CAUTION!!! There are BEDBUGS all over the place. They are cleaning the corridors with chlorine (of course to get rid off them, but it aint helping). I didn’t read the booking evaluations before, but since September 2022 people are complaining about bedbugs. The manager lied to me, telling that these bugs were probably from the guest before we came. He didn’t try to help or to satisfy me. He also didn’t reply to my invoice which will be charged for the cleaning of my clothes. Don’t stay here, unless you wanna get in touch with PARASITES. Also the building is pretty much come down. The walls aren’t clean, the house desires a renovation. And if that’s not enough, then there is limescale everywhere or generally you get the feeling that the apartments are so filthy. Completely uncomfortable.

The room was ok. As just a place to sleep its acceptable. Tiny, but fine. Its clean. Aircon didnt work. Just hot air. Windows can open, but youre steps away from a couple of clubs that are open late. The in-room shower was a new experience. Just a see through stall in the corner of the room. As much as I love my partner, I dont need a crowd as I'm cleaning my buttcheeks. I get it spacewise, but I would have preferred frosted glass.

It was okay. Even though the room was clean, everything felt a bit grubby and worn. Bed was nice. We had room 2 and the shower was in the room, which was a bit weird, but fine for a couple like us. We had to descend three floors to get to our toilet. Also, fine for us because we are physically fit, but I can imagine it's an unpleasant surprise if you for any reason have trouble climbing a lot of stairs. Location is near Monument, so great for exploring the city. All in all an okay stay, but I wouldn't have wanted to spent more than two nights here.

Great place. The rooms are small. But the refrigerator is stocked with with Coke and water and it's clean. It's in a great location - walking distance to the Tower of London.

We stayed in the deluxe room for up-to 4 people. The room had a fold up double bed then through a door into another room with another double bed, desk, tea/coffee area, then onto a spacious bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy, lots of towels, shower gel and endless supplies of coffee and tea. (Even bottles of water which is a fab touch) Prior to the stay I was messaging the vendor on WhatsApp all questions were quickly responded to. We were allowed to drop off out bags hours before check in and also allowed to leave our bags well over check out. Our stay was wonderful we were so surprised how amazing it was, all the facilities that you need. Even had a kitchen you could access in the basement if you wanted to cook, iron etc. From the property we were two mins walk away from London Bridge, Tesco and lots of bars/ cafes. All in all the price was brilliant In comparison to other hotels locally. I would highly recommend staying here. Great value for what we received. We will certainly return back here the next time we’re in London.

Got this place because it was cheap and with a good location. Bedbugs! Rooms were not clean, and the fact that there was only space to stand in the room did not help. The self-check-in system is broken, the room doors often do not auto-lock so you have to spend a lot of time trying different things just so the lock would work every time you have to leave.

The worst accommodation of my life. The room and toilet were so dirty. Do not book! It doesn’t have the minimum hygiene or comfort conditions.

A very convenient place to stay in the heart of the city. My room was small but clean and well equipped. Excellent value.

Would definitely stay here again. Love the little extra touches ..fridge with coke/water/beers to help yourself to phone charger with all chargers to charge your phone..iron and ironing board.. coffee and tea on hand if you need extra.. most importantly needed to change our clothes before room was ready the owners answered are call and happily let us use the room before it was ready... used to staying in hotels but was so pleased with the location and the owners would be definitely staying again in the near future

Fantastic location. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Room was small but cosy and comfortable. Perfectly adequate for our stay. Facilities were fine including kitchen with fridge and freezer, ironing board and if required cooking facilities. Extended check out time offered to midday was much appreciated We will certainly book here again when visiting London.

PROS: We really liked the location (close to everything: St Paul's, Tube Station, stores, eating places,...). The communication was great - we got all the information we needed prior to our arrival. The accommodation is equipped with everything you might need (shampoos, hairdryer, towels, water bottles, coffee/tea, tables, chairs, cushions, iron, laundry room,...). We had a big, warm room on the ground floor (we didn't have to climb the stairs with our luggage - a huge plus in this case) with an en-suite bathroom. Both were clean. We also had a living room, which was a very nice surprise. All in all I can recommend booking Lovet Homestay. CONS: The only thing that bothered us a bit were the stairs in the house - they are very noisy (creaky) and if someone comes in at night (if you are a light sleeper) they might wake you up. The mattress could be firmer, but that's our personal preference (we really don't like soft mattresses).

Room was too warm, air-conditioning not effective & noisy. Room was on the small side but everything you need, clean & comfortable. Fantastic location at a reasonable price.

This was a very last minute booking. Overall the property was clean and bed comfortable. Only real complaint was you could hear every footstep from the room above, really frustrating when trying to get to sleep. I would personally not book to stay here again.

The location is good. But if you have heavy luggage, do not stay here. Staircases are narrow. But again the location and prices are very good.

BED BUGS! Caution, the "appartement" directly under the roof was totally infected by bed bugs, also it's really small and the bath room is on the other side of the floor. It's no hotel in any way, especially not 4-starred. Maybe a lite version of an air bnb, but that's all.
