The restaurant is attached to the club venue and is situated above it. Needless to say, there is no ambience it feels very much like you are in a club, and you can hear the noise/music and you bump into the not-so-sober-patrons as you move about. I suppose it would have been fine, had I been aware of this, but their website sells the idea of "restaurant establishment" especially on apps like OpenTable, so it influenced my expectations. Food was okay, nothing spectacular; the vegetarian options were a choice of three small plates, no proper mains. I'd give it a miss if you are looking for a proper restaurant experience, if you are looking for a place to grab a quick bite before a night out in the club then this could be a choice.

One of the worst meals I've had in a very long time. They have associated with Rack City and they are (trying) serving their food. The day we visited the menu was reduced to only 3 items. We ordered all 3 of them. After a long wait we got the chicken wings which were excellent. The sauce was amazing. This made us believe we were going to have a great meal. We could not have been more wrong. We waited for a long time. No food. They told us they were having problems because there was a big group on another floor and they could not cope with it (I went upstairs and there were no more than 15 people). Eventually we got 1 rack of ribs (of the 2 we had ordered). They were tough. Not tender at all. Meat was not falling off the bone. When we mentioned this the answer was "this is the way our chef likes them". The ribs were supposed to come with hash browns and cole slaw. None of them made it to the table. We were told the 2nd rack was coming soon. We waited and waited. The chef came to talk to us to say he could only give us half a rack and that it was going to be on the house. We kept waiting. Eventually we go the half rack, again dry and again with no hash browns or cole slaw. The 3rd dish we ordered was brisket loaded fries. Once again we had to wait, different staff kept giving us different excuses contradicting each other. Eventually we got the fries which were room temperature and the brisket was fridge cold. We sent them back immediately. More waiting. More excuses. More lies. The chef came back to talk to us. He blamed someone else in the kitchen for sending us cold fries. Nobody assumed any mistake. They were only serving 3 dishes and they could not cope with that. It was a disaster. Don't want to imagine what's going to happen if they ever attempt to serve the whole menu. Of course we refused to pay for the food

First time leaving a review for anything but hopefully this will save someone else the potential future hassle I'm currently experiencing. I was told I had to put down £125 deposit to book a table, which would be refunded to me following confirmation of arrival at the venue. 1 week after attending the venue I followed up on the refund as I still hadn't received it. I was informed that the refund was being processed (4 Sept) and would be with me shortly. Cut to nearly 10 weeks later (yes, 10 weeks - 12 Nov) and still no refund. Any time I've spoken with someone previously they mentioned that they were "looking into it"...but still no refund. And any time I try to call now, no one answers. I've left voice messages asking them to contact me with an update, no response. I've tried to remain understanding of the circumstances and any possible reasons for the delay but this is ridiculous now. The extended delay indicates that they had no intention of refunding my money and I encourage anyone not to bother with this place unless you want to waste your time, money and energy. Scam.

Went to watch the love island final and paid for a ticket with drinks included for a “roof top experience”. When we arrived clearly no planning had gone into the event and we where in a room which definitely was not on a rooftop. No drinks where given and the screens where not working. So half by half past 9, people where walking out, and the manager was on the phone speaking to a colleague telling them he had forgotten that an extra 40 people where coming. We where not offered any drinks as compensation or even the drinks we had paid for. We asked the staff if we would be refunded for the tickets we did not get the service we paid for with and they just shrugged. We travelled from out of london and incurred costs to get there and then had to return home very disappointed. We have been ignored when trying to resolve the matter and they are still posting on their social media accounts. Clearly customer service is not a priority.

Soho Zebrano is a special funky place, cocktail 🍸 🍹 bar, or a youngsters pub in the very heart of Soho. A couple of years ago we, a group of students, had a Halloween 🎃 celebration which was quite memorable, as the place was done up in Halloween style and full of colourful crazy people celebrating Halloween night. The places serves wide selection of cool alcoholic and soft drinks.

Great fun for an afternoon out, the bottomless Bellinis were free flowing, the happy hour cocktails good quality and well made. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The entertainment excellent.. The afternoon tea was really not good but you're not really going for that...so still 5 stars 😊

Wednesday 29 June night I visited with my friends. Inside the venue, near the bar and around 1am, someone stole my wallet from my handbag, I quickly noticed it was missing I searched around and I then found my wallet on the floor, but all of the cash was missing (£125). I told the door staff but they said they could not help and I had to contact the police, but I didn’t know what do, I just left and went home. I didn’t know this could happen and I’m still shocked. So be careful that thieves can operate inside of venues, even when the entry is controlled by door staff, checking IDs and charging an entry fee.

