Great hotel but the rooms are always too dark. They need ceiling lights. Other than that itโ€™s great. Iโ€™m always surprised to see there are other people staying in the hotel as itโ€™s always so quiet. Never had any noise disturbance there.

A simple but neat and clean hotel. We stayed for three nights and we didnโ€™t spend a lot of time at the hotel except for sleeping, but for that, it was perfect and I would definitely recommend it. The staff was very friendly. A big plus for me was the possibility to leave our luggage behind before and after the time of check-in and check-out. The location was great. There are some shops and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, railway station is a 10 minute walk and the bus stops right in front of the door. To get the city centre (Oxford Street etc) is approximately a 30 minute trip.

What a lovely hotel! It's looks stylish and the whole experience was good. The rooms were comfortable and full of personality. The staff were also very welcoming and checked us in super fast. Very good value. Best of all the hotel is located close to Ealing Broadway which connects you with central London and Heathrow airport. Oh there are also many nice restaurants, retail and a large Morrisons supermarket is also close by.

Stayed here during a recent trip to the office in the post-Covid world and was pleasantly surprised by how good this stay was. The room was pitch black with curtains closed at night and could not hear a thing from the outside. Perfect for a good nights sleep! Look forward to my next stay! Thank you!

The actual staff are so nice and helpful. The manager can be very rude and not understanding. I came 30 mins early for my check in and was told I canโ€™t then I was waiting in the lounge to eat something as I was waiting and was told off that I canโ€™t eat outside food. I would give 1 start for the manger but the staff are nice so giving 4 for them. May be should have more compassion towards customers and better customer service from the manger.

Don't waste your time on replying to their feedback email. It gets ignored. Hotel is okay and basic, service is actually really bad. Got to the parking I'd paid for, got to barrier and no reply for 15 minutes from reception on the intercom. Had to park the car illegally to go in from the back of the hotel to reception and ask staff to raise the gates. No apologies. Then later asked reception staff for one fork. Apparently no clean forks in the whole of the hotel. Asked if they can check kitchen, nope apparently they checked before. I asked for a dirty fork, I'm happy to wash it!! Not allowed. Is it that hard to wash a fork to keep a customer happy? Is it hard to keep clean forks?? When you check out, you hand your key in. You need the key to get to your car, so yup, had to walk back to reception to get someone to walk you to the lift to left you go to the car park. No apologies. Why don't they ask at check out if you have a car and help you without causing inconvenience??! Also when you checking out, no one asks how your stay was, reason now seems obvious Shame.

Spent a night here last weekend, lovely stylish hotel, great decor and a pleasantly large comfortable room. Everything was pristine. Breakfast was continental style but plenty of choice and the food was fresh and well prepared and presented. Staff were relaxed and welcoming, nothing seemed a problem. We also had the pleasure of talking with the hotel manager who was lovely . Definitely recommend, 5 mins from Ealing Broadway tube and plenty to browse along the street. Best Ibis we have stayed in

Great location, cinema themed budget hotel. Very recommended. + Excellent stay for 3 nights in this hotel. Tranquil room and comfortable bed. Good-sized rooms. Great space to work. Coffee and tea in the room. The toilet is spacious. It was a really good stay; I will stay again. Breakfast is ok, many options very near. - The room needed a better vacuuming regime. It was extremely cold outside and the room was too.

Reasonable location for visiting London although tube is really a bus ride away. Beds quite firm but stylish movie themed decor which the children enjoyed. Great views of the city. Price was quite good for the location and quality.

Had a great weekend stay here with our small dog. The hotel is in a great location close to 2 tube lines on the Elizabeth line both between 12-15min walk away. A myriad of different restaurants & pubs to choose from all nearby, a great park too. The service in the hotel is great and the continental breakfast has lots to choose from even for vegans, particularly liked the crusty wholemeal bread with fresh guacamole and coffee with organic soya milk (oat milk also available). We had a great time. Oh the live music on Friday evening was a nice surprise! Later check out 12pm also made a world of difference, such a relaxed stay.

A warm welcome at the checking desk set the tone for the stay... if anyone thinks that because you spend just one night in a hotel and therefore smiling faces and warm welcoms are not important... you are very wrong! It shows the attitude of the staff... no matter what! The room is spacious enough for a single person (might be a bit on the small side for a couple), the bathroom super clean. Haven't tried the restaurant and I don't do breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Should I be in Ealing again... I will certainly book the Ibis Styles ! There are two small negatives: the wi-fi is not good enough, the light in the bathroom is terrible for ladies: if you wear make up you have no idea of which colour you are putting on your face!

Great stay for the price. Positives were the size of the family room, how quiet the hotel was and its location close to the tube station and things like Marks and Spencer. Negatives were that there was no mini fridge in the room (although I knew this in advance from my booking details), no face washers/face cloths to use in the shower and no tissues in the bathroom. The bed was also quite uncomfortable, a very thin mattress that has you waking up sore the next day. I liked the theme of the hotel - it was fun and light and it was a modern place. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the variety offered there, and that they were happy to store my luggage for me for the day when I arrived early.

Stayed for 4 nights earlier this month. Good location within 10 minutes walk to Ealing Bdwy Elizabeth line stn 20? mins to Bond St. Room nice and clean but bed not the most comfortable (lumpy and unusualy small pillows) Staff but could be a little more helpful. Not a fan of continental breakfast so didn't bother trying it.

Great little transit hotel located on the high street plus closr top public tranport - Ealing has everything nearby & great access to the airport (Heathrow) & multitude of transport options. Great little bar & cafe downstairs. Staff friendly. Recommend.

