Don't
waste
your
time
on
replying
to
their
feedback
email.
It
gets
ignored.
Hotel
is
okay
and
basic,
service
is
actually
really
bad.
Got
to
the
parking
I'd
paid
for,
got
to
barrier
and
no
reply
for
15
minutes
from
reception
on
the
intercom.
Had
to
park
the
car
illegally
to
go
in
from
the
back
of
the
hotel
to
reception
and
ask
staff
to
raise
the
gates.
No
apologies.
Then
later
asked
reception
staff
for
one
fork.
Apparently
no
clean
forks
in
the
whole
of
the
hotel.
Asked
if
they
can
check
kitchen,
nope
apparently
they
checked
before.
I
asked
for
a
dirty
fork,
I'm
happy
to
wash
it!!
Not
allowed.
Is
it
that
hard
to
wash
a
fork
to
keep
a
customer
happy?
Is
it
hard
to
keep
clean
forks??
When
you
check
out,
you
hand
your
key
in.
You
need
the
key
to
get
to
your
car,
so
yup,
had
to
walk
back
to
reception
to
get
someone
to
walk
you
to
the
lift
to
left
you
go
to
the
car
park.
No
apologies.
Why
don't
they
ask
at
check
out
if
you
have
a
car
and
help
you
without
causing
inconvenience??!
Also
when
you
checking
out,
no
one
asks
how
your
stay
was,
reason
now
seems
obvious
Shame.
