
for
some
human
attitude
which
didn't
happen.
I
didn't
feel
even
welcomed
(I
had
already
explained
all
the
stuff
to
the
staff
but
nothing
happened,
zero
reaction).
Overall,
the
facilities
are
really
bad,
the
toilets
smell
terrible
every
time
I
go
to
workout.
The
equipment
is
reasonable,
but
I
believe
what
holds
the
clients
is
their
experiences.
My
experience
at
this
gym?
As
you
can
see,
high
ego
from
the
staff,
no
connection
between
staff
and
clients,
and
the
email
support
was
really
bad
when
I
asked
to
push
forward
my
billing
date
when
this
gym
went
closed
for
their
update.
There
are
many
reasons
that
I
could
give
less
than
1
star
for
this
gym.
Today
I
am
cancelling
my
membership.
This
gym
is
good
for
equipment
but
has
a
big
lack
of
customer
service
(I
work
at
a
boutique
and
luxury
gym
and
I
understand
the
policy
etc
hence
I
got
frustrated
due
to
their
service
customer
which
I
would
never
do
the
same
to
clients
coming
to
the
gym
where
I
work,
I
believe
it
always
depends
on
some
circumstances).
