I was excited to try shake shack for the first time, but my enthusiasm went as soon as I walked through the door. The staff were nice but struggled to hear our order and struggled with our accents. The food took a while but it was delicious! The toilets however were disgusting! There was a pool of wee in most of the cubicles which were all unisex and were broken. Disappointed and disgusted.

Don’t put too much expectation. I wait for 10 minutes for the meal to come even though not long in the queue. Unfortunately the burger is not warm / hot, not sure if it was done for a well before I picked up. Mike shake is good, but honestly if you are looking for a good burger at this price, even Five Guys is better.

What a great place for a stop off for dinner! If your in the area and fancy a decent burger then you want to try this place, the burger buns are soft, the meat is great and overall a good burger, only downside is that it is slightly more expensive for a fast food place! Also the milkshakes are absolutely amazing, they’re so thick… it’s literally like drinking ice cream.. defo recommend!

I’m a big shake shack fan, but this place was pretty good (for a shake shack). The guy at the register had a great attitude ( it was a little late) and, as busy as it was, the crew was working quickly. This is one of the few times I haven’t seen someone with an attitude working at a shake shack. I’ve to know that exist. I thought they always had 1 person ready to throw shade as part of their business plan.

Unexpectedly liked and enjoyed this place for a late night grub. I had the Shack Burger, Crisscut Fries and Sticky Toffee Pudding Shake which I do recommend to try. The fresh lemonade I really find it too sour. Theres a lot of seating space but sometimes it get too crowded.

So, I remember queuing in new york way back when for over an hour for this place...the burgers are small but tasty...would recommend a single patty burger for the girls..I had one with crispy shallots and boys should def double up! 2 can def share one chips, the cheesy ones were yum, well seasoned all tasty...the only thing not tasty was the price, 36 quid for 2 burgers 2 fries and one drink...bit steep. Place was a bit clinical too, not so comfy looking

Looks pretty nice from the outside, but is quite small and dingy on the inside. The food was pretty good, no complaints there. However, it was on the steep side at almost £20 for a burger, fries and a drink. Especially, for fast food (which wasn’t that fast). Very limited seating. There was no space downstairs but we thought we would go up and find more space there but there were only a few more seats up there and they were all occupied, so we wandered around with our tray of food up and down whilst our food was going cold. Eventually got a seat, and enjoyed the meal.

The restaurant itself is really clean, but the bathrooms downstairs were closed, and the bathrooms upstairs were disgusting. Staff were friendly, and our food was served pretty quickly. The food was okay...I lived a few minutes away from the original shake shack in America, and the food was of a much higher standard there. It was a perfectly good meal. However, it was a little too salty for me to fully enjoy it.

Right near the Victoria underground station this place looks very Jazzy, neat and beautifully lighted up. Wish the service and the food was equally good. Long queues. Guess they are short of staff. They are quick to take orders but slow is execution. Some looked confused and calling out a persons who is already taken the order. May be the pressure is catching up. We ordered fries and beer. Beer was good 😬. Fries seemed uncooked. Ambience is beautiful, neat and clean.

The burgers are rather small but tasty but to be honest we were expecting much more. In terms of price, I don’t know if it is because it is London but we find it rather expensive for what its worth. The half half drink was way too sugary. The waiting was not too long but not too fast either. Since it is near the Victoria station it can be quickly packed and difficult to find a place.

Literally fell in LOVE with shake shack! It was our first time trying it! We ordered the double shack burger with regular fries and caramel milk shake! The burger was so soft! The bun, salad and meet was such good quality! The service was quick and overall so friendly. The fries were so crispy and soft. I 100% recommend, can’t wait to have again! I wish I lived closer! Ahhh best burger ever!

Nice customer service. Burgers are tasty but nothing special. Food looks so ugly and portions are small. Price as are not adequate for quality and size of portions. Bites wasn’t taste like a chicken.

Unfortunately the day I visited they had an issue with the fire alarm and their orders got messed up. Waited over 40 mins to get my order. Burgers are good, don’t get me wrong, but for the price I think you can find better options in London. Venue was pretty big with lots of seating options. Loved the 🐶 menu.

A very unpleasant dining experience. I paid and waited in the waiting area for 20 minutes before I got my food. During this time I asked the waiter again and again if everything went well with my order as my name disappeared from the screen without my food being picked up. At first the waiter told me that this was normal. But as my wait time grew and I became frustrated by my hunger; it took the waiter to take my order seriously and I ended up waiting for over twenty minutes before I started eating. I think the management system and the system of preparing meals in this restaurant is not efficient enough. The food is also mediocre and I wouldn't choose to buy a burger here at the original price without a student discount.

Pretty good burger, nice fries and fine chocolate shake. So, from a food perspective it’s ok. The logistics however… It took a really long time to get the food, even though it was just a burger with fries. And it wasn’t just my order. Looking at the board it was just very slow in general. And they way tables are set up downstairs, the space gets clogged up with people waiting.

I did. not expect Shakeshack to be THAT good! But the beef had a flavour I‘ve Never had before, neither a burger or a steak. The Martins potato rolls just work perfectly and the size of the burgers is just right. Also their shroom burger was amazing for everybody who likes mushrooms and cheese.

Shake Shack literally saved us after a long day touring in London. When my eyes caught a glimpse of the burgers inside I could feel myself being refilled with energy before even ordering… the burgers and 🌈pride🌈 shake that followed were nothing less than magnificent 🍟 🍔 🔥

Please bring this to South Wales Swansea! Honestly the best fast food burger I have ever had. Highly recommend this place when needing something quick to eat. Considering how busy it is in London they sure kept up with the orders too! U like when you have to wait 15 minutes for a McDonald's/Burger King most times. Sadly, my one complaint and I think it's an important bit of feedback. If you employee youngsters, please make sure they are working and doing something instead of just standing around. They looked like they had nothing to do but there was plenty. Mainly the toilets, they needed some serious cleaning!

Was a good experience, came with my friend ! I had a double shakemiester with cheesy fries and a chocolate milkshake! It was all good. You give your name, and its displayed on a screen until your order is ready to collect under your name. The food was tasty would recommend.

You get the best Beef burger in this place. Juicy, Crispy and absolutely delicious. Fries are crispy and served hot and the lemonade is refreshing. Just about an 8 min walk from Victoria Coach Station. Easy to find. Definitely Recommend!

Food is great! Just how I remember when I had it in New York! Fries could be a bit larger for the price point. Same with the shakes. Also, the bathrooms are upstairs and are very tiny. They’re not that clean either.

My favourite Shake Shack in London. There is lots of space to sit, but when crowded, the waiting time for the food is TOO LONG. Anyway, I was there twice in June 2022. Love it there. The burger and fries are the best.

Truly one of the best fast food restaurants in London. Excellent food, reasonable prices, clean dining area, courteous staff and well presented food. I especially enjoyed their milk shakes, cheeseburgers and hot dogs. I was surprised to find they serve Abita root beer from New Orleans. Do yourself a favor and just stop here for a great, relaxing meal.

Amazing food and a location right next to Victoria Station, with spacious surroundings and an excellent view. We enjoyed our favorite Shackburger, shakes, and drinks today! Highly recommend it anytime, and I am going back again for their new Troll Poppy’s Sugar Cookie Shake. Polite staff and excellent services—100%.