Great for quick stopover. Have visited this one x 3 and all rooms have been reliably well-sized, equipt with basic tea/coffee making, hairdryer, charging points. Very clean. Extra large bath towels! Staff friendly and helpful. Not much of an atmosphere but served well. Room costs vary according to time of year/ day of week.

Had a lovely stay, and would gladly choose again. Very easy to use public transportation to visit many central locations of London. Clean rooms, maintained daily.

Walking distance to Ealing Broadway and West Ealing stations with access to the Elizabeth Line. Easy check-in. Clean room and comfortable beds. Quiet at night.

We arrived laaaate at night and had to call the hotel to get directions due to the Tube being closed. They were very nice and helpful! The room was large and in perfect order. We lived at the 6th floor and wasnโ€™t able to hear any noise from the outside. The breakfast included everything that my picky daughter fancies to eat. Iโ€™m definitely going back!

The bathroom design is awful. The showers have no doors and are designed in a way where you need to back into the corner closest to the shower head in order to prevent water splashing outside of the shower. Also, the toilet is so closer to the toilet paper dispenser that you cannot sit straight. My room also only had two electrical plugs (both right next to each other) that were visible in the entire room. Very inconvenient and uncomfortable room design.

Currently staying here since a week and loving it due to the service and location and well equipped property. All essentials are nearby in walking distance. Hence highly recommended for families. Breakfast is adequate but only continental and same each day. Staff are very friendly. Housekeeping done well. But some essentials are missing in the room like toiletries, hand towel, mini fridge, water bottles. No complaints overall and we enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet and peaceful environment. A movie theme across the property adds to the charm.

Breakfast was very good. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Loved the area. Room could just be a tad more brighter/lighter. It was a tad bit dark, but Otherwise really good

The Ealing location was amazing room was clean and the staff extremely friendly. My sons and I were traveling over for a football match and in the chaos I had thought I booked the Wembley Ibis. The staff there kindly held our bags until the event was over. Was thankful to know our bags were safe while we had fun.

This is a well designed hotel, with the room being spotlessly clean. Friendly team members, functional rooms, windows that open and no noise internally or externally. One of the better Ibis Styles - although a shame the brand dropped the free breakfasts (although not the fault of this hotel).

Superb hotel, very clean and well decorated. The area is peaceful, with buses and subways nearby. Small problem with the hot water during our stay but the management reacted very quickly to find a solution.

I took a chance on the hotel, since this was my first trip out of Canada, and I am so happy I picked it. This hotel is fantastic! The hotel is movie themed, and the staff is really nice. I also found the rooms to be quite big and really nice. I would definitely recommend.

  • 4/5 Steff H. 1 year ago on Google
The location is fantastic as the hotel is just a short walk away from the tube station which has the Central Line. I absolutely loved that the hotel is film themed, the beds were really comfortable, the hotel was quiet, never any noise disturbances, it was very clean, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. The only problems were the fact that the hotel rooms are too dark so they need better lighting as well as better power points for the hairdryer. Also, there are no small hand sized towels, only big ones so take some small towels with you if possible. also, the full length mirror in the room has like a marble pattern across it which makes it impossible to use.

It is the third time I have stayed at this Ibis Styles in Ealing. It's about a 15 minute walk from Ealing Broadway Station or you can take numerous buses here. It is also very convenient for the Hugh Street. I love the theme of this hotel with a Television and Film feel to it. A nice bathroom with good showers. Normal tea and coffee facilities, TV, hairdryer conditioning shampoo, towels and shower gel provided. All very clean and tidy. You can also order pizza 24 hours a day if you are hungry. The reception staff were friendly and were able to correct my booking when I had reserved a twin room instead of the intended double. Thankfully this was changed. The only issue I had which is why it's 4 star instead of five was that housekeeping let themselves into the room at 07:30 in the morning. They were surprised I was there and almost gave me a heart attack because I was in a deep sleep. They then asked me when I was checking out instead of leaving the room! Receptionist did say they would look into it. There is also air conditioning in this hotel too if it is hot and you have control of it too to switch it on or off. Apart from the slight blip I would stay in this hotel again and also recommend it.

Pleasant one night stay. Air conditioning is top notch given that it was blisteringly hot. Room was clean although we were moved to another room, also clean. Decent night's sleep. Breakfast was included but is Continental and is adequate. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Was unable to park at the hotel as they have limited spaces but a car park, 2 minutes away and the same cost was safe.

Lovely hotel, parking is a bit of a issue but they still get you a spot in a car park literally 2 min walk away. Great price for London and very clean and modern, it has a 80/90's movie thyme decor. Which I loved. Overall nice place and it's got good links to public transport, bus and train a stone throw from the hotel.

We usually stay in the hotel opposite, but this time decided to try the Ibis. Booking was easy, communication was exceptional, staff were outstanding, hotel restaurant, hallway and rooms were amazingly clean! Breakfast was continental but neither the less, many options, very fresh and more than enough to start the day. I highly recommend the Ibis Ealing. We will definitely stay there again. Many thanks.

Stayed one night whilst seeing friends in London... Very good rates... Check in was fast and staff very friendly. Rooms very clean and comfortable. The little lobby bar has outside seating and very reasonable prices. Good hotel near all the action in Ealing Broadway with affordable prices.

At the time of arrival, staff welcoming. Staff explained various housekeeping rules which gave the reassurance of order. Asked if I needed my room serviced for the next day (24hrs notice) also from what time I would like the room tidy and stated from 12 noon which was confirmed by the gentleman on duty that evening. On my return next day... this was not done to my disappointment.

The Hotel location is 10 minutes walk from Tube Station, offer good breakfast, the room is big enough for a family of four. Many restaurants in nearby. Recommended. Will stay there again in the future. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
