He is the ideal health care provider: high skilled, dedicated and very responsive. Jason is always willing to go ‘above and beyond’ to ensure his clients obtain the care they need. I was diagnosed with Bell's palsy and put on extreme high dose corticosteroids yet after three 3 weeks there had been no improvement. Several people had told me to try acupuncture and I wanted to go to a reputable place because it was my face that needed treatment and after much research I decided to come and see Jason Unwin at this centre. I am so glad I did take the plunge because after weeks of no change on heavy medication and me getting worried that my face may not return to normal 100%, I am now 80-85% recovered in just 6 sessions over 3 weeks with him! Jason is an expert acupuncturist and brings years of experience from his practice in China and I can see the expertise in how he has treated my palsy with extreme precision and care. I was given disappointing and unexpected fertility news and the medical teams left me feeling really hopeless. I met Daniel and he was the only person to give me some sort of hope. The first consultation was extremely thorough, more detailed than any traditional medical appointment. I am a Doctor yet Daniel still taught me so much about fertility purely because he is so experienced. He helped me with keeping track to make sure my fertility clinic was doing the correct things. The acupuncture was very evidence based and effective. First of all it regulated my menstrual cycle and secondly, supported my now pregnancy. Even my clinic was shocked at the results! Beyond this, I was going through a very difficult time with sickness in the family and Daniel became a constant support. I used to look forward to my weekly visits which were nothing but calming. I cannot recommend this clinic and Daniel enough. If you are feeling down and hopeless about fertility then this is the place for you. A clinic full of experienced professionals that provide the highest quality of care. I cannot recommend enough!

I'm currently having acupuncture treatment from Daniel Elliott for IVF. I've come across multiple recommendations for Daniel and the London Acupuncture Clinic on online fertility forums, and his reputation is very well deserved! Daniel is really knowledgeable about ivf and all things infertility. He is clinically skilled and adopts a very thorough and individualised, patient-centric approach to treatment; he took a very detailed medical history (even more so than my ivf clinic). On doing so, Daniel asked me to get a specific blood test done which resulted in an issue being identified that otherwise would have been overlooked. He always probes for feedback and takes it into account. He also takes time to clearly address my queries and explain the ivf process, which has markedly reduced my anxiety and made the IVF process far less stressful.

Best place ever for miscarriage/fertility/ivf support. I can’t recommend Daniel highly enough. He diagnosed issues around my heartbreaking losses before the doctors. Daniel was not only a great acupuncture therapist but also a great sounding board about which doctors and clinics were best suited to my needs. I genuinely don’t think I’d be a mum without the support I received here. Please please go!

I highly, highly recommend Eva Stecz for fertility acupuncture and massage. I felt myself to be in the best of hands as she has a wealth of knowledge and experience and takes an individual and tailored approach to treatment. She is clearly passionate about providing the best care as she stays up to date and knowledgeable on the latest studies and treatment (including electro-acupuncture, laser and different types of fertility massage). She has a very kind and calming demeanour and takes the time to listen. Although I am averse to needles, I found her gentle manner put me at ease. She was able to guide me on multiple aspects of fertility and to refer me to relevant doctors/services for tests. I credit falling pregnant relatively quickly to her skill and care! I am continuing to see her during my pregnancy, currently 20 weeks. I also highly recommend The London Acupuncture Clinic. The clinic is very clean and each room is lovely with a calm atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and professional and making bookings/ changes is very smooth.

I've been having treatment with Lora at The London Acupuncture Clinic for some time now and it really has had a very positive effect on my life. Not only the actual practice of acupuncture, but this clinic in particular. Everyone is super friendly and professional and they have lots of flexibility with appointments. Lora in particular, is excellent with her knowledge and treatment, but also, she's great to have a bit of a natter with as well! She has often really listened to me and put my mind at rest with a number of different concerns... I can't recommend her highly enough.

I met Daniel after a missed miscarriage. I was told by private doctors that it was extremely unlikely for me to get pregnant again; although I got pregnant within 2 months without any medical intervention and no prior health issues. They were basing their comments on a simple blood test that was done as precaution because I am over 40 years old. Daniel clearly explained how western medicine read the data and how acupuncture can help, he also clearly explained the limits of acupuncture and told us that we should simply try rather than wait. It was a very balanced view rather than a magic solution and exactly what I needed. I got pregnant within one month. I contacted him again and he suggested a plan based on my history and we went through it. I am sure that his knowledge, support and skills helped me to have the right body and mind to successfully go through the first trimester. I am now 8 months pregnant. Daniel is also very knowledgeable about alleviating pregnancy symptoms which was very helpful especially during the first trimester. I would highly recommend him.

I was highly recommended to come and see Lora as time was ticking being 41. I had a miscarriage in the February but generally had good fertility from previous tests the year before, regular periods but wanted to do everything I could to give myself a chance to be a Mum. My first session was in April and I thought she was amazing her knowledge, her experience and her honesty! We had a few sessions and I was pregnant the following month! I had been trying from November. We had weekly sessions throughout the first 11 weeks of my pregnancy and I can honestly say that I have had a wonderful pregnancy just past 6 months now and on track to have a natural birth. I had never had acupuncture and now I am a total convert. Inga changed my life — I went to see her approx 18 months ago for a series of acupuncture as I was struggling with frequent cold sore outbreaks on my face. I was getting such outbreaks x6 a year. I have had only one since seeing her (and it was mild). I used to have to take antivirals regularly and am now no longer dependent on daily prophylactic medication. I am enormously grateful to her. I saw James who was patient and thorough even though I was only in for the one visit while traveling. He helped with circulation and relief from arthritis in my knee, SI pain and stiffness in my ligaments.

I had an appointment on Monday and failed to inform them within 24hours that I wouldn't be able to attend my appointment as I did not plan to get food poisoning on the day of my appointment. Receptionist called me on the phone, was quite rude, did not ask anything why I wasn't able to attend my appointment just was demanding me to pay the appointment fee. I am having regular treatments (every week) and Im very pleased with my therapist so its a shame I will not be going back there. I don't really understand why they don't let at least 1 emergency cancellation as its usually people with health conditions using their service. This money hungry attitude puts me off completely.. They are still chasing me with the payment..

I’ve been seeing James since April last year at the clinic and he has helped me a lot with my skin problems. He has very good knowledge in this specific field and with the acupuncture and regular appointments, I have been able to put a good plan in place. I saw the lovely Lora at LAC for a few months when I found out I had fertility issues. She was super supportive and I looked forward to my sessions every week. I got pregnant after a couple of cycles, and have no doubt the acupuncture helped. I then saw Lora through my first trimester and she helped me keep calm and get through the nausea and tiredness. Couldn't recommend this clinic and Lora more highly!
