So DIRTY. Cups and tea cups have food on them. The room door lock is broken. Everything has that dirt is more than a week thick. Host is rude on arrival. Room is cold and dusty. Bed sheets are stained. Sink in the room doesn't work.

It is a super budget hotel, so don't expect too much. The rooms and bathrooms are very old, but everything was fairly clean. Amazing location for the price. Good for a quick stopover or if you don't plan to spend much time in your room. Bring sandals for the shared showers. There was hot water.

If you are looking for a romantic gateway, then this is not the place. If you are gonna be out like 90% and only stay for sleep, then this is the place. It's cheap and the place looks like it. The only modern thing here was the bathrooms, which had been done up lovely. Clean and tidy, too. My room was small, smaller than a prison, but it was clean. Did have a TV, but didn't work. The skin needs to be replaced. The room does need upgrading, but as I was only sleeping there, it did the purpose, so it was OK. I had no ensuit, but a shared bathroom. The stairs are narrow. No free breakfast. It's a 10 minute walk from the train station and from China Town so the location was fantastic

DON'T GO THERE!!!!! The owner is very impolite, rude, arrogant, and overall a very unpleasent person. Pictures DO NOT represent reality, It feels like a scam. The day of my check out he walked -in in my room and told me ti "get out". He shouted at me thinking that It was supposed top be someone else instead of me in the room. Room was dirty too.

Place is dirty,needs upgrading. Bed mattress was rubbish.Felt you were gonna fall out when you moved. Water in bedroom sink,just spat out Shared bathroom had urine round the bowl. Says it has complimentary snacks. We had nothing.

NEVER GO THERE. The place is dusty. The window was dirty and broken, the room was not cleaned before our arrival. The pictures on Booking are so different than what we had that I'd say it's a scam.

The rooms are really small and old fashioned. Although the bed and the shared toilet were quite clean, the rest of the venue is haunting. My room smelled awful, the curtains were completely dirty, the tap in the room seemed to be closed for the previous 10 years... Oh Gosh, don't go to this place. The guy who welcomed me was completely disrespectful and not friendly at all. There is no breakfast included. The doors rumble and slam every time they open/close. The only good thing is the location. It's 10 minutes walking to King's Cross Station. The street at night has little light and is a bit scary if you go alone.

No good for young children. The host was extremely rude and unhelpful. We checked out after 5 mins and re booked another hotel round the corner. Willing to loose all of our money for this room and book another hotel just to not ruin our holiday. Wouldn't stay here again if you paid me.

Old hotel, centrally located right is central London. Surrounded by nice eateries. Rooms are old and outdated. Stairs are too steep. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. Washrooms are actually nice and updated. Manager was kind.

Dismissive and unwelcoming staff upon arrival, we stayed in room 2 which looked completely different to photos online. No lock so had to push a table against our door overnight. Shared bathroom felt quite unwelcoming but the bed was comfy enough. Fairly decent location but would not stay again

The hotel interior is a little tired and in need of a bit of tlc. My room was adequate. It could've done with a hoovering behind the furniture and a dusting. (Building next door is being renovated) However, the bed was very clean and made up with fresh bedding and I slept well despite the single glazing being unable to block the noise from outside. The shared bathroom was immaculate. Ahmed (I apologise if I have misspelt his name) was very helpful with information about local eateries and directions to various places. I felt he was happy to help guests with their requests, ordering taxis, etc. I would stay there again.

The room was okay. There are only 2 outlets for charging or other, and they mounted on the wall at the floor. If one is okay with walking, it is in a good location from transportation hubs, parks, eateries, etc.

So when I tried to check in around 2 pm, there was nobody- no service. There is no front desk, you just ring a bell and hope someone opens the door, which they didn’t. I had to pay money to store my bags bc no one was there. Later in the evening the door was open, but I had to go searching for someone to help me. There is a manager in the basement who gave me a key but when I tried to ask about why no one was there earlier, he didn’t seem to understand my English. My room is super hot. I think the radiator is broken in high. I can open the window but then I hear all the noise outside. I tried to find someone to help… but again, no service. This place is a dump. Small rooms. No private bathroom. Furnishings are tacky and look like they came from a thrift store. I wish I was staying somewhere else. I should have checked more carefully before I booked. The location is good.

Owner very nice and helpful, tries to do his best to accommodate you. Place could do with some renovation but it’s still a good value for the price you pay considering the area. Very convenient location - just by the Euston station and Russel square underground station.

This experience teaches me to find a better hotel with international brands next time. The bed makes lots of noise during my movement on it.

I'm sorry but the receptionist was a little rude over the phone. Also that mattress was dreadful. It will do if your desperate. The area is really nice.

This hotel is good for "roughing it" one night. You can't have a shower there, there's no hot water so couldn't stay longer. Definitely need a sense of humour to stay there.

One of the worst worst worst hotel to stay in UK. Please don't take risk in getting into it. We boarded on Friday night to stay for 2 nights and at the moment we entered room, we immediately checked out. Wasted all the money. No refund too. Please do not pick this hotel at anytime untill they improve their quality. My rating is ZZZEEERRRROOOOOOO

Booked a double room and when we arrived we were put in a room with 3 single beds & was told we can put the 2 single beds together🙄definitely laughable🤣🤣the chairs in the room were so dirty that you would think someone died in them😳won't be staying again that's for sure, place needs renovation🤨

Where should i start: the rooms and the bathrooms are moldy, the curtains are torn and ashy, the dude giving us only the keys did barely speak english and said the uncleaned room wasnt his problem. When we saw the empty pizza box from the previus visitors, we left. Dont go there. Ive seen a lot, but this ashtray of a "hotel" isnt good enough for any living beeing.
