This is an incredible hotel! The underground style of the hotel is lovely and they pay attention to everything! The staff is lovely and attentive to details, and they are very welcoming. I strongly suggest for people to come here, and if I have the chance to come back to London I will make sure to come back here!

Nice rooms, clean. The bathroom is nice and the toilet and sink look like they're from space, if that's your kind of thing. Really good location, access to lots of different areas. Nothing is open past 11 but it's London. The fire alarm went off when we left the place, the fire facilities looked very good, was still intact when we checked out, but your experiences may vary.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights at the end of June and were completely satisfied. All the staff, both at breakfast, reception and bar, are very efficient and friendly. They made us feel at home. The breakfast is varied and with quality products. Very good coffee. The location is spectacular. Walking distance to the underground and very close to Hyde Park and the Natural History Museum. The size of the room and bathroom is acceptable, sufficient. Cleanliness is good. Thanks to all the team and see you soon.

Stayed here two weeks ago. Second time I have stayed at this location though the previous time it was branded a Best Western. The first time I stayed upstairs in a quite small room. This time I was downstairs in a much larger room. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Room was very clean and modern. Excellent location near museums and the Gloucester Road tube station. Will likely book again on my next visit to London.

Stayed for one night in December. Great location from Gloucester Road tube and good for us as going to the Royal Albert Hall. Check in was okay. No proper reception, just high tables. Didn't book breakfast. Just walk down Gloucester Road to Hux for a great full English. Expensive for one night really, but it's London. Room was nice, Underground themed. Very little room between the bed and the wall, bit tight to get in and out. Coffee, tea and biscuits provided which is nice. Bathroom good, though it seemed like the shower was missing a sliding door? Water did spill out. It was good for a night and well located, but expensive.

Clean, comfortable, stylish, generous with the towels. The room was so compact that the wall mounted TV stuck out became a hazard when trying to exit the bathroom. No cooked breakfast option. Would happily return.

The hotel is great value considering its location, the size of the room and how clean and well maintained the room and public areas are. The staff are helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy check in, room available early. Impressed with the room, compact but clean cosy, good size bathroom, tea &coffee facilities, complementary water. Despite over looking Cromwell road the noise did not affect our stay at all.

Good location. Affordable room and has everything you need for a single evening on business trip. Bed not the most comfortable. Breakfast choices limited. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

This is the third time that I stayed at the hotel. Location is perfect, very clean rooms and lovely staff. Direct train (Piccadilly Line from Heathrow Airport) to the hotel. Gloucester Road station is across the hotel. The room type called "Works" is great for families.

Chose the hotel because close to tube station and easy walking distance for our concert in the Royal Albert Hall. Room was small but comfortable, bathroom clean and had shelves for toiletries. Breakfast was expensive so we went elsewhere. There are three steep steps from street to hotel, accessible otherwise.

The hotel is conveniently located at the Piccadilly and Central/District line. Close to the Science Museum and the Museum for Natural History among others. It is in walking distance to High Street Kensington for shopping and dining. Close to Kensington Garden and Hyde Park for recreation. The Hotel itself is a remodelled terraced house, in other word a tad small, but nice and cosy, with a modern (boutique) touch! We were staying in room 108. Big enough for 2 people, but on the small side. The room has 2 doors to block out the noise from the staircase, which works well. But the space is not used for a wardroom. A few pegs for the coats would have been great. It was raining and we could not put our coats in the closet. The closet was really small and we did not have, whatever the name of the foldable thing is where you put your suitcase on. So, we had to leave it on the floor, taking up more room. Breakfast is buffet style and everything you need was available: pancakes, waffles, cereals, smoothies, cold cuts, …. Although the coffee could be improved upon, but tastes differ.

The hotel is just 2 min walking distance from the hotel so it is well connected to the city center. The service was mostly ok, our check in person not so much content about receiving new guests. The room was fine, at the last floor however I'd say that cleaning would need more focus in the bathroom (the shower and the vent. Thanks.

