Place was nice and big. Drinks are over priced and cocktails were weak. Food was okay but not really amazing (nachos were so bad) Oh and bouncers were super rude and aggressive for absolutely no reason

Poor service and questionable ID entry policy. Foreign IDs without bar codes not accepted. Really? Have a reasonable ID policy or, if you keep it unreasonable, make sure you it is clear and visible on your website, so people who just want to enjoy a night out dancing are not caught by this unpleasant surprise. Thanks for ruining our Friday night Salsa Temple. Updated answer in light of Owner's answer. I presented not one, but two IDs. A physical copy of national ID card with personal details and picture. Refused. I presented a full electronic copy of my passport on my phone (as passports, I was assured, were fine). Refused again. There's no whitewashing this one, sorry. Abuse of power. Nothing else.

Came here for a friend's birthday. They had reserved a table and so we had a section to ourselves. The atmosphere was amazing! Both sitting down and when we went down to join the dancing. The teacher is great with the crowd and the different ability levels. Highly recommend a visit here, I was pleasantly surprised by how much fun it was. If I could give 4.5 stars I would, I had to take a point off though for the staff member (in my video wiping the bar) who just pushed me aside to wipe the bar, and then continued to do it to people all the way down the bar. Not a word of excuse me or anything. Physically just pushed me out of the way. I still had a great evening, but just that one persons attitude needs addressing.

Went for the second time on a Saturday and absolutely enjoyed it. Staff were lovely and food was good for sharing (apart from the calamari looking more like mozzarella sticks haha). However, the Salsa class was great but would be better if the stage was a little higher so everyone could see the instructor. We had a lot of fun nonetheless :)

What a lovely experience. Delicious food and a lovely vibe. I come here regularly because its the best salsa club in London! So chilled, not pretentious and you actually get to partner dance if you choose to. Special shout out to Sirish - so attentive and friendly. Amazing waiter - he added to the experience.

I love this place. Great music, and fun for both people who can dance salsa and bachata and those who can't. I love going there on Saturdays. The people who go there are friendly people and the atmosphere is amazing. The only downside is the queue and the price for the cloakroom. The staff who work there are very slow, the queue is longer than the one at the bar, and they charge £2 per item + £2 any time you want to take something.

Booked Salsa! Temple for our Christmas party and it was loads of fun. We participated in the intro to salsa class and everyone in our party enjoyed it. Booked the Christmas buffet tapas package for food and everyone kept on coming back for more servings. Will definitely go to Salsa! again.

Enjoyed a great Saturday night here, celebrating a friend's birthday. Friendly crowd, security, great party vibes with live band and instructor-led group dancing after the classes. Entry price very good value (£5 before 9pm) and standard London price drinks. Bar service a bit slow at times; could do with setting up a separate cocktail mixing station so normal drinks can be served quicker. Loved the fact they have an accessible, well-lit drinking water station and no long queues for female WC's, which were also relatively clean/well stocked, despite being busy. Electronic dance venues/clubs could learn a thing or two from this place 😊.

Atmosphere is just awesome, specially for Latin dance lovers. It's a club so don't expect to be pure dancing socials. Food was alright, just average. Service needs alot of improvements, slow - lay backed - table Service for food but we need to get up to get water (super weird), alcohol I understand but you can atleast serve water when u serving food on a table. On that few waiters are super rude / other hand some are helpful and polite.

Really disappointed with the cocktails. Ordered two completely different ones just to be sure. Paid for them but didn't drink them as they were weak and not tasty, almost watery. I even asked the bartender if it was meant to be that way and he said yes :/

If you like dancing then Salsa Temple is always a good night. Weekday evenings have lessons everyday, great for everyone from beginners up to advanced in Salsa, Bachata, kizomba and Zouk depending on which night you visit. Weekends have a free "class" which is fun but don't expect to learn how to salsa from it, it's more like a warmup/icebreaker.

It was really such an amazing atmosphere and experience in Salsa Temple. We had so much fun and with happy hour for such little money. I can’t believe the entrance was free and the dancing instructor was very talented. Very hard-working people, 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I had a bad experience with food, ordered a few things they didn't even arrive to our table. We had to wait for the food more than 45min. But the dancing environment was good👍

This is a good place to come and dance. Tuesday through Thursday they have dance teachers come in and a nice social dance environment. I especially liked the Dominican Bachata lessons and dancing on a Thursday evening; one of the teachers there had an inspirational playfulness with the rhythms. I also came on a Saturday, and that's much more like a nightclub and less like a social dance. But even then they played enough salsa and bachata that I got by. And it's a nice space.

We had a birthday booked for more than 8 persons the last 17 February and the experience regarding with the music and service was good but we had two issues : They didn't allow choose the table and they lost some gifts that our guests leave in the reception because they didn't allow bring them inside. The next day we went to ask and they don't give any explanation about it. I'm trying to call and nobody help about that until now two days after.

Salsa temple is truly a place to visit at least once! It is vibrant and pretty affordable too! Marco shined the brightest out of all the bartenders in a bar he was lively, hospitable and professional at all times. Cocktails were wonderful and the food is just yummy !

We enjoyed a wonderful Sunday evening at Salsa. The food was beautifully cooked, very well presented and tickled the taste buds! The staff were very friendly, well mannered and professional. One of our party has a nut allergy, and checking to reassure us of the dish ingredients was dealt with in a serious and professional way. The venue is superb. It's very clean, superbly designed and music pitched at just the right volume. The atmosphere was very warm and friendly. Excellent drink selection. Loved the mix of new and old Cuban tunes. We had a fantastic night - thank you so much. Next time we're in London we will try to visit again. Thoroughly recommended.

Enjoyed the free salsa intro class on Monday. The vibes are nice and staff are friendly. The cocktails were tasty, but very weak. Happy Hour is also UP TO 50% off and there is no clear indication of what reduction you will get. Slightly confusing

I've enjoyed my experience at this place, the service is great and especially enjoyed talking with the people around me. One particular person named Anaswar, he was a great person to interact with and had the "chill" vibes around him. I would definitely make a visit again.

Another from the disgruntled birthday group. My friend had made a booking which we arrived perfectly in time for. After waiting some time in the queue we were told we weren't coming in because we'd been on a boat party (????) and were too drunk. We had a celebratory drink at home before setting off but as we were excited and nervous to salsa did not want to over do it. The manager insisted we were drunk and said "you admitted to having drinks before arriving". Yes... It's a Friday night in London. Leaving two stars instead of one as the bouncer did concede that we had not been on a boat but despite this would still not let us in.

Absolutely awful treatment of our party by the manager. Claimed we were intoxicated and had come off a boat party which was absolutely not true and we proved it with our Uber receipts. Terrible way to treat a group which had booked a paid for a space for a birthday. Would definitely not recommend and would never go back.

The nightclub itself was very well lit for us deaf as we could see each other for communication. But the food was wayyy rip off for we paid 30 for 7/8 tiny pieces of chicken while the rest was peppers etc maybe worth a pound at the most!! Churros was the highlight of the whole meal! Music was good selection. bathroom clean!
