The Four Seasons Park lane was a dream come true! The return of TOP notch service after covid. They went out of their way to make sure my husband and I had everything we need. The location is perfect for first time visitors to London as we weren't more than a 15 minute walk to all the must see sights. We had a terrace suite, having some outside space was a true luxury. Highly recommend.

Such a nice hotel! All Four seasons are great and always beyond expectations. We stayed for a week here in London in an amazing suite. And it is always a pleasure to come back to the hotel. The service is the best! All people who work in the hotel are so professional and nice, from housekeepers to waitresses. Food is delicious. Would highly recommend this Four Seasons when you are in London!

Outstanding hotel in a great part of London. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and surroundings. The rooms were luxurious and generously large, Including outstanding bathrooms. The staff was helpful, friendly, and intuitive. The location is great for access to the London Tower, the Thames, and to all public transportation. This was one of the top 5 hotels that I have stayed in.

We had a first class stay at Four Seasons London at Park Lane. Service and amenities were on point (and to be expected by Four Seasons). The staff is wonderfully warm and friendly, and it’s a welcome tranquility from the hustle and bustle of Piccadilly Circus and Hyde Park Corner (almost a sanctuary in central London). We find the hotel to be a great value in comparison to similar London hotels. On different times of the year, there are packages such as Buy 3 Nights, Stay 1 Free. Our package also included breakfast and a small resort credit. At the heart though, is that the location of this hotel allows us a short walk to virtually anywhere significant for tourists to visit (Harrod’s, Piccadilly Circus, Big Bend, Parliament, Chinatown, and all of our dining were in easy access to our hotel). Further the hotel is adjacent to the “underground,” with the Piccadilly Line being a straight shot to/from London Heathrow. Also, inquire about the house car that takes you within a limited radius of the hotel. This greatly saved us the hustle, and monetary expenses associated with taxis or tour busses. The Christmas decorations were also very well-done, but subdued, well complimenting the luxurious lobby, without being “tacky” or “over the top.” We took many photos with holiday decorations at the hotel. There were some notable people we wanted to especially recognize: 1. George (Front Desk Manager): sent us a beautiful celebration amenity and gift on our last evening, which greatly enhanced our time in London 2. Massimo (Shift Supervisor): went out of his way to remember our names, and provide small and delightful surprises throughout our stay, including coordinating our amenities; he is the epitome of Four Seasons hospitality 3. Nargul (Shift Supervisor): checked us in, with an impeccable warm greeting, provided us welcome hugs each morning, and offered us an upgrade to a lovely small suite (This was greatly appreciated and really allowed us to maximize our time at the hotel.) 4. Juan (Doorman): always remembered our names, and was a warm greeting upon entering and exiting the hotel 5. Yuki (Concierge): made excellent pre-and post-arrival plans for us. She went out of her way to personally greet us by name each time we came to the desk for assistance. She also spoke about her residences in Hawaii and San Francisco. She raved highly of Four Seasons properties in both areas (which we are now very excited to visit). 6. Giovanni (Room Service): was a welcome face who helped us multiple times with Room Service orders; it was great to learn more about him 7. Ajshe (Housekeeping): delivered us a lovely gift of a snow globe from housekeeping on our final night; and made sure to have our room well-stocked with our favorite bath products without asking; it was so refreshing to have a housekeeper take such care and remembrance of their guests 8. Maurice (Supervisor): helped with several billing issues; and re-ordered us fruit for our room 9. Ivan Arena (Bar Manager): remembered us from a previous stay when he was a bartender at Amaranto; made it a point to come up to us each day to inquire about our plans and see how we could best help make our stay; it’s so nice to see a manager so hands-on in engaging with the guests and helping his team (it was truly unbelievable what a good leader his is) 10. Uiris (Bar Server): remembered us from our previous stay when he was in room service; it’s shocking how well he is able to recall the smallest details of his guests; he was a friendly face we looked forward to seeing each day 11. We met many friendly faces at the bar (far too many to list). Some especially notable ones were Kasia, Gacomo, and Inyah who went out of their way to ensure we had a magical time with our dining experiences downstairs. In short, we very highly recommend this hotel to all of our friends who have London as a travel destination and will continue to do so in the future. Do not walk…run to book this hotel on your next London visit. Thank you for creating such a magical stay for us.

They made a mistake with our car transportation but made up for it by multiples. Everyone is human and makes mistakes but they went above and beyond to make it right. Wonderful custom service! The four seasons never disappoints.

Impeccable. So brilliantly positioned. Staff go out of their way to ensure an extraordinary stay, and importantly, they deliver it faultlessly every time. The Mayfair Suites with their view over Park Lane and Hyde Park are something special. Can't recommend highly enough.