One of the best vegan pizzas you can get in London. Kudos to the head chef for offering vegan options on the menu that also taste bomb.

Went here with my best-friend the other day, the music was so good, almost like they knew what we wanted to hear, good atmosphere, great management, kind and caring staff. Oli, was so kind and respectful to us too, I can see she knows what she’s doing and is professional. Come to this club. No other club can beat this club at all.

Oli, the manager of the club has made this club my favourite club of all time and she’s really pretty, good staff, service is excellent. Make sure you come here and bring your friends too. The other places are boring and don’t have good music, but this club is spectacular and the place in London to be at !! You’ll really experience the night life they rave about coming here.

Giving an excellent rating! Ive been coming back to the place. The cocktails are amazing and make the night out definitely much more fun! Met the head chef Geri who makes sure the food remains constantly delicious. Highly recommend this place.

Rack city ribs! So delicious! Unfortunately the mac n cheese was a little dry, I saw others come out much better so maybe a bad batch but had the full platter for 2 with some 2 4 1 cocktails and was absolutely amazing! Hopefully the mac n cheese will be better next time

Went with my family which was a group of 11. Even if they were short of staff, we were made to feel comfortable at all times. Drinks came very quickly but the food was a bit more wait due to the size of the party. When the food did come though, it was definitely worth the wait. Everything was fresh! Fries were crunchy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. I had a full rack of ribs, it was the best, melt in your mouth and fingerlicking rack I've ever had. 5 stars for an amazing experience.

Came later in the evening so can’t comment on the food, but very impressed. Doorstaff were firm, but polite and friendly. The DJ played a great mix of tracks and the wait at the bars was never too long. Drink prices were standard for Soho but there’s a great choice!

Food could be more appealing than what was on offer, very dull egg mayonnaise, ham and mustard on white bread, frozen Bakewell tart Be more imaginative! The service was ok, drag acts were good however the music needs to be more versatile to meet all genres

This was on Saturday 10th. Came here to celebrate a birthday, around 40 of us and had the VIP basement booked. A couple of our friends were not allowed back in by the security guard at the exit. A few had just gone out for a smoke break. We had to make the decision to not leave anyone outside and all left. We were in there for around 30 minutes. The night was cut short. Bad experience overall since half of us had travelled for this event from outside London and made over a 2 hour trip. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially if you're wanting to secure a good night out. There are lots of other clubs for big groups that is a safer guarantee to be let back in. Especially as I can see form previous reviews, that others have had a similar experience.

Had a really great night here! With the different terraces and floors to choose from (including a fully heated roof terrace and a basement bar) we could drink, dance and have a much needed sit down after all our dancing!

I’ve been here hundreds of times. Love it and always have. I know most of the staff who are all friendly and chatty. The service is good and the place looks great. They have great deals for happy hour on food and drink and it’s got a great vibe to it. Whether your going on a date or having a drink with mates it’s a great place to go. Got a lot of TVs too and the place isn’t massive but a good size. The food is tasty and the cocktails are delicious. Had so many great nights here. Highly recommend

I brought a group of friends here for their 30ths for a drag brunchette which seemed to have good reviews on design my night. The first issue I had was getting in touch to tell the venue of dietary requirements, since one of us is a veggie. I contacted twice via email, got no response, and then finally got through to someone via instagram the day before. When we got there the dietary requirement hadn’t been noted and I had to flag down a few people to let them know. The next issue was that there was most definitely a bottom to the bottomless brunch. No one came over to our table for the first 20 mins to give us drinks. Throughout the whole brunch we got two mimosas. When we asked for more we were told no, and eventually a bar tender came over with a single mimosa - presumably for us to share? 😅 One drag queen also made a comment to my friend which intended as a joke, but wasn’t funny, and in fact was pretty rude. But the piece de resistance was the “Veggie” option which included thin white bread and 2 slices of cucumber (no butter), and cheese and pickle sandwiches which were so stingy in their fillings that the pickle literally only lined the entrance of the sandwich (photo for evidence) - you have to laugh 😂 such a dire offering - and each brunch cost approx £50 per head! Honestly people please avoid!

