we have the worst experience of our lives, we weren’t able to breathe in the room, our heads were so hot just staying in the bed, we felt sick. if we sleep outside in the street we were able to sleep better, they have no fan, and the window was open when we came and it rained and the carpet was wet, they only offer some towels to put on top. we left the place at midnight the first day and go searching for another place to sleep. It was not worth the u$90 per night we pay. Al what is said in recent comments it’s true. Don’t I go there by any chance.

Honestly would not recommend this hotel. I will start by saying that the rooms were spotless and I can't fault the cleanliness. We had booked a quadruple room (2 double beds) because we needed to be near St Pancras for a very early train. Our priority was just a clean budget friendly room near the station so we didn't have need for much, just a comfy bed for some sleep. Honestly the furniture was so tired, and the beds so uncomfortable none of us were able to sleep. Any gentle movement and the bed creaked and rolled and dipped, the mattresses and pillows were very thin and uncomfortable, and we would not recommend staying here as we were physically unable to sleep in the beds.

The most filthy place ever, overpriced (50 pounds) for a night, marks all over the walls, 1 bedsheet to sleep under on a cold night in London when there was hail. Clogged shower drain so couldn't shower because it was stuck with the previous person hair under - AVOID. Better to sleep on a park bench. There was a young female child working at the reception which must be violating labour laws. No way to get into the front door until you are already inside by either waiting for someone to come out or go in, no one picked up the numbers they've listed.

All the reviews are 100% accurate. Do not stay in this place as they shouldn’t be able to charge for dirty, smelly, mouldy rooms that are worth no more than £5. We stayed here for a cheap place to stay but this place is NOT worth it. Entered the room that stunk of cigarettes. Bed had been used that much we was sleeping on the bare springs that was stabbing and poking us in every angle of our body. Dust and cob webs under the bed and in every corner of the box size room. Mould all over the windowsill. Very small tight room with no room to move or breathe. Hairs all over the bed sheets. Paint coming off the walls and marks and stains alongside it. Customer service was very poor. The sound of the underground rumbled the room every 2 minutes. Would not recommend!!!!

I'll be honest I wasn't holding up much hope for this one . But was pleasantly surprised . For me it's somewhere to sleep and leave my bags if you're looking for 5 stars this isn't the place for you if you want somewhere to sleep and shower at a good price then it is . Can't check in till after 3 and they mean that lol wouldn't let us leaves bags which is unsaul but no problems once in. Good size bath room the corridors are slim but would I stay there again yes .

It's central location cannot compensate the accomodation itself. Tight entrance with ceilings below head level. The room looked as it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. The showers condition made it unusable and the sink was dirty as well. I tried hard to sleep, but noise from the street goes through the walls as if they didn't exist. On top of all that, you can hear the humming underground train every 10 minutes. Awful experience.

I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. The window was broken and cold air from the outside was coming in. The heating was not working. I requested an extra blanket but apparently they didn't have any, they only gave me one more sheet, hence I slept with my coat on. In the bathroom the sink was no draining and the toilet smelled like urine. I reported these problems and they informed me that they were not aware of them, and that at the moment they could not be solved. It was very dissapointing. Horrible experience.

Location not very attractive. Rooms extremely small, smelly and full of spots. Mattress was very thin you were sleeping on the frames and springs. Bed sheets were filthy with dust and black spots. Shower was small and leaking. After flushing the toilet there was a disgusting smell.

When we arrived to check-in it took ages for the receptionist show up. There was a number that we were supposed to call to do the check-in in case there was no one at the reception, but when you rang it was unavailable. At the end we waited for about 20 min. The room is bad, the carpet was wet and the bed is very dodgy and wobbly. I know it's a cheap stay, but wasn't expecting to be that bad.

Filthy rooms with chewing gum stuck along the window sill. Cracked window pane, very drafty and noisy. We were given a code to get in after reception closes but when we returned, the door wasn't locked (lock was broken) so it did not feel safe! Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on and to top it off, the TV didn't work!

One star is to much for this place UGLY, DIRTY rooms! The water is falling down from the ceiling. Contact with the manager is not possible, change the room too. The receptionist laughs in your face that there is nothing she can do! It’s DISGUSTING place !

Worst experience ever. Am surprised how this property is working in London. Pathetic, broken bed smelly environment hardly 7 feet compartment offered as double room. That place make me feel sick. Its look like I was at train station. Poor quality .

I don't want to just rag on this place, it's kind of a hostel but you get your own room. If you just need a place to crash near the train station, it's perfect. It had everything I needed. Did I feel like the protagonist at the beginning of the movie? Absolutely. It's little, you can hear/feel the trains go by and the tight maze-like hallways are slightly claustrophobic.