Astoundingly horrendous customer service. We booked a suite for an entire week and the hotel cancelled on us with no rationale and simply an email stating our reservation is cancelled (a week before our reservation start date). As an individual who has frequented other Four Seasons locations I am appalled by their treatment of guests and their willingness to cancel confirmed reservations. While the rooms and location are top-notch, how they treat and communicate with guests is of the utmost importance. Given the significant number of 5-star hotels in the area, I encourage others to book elsewhere to receive better service.

I couldn't have picked a better hotel to host my wedding. From my initial enquiry up until the wedding day the whole team were absolutely amazing. The Events team especially assistant Director Amanda, made sure that every request we had was fulfilled and the whole team, went above and beyond to make our day that extra bit special. The facilities accommodated all that we planned for our weeding, the decor of the rooms are classic yet contemporary with a very romantic feel which is extremely fitting for a wedding. The food of our wedding had each guest complimenting how amazing it was, with exceptional service of the banqueting team. For anyone looking for a wedding in the Park Lane area, Four Seasons is definitely the best for it!

A beautiful hotel. 100% recommend. The staff are kind, friendly, polite and well educated about the surrounding area. This is a must stay. The price was well worth it.

I have been traveling to London in extended stays for the last couple of years and have ran around a bit. Unless there is absolutely nothing better or more convenient, I always pick hotels based on luxury, comfort, location, amenities and access to a good gym. FS at Park Lane was the last hotel stay after a pretty stellar lineup (including their Ten Trinity Square property). And unfortunately, FS at Park Lane was simply the most disappointing experience EVER. From the deceitful depiction of Conservatories room (we were facing a construction site with workers so we could not go outside; let alone leave a curtain open) to the old, small sized bath towels in the bathroom (horrendous). Not even in a motel! The bathroom had one and only tiny sink, no bathtub, and barely room for one at a time. I know this is a first world problem and might seem ridiculous but when you pay a little bit short of $2k a night for a shoebox room with a minuscule bathroom, raggedy towels and almost no space between the bed and the wall (we had to literally walk sideways to bring our suitcases in) and no way of using the wasted space outside and a horrible view; you just feel dissed. Ten Trinity’s 2 bedroom residence was superb in space but was very impersonal. We practically never talked to anyone except for the people at the lobby restaurant. So we expected Park Lane to be everything that Ten Trinity was and more. We also dined at the Italian restaurant and it was very mediocre too. They told us they were about to close for remodeling as an excuse for having a substandard chef or cook in the kitchen who couldn’t prepare a proper pasta al dente or with a simple agliolio sauce. With so many great hotels in London with great rooms, great service, an incredible Spa (Corinthia!) and more importantly; a good restaurant (Dorchester, Corinthia, Ritz, etc.), Four Seasons in Park Lane is not representative of the brand. Never again.

Attentive friendly staff. I only visited the bar though. The wine was fabulous. The margarita was lacking a salt rim despite asking for it. Overall a good experience

Absolutely lovely experience per usual with the Four Seasons. Every interaction with the staff was warm and genuine. Every touch point in the room was high quality and comfortable. The location is really solid to get to so much in the west end and of course being surrounded by parks is great. While the room was small by North American standards, it was designed optimally and had a surprising amount going on in it. I also appreciated the smart TV functions with ChromeCast. We were also so happy to see the Toto Washlet toilet, similar to what we have at home.

I am reading other people reviews, especially the bad ones, just to figure what kind of mental disorder you need to have to complain about what this hotel has to offer. Unfriendly stuff? Probably you landed in a different hotel and you do not know how to read the name of the hotel you stay in, to say something like that about Four Seasons hotels. Restaurants service is bad? Where are you expecting more? A ticket to haven? Small rooms? If you actually say that about the rooms or bathrooms in this hotel probably you should consider a nutritionist, or at least to update your body weight reservation needs to a medieval castle where you can easily fit in. Four Seasons is Four Seasons and it will always be 5 stars luxury! The end. Thank you for the amazing experience and extremely high standards.

Certainly the slowest service I’ve ever had. Ever! Highly recommended using any other hotel in the area. They tend to racially profile folks with no due regard. Go elsewhere

The service, staff, rooms etc were all exquisite. No doubt. Just a completely different world...a world for the elite, where a small plate of avocado costs £8 and two slices of toast cost £7. Three juices costing £36 etc etc etc. And breakfast totalling £140. For the people who can spend a fortune on anything and not bat an eyelid. Just a different world. A world of preening and from my perspective facades and fakery. I arrived and left in dungarees and boots and was momentarily swayed and felt so out of place and uncomfortable. For some it could be a wonderful treat and in many ways it was. It was such a novelty to order room service (just didn't expect the added hidden charges) and insane prices. The receptionist was extremely helpful, being a novice and all (myself). And very helpful and kind with providing sweet extras for my daughter like the space projector onto the ceiling and robes for her. All in all, it's a swish, we'll managed, extremely clean and respectable place. Just a world apart from the very real and down to earth life we have in Dorset.

