It is one of my favourite tea shops in London. Very relaxing atmosphere, kind and friendly people, great tea.

We’ve been buying tea from here for 10 years now. We live in California and it’s always a special present for any of us. They always write notes with their shipments and have the most diverse and best tea selection. We can’t wait to go back in fall…possibly one of the top reasons we wanted to have a quick stop in London. 😊

They were genuinely so nice! So polite and knowlegeable about their teas, I asked a lot of questions and they answered all of them! Definitely the best tea shop experience I've had so far. Thanks!

How cute is this store? A great place for souvenirs, and the shop owner is so kind and helpful. I sent two tea “postcards” to my family in the US and they shipped so fast. A true gem and I will return next time I’m in London.

Quality tea with a wide selection of old world and internationally inspired varieties such as Japanese Sencha. Love the friendly service in-store, definitely worth repeated visits while I’m in London. Oh, and they have cotton bags inside each box so it’s great for traveling.

The best tea shop in London, I was recommended this by another amazing tea experience, ITO Raum in Stuttgart. The staff here have great knowledge and are always happy to let you try some of teas you are in two minds about. Also lots of very special eastern, tea related ceramics!

The ambience of the store was nice. You can find peace upon entering. The man(staff) was informative and he knows how to explain well and accommodate customers. The place was tidy and there were lots of tea choices in there. They also ship the teas if you are from another country.

One of the best tea shops on Planet Earth. If you are more a more casual tea drinker or looking for gifts, the tea “post cards” are all absolutely superb. If you are more serious about tea, just ask the owner for recommendations. You can’t go wrong in this shop.

What a hidden gem! This store is an absolute must-visit for loose leaf tea lovers and tea connoisseurs. I came here for a tea tasting experience and loved it. I learned so much about tea and how it’s grown and where etc. This little tea company supplies amazing teas to the most luxurious restaurants and hotels in the world. Truly recommend this place if you’re into tea. 🫖

Apr 2022 I purchased as a gift and my friend enjoyed. I can confirm staff has good knowledge and store is kept organised well. Anyway, their tea leaves come from not only India but Sri Lanka, Japan. As for me, it is attractive that UK where huge tea lovers live is importing leaves for black tea from Japan such as Kumamoto, Shizuoka.

The best tea shop in London, specialised in Asian teas from small, independent producers. Beautiful tea wares too. The staff is patient and very knowledgeable. A small oasis of calm in a busy area.

I was very kindly gifted the French Lemon Verbena . A large leafed delightfully refreshing cup of tea. I cannot wait to share it with my own customers.

Lovely store, very nice owner, he told me everything about all the green teas they're selling, it was pretty interesting. I never learned so much about tea before and the concept is really nice, if you're looking for a nice little gift to bring or send home I would definitly recommand - what's better to bring from UK then tea? There's also something in every price range.
