Good To Go

Cafe Vegetarian cafe and deli

👍👍 Friendly staff and good food! It’s hard to find a vegan cafe that’s both affordable and healthy in London. This place serves reliably filling food and has very friendly staff I visit whenever I forget to bring my own lunch to work. People often mention coffee, good, great, vegan,

Cosy little café/takeaway, with a good selection of sandwiches, toasties, salads and "hot boxes". I had the bean chilli hot box which came with tortillas, brown rice, guacamole and oat crème fraiche. It was generously portioned, and good value, especially for London. Good coffee too and friendly staff

Good to Go is a good alternative for plant based food in the Old Street area. There are two large outdoor tables which provide a good eat-in option. The menu is fairly simple - coffee, tea, baked goods, bowls, bagels and wraps. My recommendation is to go for one of the three hot bowls - chilli bean, curry or jackfruit - which are freshly cooked and go for £6.10. The serving size is relatively small but it is enough if you are not too hungry. My only area for improvement would be in the seasoning and dressing of the hot bowls. Offering customers extra dressing (at a cost) like a vegan aioli would be great given the bowls are somewhat light on seasoning. The service is fast and efficient although it can get busy at peak lunch time. While I have not had their coffee their promotion of £2 is good value for money.

I’ve been a couple of times now and will be making it a regular lunch spot. Unusually great variety for vegans, hot and cold. I had a curry last time and a creamy mushroom pasta today. And a v. yummy chocolate brownie 😋 Reasonable prices for the Old Street area also. Not to mention the friendly staff ☺️

My fave cafe! Discovered them in the Old St subway back when they were just a pop-up! Thank you for the best coffee and treats to go!!

Great little spot recessed from the noise of Old Street roundabout. Tommy's a great guy and a die hard vegan! Saying that, I'm definitely no vegan but their food is excellent! Wish my office was above them!