Hi This review is not about the stay because I couldn't even get through to reservations. I tried to call 4 times from Sydney Australia and each time was put through but kept of hold for 2 - 5 mins when I gave up. On the fourth call I advised receptionist that no one was answering and she took my number for them to call back. This hasn't happened. The reason I was calling was because website wasn't clear on offers. I called Berkeley and lovely reservation assistant finalised the reservation intended for Four Seasons. Not sure if this is usual but we took it as an indication of the service at the hotel.

The Four Seasons have distinguished themselves as one of the most luxurious options in hospitality. This hotel was indeed beautifully equipped and our room at 1399 pounds per night ($1700) was well appointed with marble bathroom with large, comfy robes, large OLED tv, full bar and lots of hanging space. The bed was beautifully presented and very comfortable. The only downsides were the location - not being close to Mayfair nor tourist attractions as others are and that the restaurant was closed for refurbishment. We were led to the temporary restaurant that was well presented but windowless and devoid of ambiance. Shame. Food was fine if a little on the expensive side with cocktails at 20 pounds - that were later comped as it took 25 mins to receive our order ($24) and Ceasar Salad at 35 pounds ($36) While we will choose Four Seasons again it won't be this particular London location as the competition is much better situated.

Martin is a fantastic asset to the team at Four Seasons, Park Lane. Thank you all for your kindness and assistance! I look forward to attending more conferences, events and staying here throughout 2022. I’m really impressed and happy with the service provided. I would highly recommend 😊

I would just like to say a massive thank you to Four Seasons Hotel at Park Lane and all the staff. I work for the NHS and last year Liam Gallagher announced he was doing a free concert for NHS staff that I managed to get tickets for. I emailed a number of hotels asking if they would be able to offer a discount for an overnight stay. I received a phone call from Four Seasons almost straight away and they offered me a complementary stay, I was so shocked and thankful for their kindness. We would never be able to afford a stay here at full price. Although the concert has been moved to a later date we really wanted to get away for the night, I contacted the hotel and asked even though we are not going to the concert could we still stay? They said of course. We had a great time from start to finish! When we arrived there was a lovely gentleman on reception and made us feel really special. We were shown to our room and it was spectacular with lovely sweet treats and a little note to welcome us, which I have kept. In the evening we had drinks in the bar and all the staff were really friendly and it was lovely to have good conversations with them. The next morning we had a lovely breakfast and were told that we didn’t have to check out until we wanted to, we didn’t want to go home!

Used the Spa after reading such great reviews… I got the deep sleep massage which was £170! just wanted to focus on that as i have insomnia due to long covid.. Receptionist Yasmin was really helpful in pencilling me in at short notice. The masseuse was awesome shame i cannot remember her name.. She was brilliant i feel like jelly now although my massage was gentle not a deep tissue massage! 5* service you get what you pay for. Stayed @ Hilton Park a weekend before where service was sloppy at reception. Will now stay at Four Seasons for my next weekend away. Great spa!!!

In the heart of London, on the edge of hyde park and a stone's throw away from Buckingham Palace. We came for a small, post lockdown, wedding and it was fantastic. Staff were attentive and available when you needed them. Food was fantastic (some would consider to be small pretentious portions) with great flavour despite the array of cuisines the bride and groom put together. We would definitely return.

Nice outside space, friendly staff, forth- and welcoming vis-a-vis non-hotel guests; thank you, we locals also like to stop by, especially given the best-in-town Negroni selection!

Great hotel, the service is impeccable. They remembered our names immediately and for our entire trip. The hotel car was a great perk and took us to dinner. Walking distance to a Buckingham palace and other great attractions as well. Drinks in the bar were awesome also.

We had booked a birthday celebration for brunch on a Sunday for my husband. There were four of us. The service was incredibly slow and we had to remind them to bring out ice, coffee, etc. They never acknowledged my husband's birthday.

I have frequently travelled to the City on business, over the course of many years. This spectacular hotel, with its magnificent cuisine, generous rooms, and almost unparalleled service, is one of the many reasons why Mayfair is one of my favourite places in the world.

Visited this hotel for the first time after being invited to the National day of South Korea event. The overall service left a good impression on me, and since it was the Christmas season, very pleased to see and enjoy the various decorations.