My two friends and I had a lovely time here on Saturday night! Ahmed was especially welcoming and cheered up our evening by allowing us free entry! This really brightened up our night as three very disappointed Irish girls after the rugby match. We had a great night thanks to Ahmed and hopefully will be back next time around when Ireland actually wins the Rugby World Cup to celebrate 😊🎉🍾

We had a really tricky experience tonight. I was with a group of friends and one guy kept bothering one of us. We told the management what happened and they handled it in the best way possible. Security at the door and blonde manager handled the situation and made us feel like London night life can be safe again. THANK YOU for actually protecting us.

Me and a friend went there two nights in a row. We had much fun! Good employees! Everyone was kind with us! Good music, good alcohol, not too expensive... We felt good there! I recmend!

Great place! Good ambience, staff are polite and attentive with good knowledge of the products. Security are tight but polite and good tunes and decor. Definitely going back when I am back in the area.

Went to watch the rugby as it was convenient for Patara Thai Restaurant 2 doors a long. Fantastic option big screen on the top floor with comfy sofas. Regular waiters and waitresses popping over to take drinks. Drag act going on downstairs looked like everyone was enjoying themselves and really good dj on another level.

Outstanding place to find a drink. I love the layout and the various dancing rooms aswell as the rooftop area. The online orders were good as you can order drinks and have lovely bartenders and waitresses bring it over. The bar staff were friendly and I enjoyed the happy hour as I got my favourite drinks for half price. Later on it was fun to dance to music and they had a great playlist.

Nice venue, really good music, good size of space for dancing as well, staff was nice and professional and we enjoyed ourselves. The only thing was the volume which we thought was a bit too high for the size of the space and amount of people. But otherwise a good experience :) We'll probably be back.

Paid £10 to get into the venue as we got there around 11/12 at night as we stumbled upon this place whilst in soho. Music was really good and they had a downstairs as well so overall a good night but the drinks were quite expensive but it’s expected in central london. Would definitely recommend this place

So so so bad. The staff were rude and took ages to get our order because their online booking system was apparently experiencing issues. Had to chase up for food order too. If we hadn’t asked them about our order they would have never brought it to us. 😤🤬😤😡

Went for the Drag afternoon tea. We were crammed into a corner on a shared table of 6 where we were practically touching the bar and couldn’t move. We had also noted our dietary requirements at least a month in advance, with email confirmation of our request, yet, on the day, they gave our food away to another table who HAD NOT specifically requested the veggie option and tried giving us the normal option. We asked for the veggie, as requested a month beforehand, and were made to wait a further 40 minutes for our food. It was extremely awkward as everyone else was eating at the time and we were just sitting there hungry without any explanation too. We had to ask where the food was 5x and were told ‘yeah I know you don’t have your food’ as if asking was an inconvenience, before it finally arrived. We were offered a free cocktail but the damage was already done at that point. Poor organisation skills, poor communication skills. Drag queens were great but venue itself is bad.

In the heart of Soho, spread over two floors with terrace and football lounge if you arrive before 10pm. Three bars, prices vary, coctail of the month is around £5. two different dj: one upstairs and one downstairs on main dance floor. Music is fantastic, mix of old school with contemporary, promise you, you will shake it on the dance floor. Go and try it.

Great atmosphere, prices surprisingly low (5£ for a beer), although I had to pay 15£ for the entry. Would've given 4 stars if they didn't kick me out for no reason.

You can’t beat 2for1 happy hour prices on cocktails. A nice place to start the evening off. The staff here are amazing.

We had a great time, my friend came from the USA and we all met here, we had our space in the retro area and the Waitress and Waiters never forgot us even though we were downstairs. Music is brilliant, I would definitely book this bar again for a night out. Shannon was really helpful when I was trying to book numbers that kept changing which made the organizing a nice experience for me.

Amazing pub / club quality staff super friendly security and management they are there to help everyone enjoy a great night. Totally trustable. Left my coat on England game 1 month later it was still there that made my Xmas thanks you Soho zebrano looking forward to more visits in 2023. :D.

Truly one of my favourite venues in Soho -- we have a brilliant night every time! There's always great music on and different floors that cater to whatever vibe you're in (and cheap drinks!). The staff and security are so lovely too, always keeping an eye out and making sure you're okay

Security kicked some of us out after we booked the VIP room and wouldn't let us back in. We were only there for 30 minutes as well! Ended our bar crawl on a bad note. We had a good time while we were there which is a shame. Security really needs to be better
