It’s a nice place to stay. Only 10 seconds away from the bus stop running between Luton airport. Extremely convenient. The facility is newly renovated, so the room and the bathroom are clean and tidy. You can use heater even in summer time. The room is equipped with wash machine, tv, toaster, microwave.

This is a great, cheap place to stay. Although the bathrooms are separate, they are single-occupancy. In 5 days I never encountered anyone else using them. They are immaculate and modern, just like the rooms. I loved the in-room washing machine. Honestly if the bathrooms were attached this place could easily charge double. It's a nice place. I read other reviews about nose from the tube station. It's barely audible with the window wide open. I didn't hear noise from other guests either. Pretty decent location too. It's above a nice coffee shop. 20 second walk to the metropolitan / jubilee lines. 1 minute walk to Waitrose.

Great overall. Just as you see on the pictures. Bathrooms are shared, but you share 2 bathrooms among 5 rooms or something like that so has never been a problem. The rooms facing the road are indeed a bit noisy, but nothing a pair of earplugs can't handle. You can ask to stay in a back facing room (but I think there aren't that many of them).

The rooms are really nice and newly decorated and modern. The kitchen and bathrooms are also really well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Only downside is that because the location is so super convenient you can hear the tube trains. So if you are a light sleeper you probably want to bring earplugs. Would definitely recommend this and stay here again.

Positive: Very nice and large room with perfect location. Cleaning every day. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and large bathroom. I've never found our bathroom busy during a whole week. Negative: A King size bed would be better for tall people. The electric kettle didn't work. Finally I can say I would come back again.

ㄧIt's right out of the station and feels very safe. (Although it is tiring to go up the stairs) There are restaurants and supermarkets next to it, and the rooms are well-equipped.

Not bad but the room smelt of smoke. I was offered another room but preferred to be on the first floor.

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL. I made TWO bookings at this property and this is what happened: They tried to take money several times from my account, claiming I had insufficient funds (this was not the case). The next day they took the money and cancelled the bookings themselves. I had no intention of cancelling my room although the booking included the option of of doing so until the day before. However, Smart Stay Swiss Cottage cancelled it themselves and kept the money. A month has passed and I have yet to receive a refund. It's been (and still is) a struggle. IF YOU WANT TO GET SWINDLED - THIS IS THE WAY TO GO.

The water temperature of shower is terrible. The water temperature is very hot, it’s impossible to use it for shower. And you cannot control the temperature. If you ask the stage for help, they will be very useless to tell you just let hot water into bath, then wait for the hot water temperature going down. They cannot help you any more. So, don’t wish have a shower here. It’s impossible.

Extremely nice rooms with every appliance you could ever need. Wonderful staff that go out of their way to help with your travels and make sure you are comfortable. Never ran into any problems or issues while staying for 3 nights. Close to the underground and many fun places to eat within a few minutes walk. 100% recommendation, definitely staying here next time I visit London. Cheers!