When I booked a room in this hotel, I did not expect much but I wasn't aware how much low it can go: Room was mouldy, very old matrass, very small room, very noise due single glass window. I highly do not recommend this place. It is nor worth the money even is it cheap.

This place is a scam! Do not stay here. We were first taken to the "room" we paid for, but it was half the size of the room advertised. We literally couldn't fit our suitcase in the room. Also the bed was very broken. We made a complaint and the staff member seemed fairly helpful, but we were then given a room on ground floor with no security and another broken bed. These people should not be allowed to stay open until they spend money on fixing their terrible accommodation.

I stayed for two nights. The first night I had a room and the light wasn't able to turn off. I slept with a bright light on. I wasn't able to call the front desk because the FD staff has left at 23.00. The next day I complained to the FD staff. I left my key to the FD. Unfortunately, seems the staff didn't check the room before they give to the new room. I took my luggage and moved to another room. I had a room with no heater on. There wasn't a panel or a temperature control for heater. I slept in freezing cold that night. I wasn't able to complain because FD staff must have left.

We had the basement room, overall, there are a couple things that could be improved but we had a great stay. You are able to hear the train passing by, but our group personally liked it, but we are all heavy sleepers. There is was a fairly large crack in the ceiling, but it didn’t affect us whatsoever. The room was a bit dirty, and there were a few small ants that we found (most likely came in from the window). The fire escape window besides us gave a nice added touch as not many rooms offer you something like that, and we were able to come and go from there without having to go all the way through the hotel.

It was not that bad! we had a lovely sejour in this hotel. The price was very affordable, and I was afraid about the other reviews here.. But clearly it was ok ! No ants ! Shower is working perfectly ! The team was nice and brought us as many towel as we needed. Yes, the room is quite small, and the bed is not the best, but we slept correctly nonetheless! There is indeed the train passing by under the window, but it was ok, not too much of sounds, and at night there is less trains. We were able to sleep with no noise issues ! For the price, it is clearly an ok place to stay, of course it is not luxury but it is very affordable and if you are in a small budget you should clearly give it a go !

From the very first sight I just didn't like it. Very very small room. Location maybe good, for me tourist could be better though. Beds very uncomfortable. Not really clean. The staff probably tried to help but it was hard to communicate. No towels, no gel, soup or toilet paper. A lot of noises from the station. Definitely not recommend, luckily we were there only one night.

The only good thing I could say about this place is walking distance from the stations , welcoming staff, clean bedding, towels and reasonable clean bathroom. The rest is less then disappointment. The wall and floor are damp. There is even visible mushrooms growing on the wall. I had better accommodations provided by the hostels. So provider Hamad should do something to fix it before he charge £100’s for the triple room in the basement again. As such accommodation could cause massive damage to customer health and not even mentioning the damage to building and his business.

The "Daisy Hovel" would be far better description of this establishment, rather than a "hotel", which would surely great offence to those establishments genuinely befitting of this. Greeted by an amateurish and passive-aggressive sign on the door advising that no late check-ins would be accepted. Fortunately we made our arrival well in advance of the cut-off, however, unsuspecting guests may fall foul of this. The bed sheet fitted 80% of the mattress and there was a large dent on one side of the bed, the other side facing the wall and window overlooking the road (which had a large crack). It was clear that DIY had been undertaken, due to the number of wooden supports that had been nailed to the frame of the bed. The proprietors would be better advised to invest in a new bed. Quite frankly sleeping in a laundrette or car wash would offer a more peaceful nights sleep. Sound-proofing proved to be an issue, both from external noise emanating from the railway, road and refuse collection and noise within the building, by the way of particularly amorous and rampant neighbours. Whilst the latter is not the fault of the proprietors (and I do hope the neighbours had a pleasurable evening, and were not sharing with bed bugs) I would expect some form of sound-proofing in such an establishment. The room was filthy, with empty crisp packets and wine bottles under the bed and scuff marks were abundant on the walls. In addition the lack of amenities was shambolic. Whilst I would not expect a selection of miniatures in this establishment, I would at least expect hand sanitiser and toilet roll to be provided. In Covid Times, this is simply unacceptable. The tea/coffee selection was presented in an ice-cream box which was particularly underwhelming. The positioning of the small television in comparison to the bed made little sense, unless the room was regularly frequented by Giraffe's with longer necks than the average person. Whilst I did not have any direct interactions with the staff, it is safe to say that communication was an issue and they appeared pre-occupied with companions of their own. A planned two nights stay very quickly became one! Whilst the price is low, the quality and lack of cleanliness is unacceptable compared to other venues.

