    Professional, reliable and a lot of care for their clients. Nick has assembled a really strong group of trainers that are flexible and able to provide a variety of different styles of training. I took on a 3 month intensive session and saw massive improvements to my fitness, health, activeness and mental health. Could not recommend any more.

    Before I started this fitness journey I thought my daily routine was enough to keep me fit but, I was wrong. I met with Nick before signing up and he was great from the get go. He pointed out my strengths and weaknesses and understood how to work around them. As a person who likes to be pushed to the limit and work in a structured programme, Nick and Mike has made every training hard but fun and rewarding. I now have been training with Nick and Mike for the past three months and the results are phenomenal. Lost total of 11kgs in just 15 sessions and built my strength ten folds. They both have built my confidence, discipline, and stamina throughout the sessions - and has helped me conquer summits that I never thought I could.

    Nick is a gem! I’ve been using his services for the last 3 months. Training with him and his team has been so far a great experience! they make each session truly enriching and help you understand your body and its limits while enjoying working out. They helped me achieve my goals and change my lifestyle through a bespoke nutrition and training plan. Nick is a true professional, providing an extremely personalised service, watching my progress very closely and sharing incredibly helpful tips to see results from the very beginning. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a first class training!

    I began my training with Nick after 2 years of slacking on my workout routine. After just 6 weeks I can see changes in muscle tone and my weight. I look forward to my workouts again! Nick also makes scheduling easy and is very reliable. I would highly recommend!

    I've been a client of Nick for the last 3 months. i hadn't trained for a while due to injury, he pushes you just the right amount and I have seen great results, feeling much stronger and healthier. Sadly I am moving further out of London but will miss our sessions. Big thanks also to Eva who is also part of his team and lead me on some great outdoor sessions. I would definitely recommend Nick for those returning to training like me. Thanks!

    I have been training with Nick and Jacob at Personal Training 1 To 1 for over 7 months now and they have helped me change my life for the better. I couldn’t have kept up with this transformation without their support and help! They keep me in check and motivates me to achieve my goals.     Fantastic experience with Personal Training 1to1. My friend and I were looking for a PT where we could train together to motivate each other, and would also be good value for money. We met with Nick in August, where he listened to both of our needs before designing our fitness and nutrition plans. We train twice a week with Anna and have noticed huge gains since starting, both physically and mentally. She pushes us each session, but we still manage to have a laugh too! I would highly recommend Personal Training 1to1 to anyone looking for a PT.

    It takes common sense and hard work to get the results I've seen over the last twelve weeks but the "common sense" needed to be pointed out and the hard work needed the encouragement that I got from my PT and the rest of the trainers at Personal Training 1 TO 1. This is a proper working company, no sitting on a reclining bike and reading the Sunday supplements; expect to be pushed hard. I've had communications with the CEO and the main man Nick and this simply highlights the fact that he has high expectations of his team and that he wants Personal Training 1 To 1 clients to achieve the best results they can. Based on my experience, if you're looking for a PT and you want to see results then don't look any further... PT1TO1 is definitely the place I would recommend for you to start your journey.

    I’ve been training with Personal Training 1 To 1 on and off since 2019 and cannot recommend them highly enough! Nick and Anna are amazing trainers - they have tonnes of technical knowledge and have helped me navigate some injuries. They are also very patient when I’m learning new moves! They are definitely the reason I can’t seem to quit!

    I saw Nick over a 3 month period. Nick is a super personable guy and takes interest in his clients both in terms of their fitness progress and also takes a genuine interest in your general ambitions, goals and life style and habits. You really feel well taken care of when working with Nick and he came up with a plan for me that gave me a great routine and factored in that J had hip problems which meant certain exercises needed to be avoided but we found ways to work around these issues and indeed strengthening and building upon them. Nick is always responsive, reliable and punctual. He is a lovely guy and I really enjoyed my time during my sessions. Nick’s prices are very reasonable compared to other PTs but that is not in anyway reflected in the service which is more dedicated than I have received from other PTs who have charged higher prices. I will certainly contact Nick again when I have a bit more spare time and am looking to hone in my fitness.

    A* service! Nick is a great trainer, funny, knowledge and very relatable! So is Spiros who I train with outdoors every Saturday, what a character!! I booked 30 sessions off a recommendation from a friend and never looked back. Nick and the team have helped me achieve my goal of loosing 2.5 stone in three months. The training has given me structure to my working week and accountability to my lifestyle, eating anf fitness. I love it so much I continued with another 30 session block booking and recommended to two friends who have also signed up!

    I've been working with PT1to1 for nearly 4 months after 4 years away from the gym and it's been nothing short of awesome. After so long away from any proper training my priority was improve at a safe and sutainable pace, Nick has been excellent at guiding and pushing me through that journey. Long may it continue.

    I booked 30 sessions with Nick in January after realising I had no idea what I was doing in the gym and I've loved every minute of it. Nick really took the time to understand where I was at fitness wise (which was nowhere at the time, let's be real 😅) and tailored the programme to my individual goals. I've tried machines I've never used before and refused to try because of a fear of embarrassment, and exercises that initially tortured me but now I can do with relative ease - looking at you leg lifts. I booked 20 more sessions after the first 30 were finished because I was learning so much and he's such a great guy! We have a good laugh and I've never felt more confident than I do now in the gym.