A lovely stay, close to the museums we were visiting for. The small bed was made up for the five year old, and the big bed was large enough to accommodate two adults. A hairdryer is the only thing missing for me, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Well located hotel only two minutes walk from Gloucester Road station. Quick efficient check in from a friendly staff member, we had already booked in online. Small room but everything you need for a short stay, room was clean with a nice bed and a good shower. Quick efficient check out from a friendly staff member. All in all a good hotel for a short stay near the museums and the Royal Albert Hall

I enjoyed my stay at Ibis London. My room was very small, but comfortable and cozy. I love that the windows open to allow fresh air in the room! The breakfast is nice with good choices. The lobby area is very inviting and a comfortable place to work. Great location on the Piccadilly Tube line for access to Heathrow and all city attractions.

Altogether, the stay was nice. The rooms were small but neat. Toilet was neat and nice. More items could have been added in the breakfast buffet, otherwise it was delicious. Staff were really kind and helpful. Location of the hotel is great. Excellent for travellers.

Check in was quick n easy, room was small but adequate plenty of power points, bathroom was clean Breakfast was reasonable with most of the basics covered. Things to note only saw one small lift and there are a lot of step stairs so could be a problem for some people. Pity that when a late check out is booked the system is not amended so the key actually works to that time! But on the plus side the room key app was a nice development I have not used before

My friend and I stayed at the Ibis Gloucester Road on Saturday night, and it was absolutely perfect! I had paid a little extra for early check-in which the hotel happily accommodated as they had a room available when we arrived. Every single member of staff we interacted with during our stay was wonderful, so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need (including a couple of delicious shortbread biscuits!). The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the room was a good temperature. It was also very quiet, we didn't hear any noise from outside or other guests. The continental breakfast in the morning was incredible! So much choice and everything was continually topped up so nothing ran out. The location is also ideal, a very short walk from the tube station where you can access the district and circle lines and the piccadilly line so you can easily get to most of the main attractions in London. Overall our stay was absolutely amazing and I thought the price we paid for everything we got and the perfect location was a fantastic deal. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Good location, friendly welcome. Room rather small and breakfast room very tight. Fruit salad had no taste at all on both days. I’ve been in much better Ibis Styles but location was key and thi has did the job, we didn’t spend much time there anyway.

Small room, almost no stowage in bathroom. Very comfortable bed, not much street noise (5. level). Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Definitely worth a stay, great price-performance ratio.

Stayed here for my London trip because it was really close to all my appointments. It is a nice little hotel and I generally enjoyed my stay. The breakfast could have been a little bit more diverse, especially for someone with allergies (which was clarified while booking in advance). And the carpet in the hotel looked a little disheveled but was always clean! The staff was very friendly. :)

Friendly personnel! Housekeeping team was daily taking care of us (great job).Rooms were tiny but this is something that London is known for. Breakfast was delicious fresh baked items every day! Surely come back again.

It was a very nice stay for me and my daughter. We got the bigger room (the works) which was very good. The breakfast was ok, it would be nice to add English breakfast. Staff was kind and the location was excellent. Very easy access from Heathrow and to central London, either with tube or bus. Overall a nice hotel, I 'm looking forward to a return visit!!

Really nice hotel! Good room size comparing to similar hotels in London! Sparkly clean and with all amenities. Convenient location, with bus stop just in-front of entrance, metro station very close, and very nice coffee bars just 100-200 meters away. Beds were extra comfy with nice cotton white linen. Staff super attentive and kind.

Hotel was very good for the price we paid. Rooms were clean and modern. Would have liked larger area to put things in the bathroom but that's just finding fault really. Staff nice and friendly. Location great. We walked everywhere. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Close to Gloucester Road tube station, shops, and restaurants. Friendly staff. One staff member even remembered a show I went to see and asked about it next time she saw me, which was a few days later! Rooms well set out and comfortable, with everything you need for a stay in London. The building also has a lot of character. The way it has been designed is fantastic. It's a modern hotel within a traditional older building, and it has been decorated with a clever London Underground theme. I was surprised that there was hardly any noise from the busy road outside, but the room was very quiet even though it overlooked the main road. I am very impressed with this hotel and will stay again.

Both Ralf and Sheila were most helpful and kind during our stay .. they made sure that our stay was comfortable and were very quick to rectify what was needed. All the staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming. This is what I consider as good, warm customer service. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean enough for a simple stay. However, the wifi connection was really bad so hope there’s a way to fix that:(