This is the worse hotel I have every stayed in. Filthy, bedding had not been changed, sides not wiped down, toliet was very dirty. I know its a budget hotel but with covid you expect it to at least be sanitary. Never again!

The rooms look like they’re on a budget that isn’t that high but the price for that is way to expensive. The rooms are small, dirty and some things are broken like the bathroom floor and the window. The cold goes through the window even if it‘s closed.

wouldn’t recommend staying here, was on the top floor WiFi wouldn’t work and when asked they got all angry about it, dirty smell on the ground floor near the office, staff ignoring you when you ask for help with something mouse traps everywhere, dirty bedding, dirty smell even in the rooms tiny bathroom with a shower hard to move around in, very noisy need earplugs to sleep at night, upon arrival stuck outside for ages before being let in I wouldn’t even pay £10 to stay here

For what I paid I got quite a lot. For a triple room £33 a night in London has to be a bargain. And for the price it was. You hear the train often and beds not to comfortable. But a bargain if on a limited budget.

NOT RECOMENDABLE AT ALL! DO NOT TRUST AT ALL! We booked two rooms for Daisy Hotel one month in advance through Booking. The same afternoon we were going to check-in the hotel, they cancel the booking and did not allow us to book any other room, when our room was still available. Two hours before the check in we had to book another one in a hurry!

I am not sure if this place can actually be called a hotel. We had the worst experience anyone can ever imagine there: Upon arrival, the room had mould around and temperature was very cold, apparently, the heating was not working, they provided an electric fan instead but none of the power sockets were working, and to make things worse, there was no hot water so couldn’t take Shower! I couldn’t stay in the room as temperature outside was minus and room was getting cold esp as it was at the top floor! I also couldn’t charge my phone so my phone battery was flat and I had to ask to charge my phone at reception. Yes it was this bad!! As if this was not bad enough, on complaining to the "reception", the lady was not helpful at all, she said that they do not have any other rooms available and that i only have the option of leaving if I wasn’t happy despite being very late at night. When asked for cancellation and refund so that I could book in another hotel the lady refused to even send an email at first to confirm cancelation. Until this date the hotel haven’t processed a refund for the whole week I booked with them despite what happened and the fact that I didn’t stay. The hotel have ignored our emails and there was absolutely no way to speak to their "managers" A cheap hostel is a billion times better than this place, avoid it at all costs as your own health and safety are at risk, it shouldn't be allowed to operate as it poses a serious risk to people’s lives.

Hey Everyone! Visited Daisy Hotel Recently which is situated near Kings Cross Station. Overall this place serves cheap rooms to rent so we cant expect more comfort although staff is friendly and helpful. Looking for cheaper hotel in central london then this place is good to go for ❤️‍🔥

Great location, private bathroom, cheap. Good place to stay over night. I appreciate coffee kettle, a wardrobe would be good, anyway for this price it’s a good place to stay.

At the arrival I had to wait for 30min by the door because there was nobody there. After one guy came open the door ask for my documents and showed me a number on the wall and said, call only in real emergency. For 14 days the room was not cleaned once. NOT EVEN ONCE. Luckily my boyfriend and I are organized. We found a closet where we took fresh towels and linens. The bathroom I had to clean with my shampoo. I was very very very disappointed with the service. The room is very noisy but the location is great

Unfortunately we can note zero but it would be worth it.This place is a totaly slum. Our worst experience on an hotel : - weird staff doesn't look like real professional - outside area looks like hauted house, information on old paper and hand written with no care taken at all - we were on the room just behind the front desk, this desk has litteralty been made from the room - we can clearly hear the desk men, the street, the other room which is in front and the room on the top - front door is not locked during night so no security at all - no cleaning, wall are dirty with fingers prints, carpet is full of dirt, hair in the bed, we cleaned the bathroom by ourselves and the towel with sanitiser and tissu and it went dark - kettle useless because of old tea bags which look taken from another place, only one glass full of dirt - bed was old and approximatively fixed with wood pices, we could not mooved on it at all - almost no light on the bathroom, shower can't be close, not enough paper toilet, we found the soap of a previous customer

I stayed in here on 31.12.2023 . Had I have read the reviews before I went I would never have booked!! All these reviews saying that it is unsafe , filthy , mouldy , risk to health are true plus it is a massive fire hazard !!! I have reported this place to health and safety , trading g standards and also to the local MP . No one is safe staying in it !!! It is creepy , sinister and dangerous and the owner is robbing innocent people who are booking in good faith to stay here
